Kur Napoleon Banaparta preku fundin e tij si perandor pas krijimit t\u00eb\u201d Lidhjes s\u00eb Shejt\u00eb\u201dngjarjet trondit\u00ebse n\u00eb kontinentin e lasht\u00eb reflektuan n\u00eb perceptimin ndaj jet\u00ebs p\u00ebr Sylejmanin.<\/p>\n<p>Fati i shum\u00eb popujve t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs shkruhej n\u00eb vul\u00ebn e gjakut dhe t\u00eb barutit dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb Sylejmanin nuk e lente t\u00eb qet\u00eb vuajtja e popullit t\u00eb tij.Nga gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto ngjarje t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprera q\u00eb kapluan koh\u00ebn e tij, ai kishte nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb vet\u00ebm ruajtjen e kombit shqiptar\u00eb nga zhdukja pasi q\u00eb Rusia dhe Turqia ende ishin superfuqi dhe b\u00ebnin kalkulime mbi kokat e shqiptar\u00ebve. N\u00eb mosh\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb re b\u00ebhet pjes\u00eb e L\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb Kallf\u00ebve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur jet\u00ebn dhe dinjitetin e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar pastaj me aktivitetin kund\u00ebr shfryt\u00ebzimit dhe shtypjes q\u00eb i b\u00ebhej popullit shqiptar nga pushteti qendror Osman, me mb\u00ebshtetjen e Fuqive t\u00eb M\u00ebdha. <\/p>\n<p>Reformat e p\u00ebrcaktuara nga pushteti Osman nuk njihnin asnj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb fetare dhe komb\u00ebtare ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve, p\u00ebrkundrazi b\u00ebnin \u00e7\u2019mos q\u00eb t\u2019i shkomb\u00ebtarizonin ata. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb Sylejman Vokshi ishte aktiv n\u00eb konfliktin shqiptaro-osman prej vitit 1839 e cila njihet si periudha e Tanzimatit. Lufta e tij e vazhdueshme kishte nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb vet\u00ebm, bashkimin e t\u00eb gjitha trojeve shqiptare n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet autonom t\u00eb vet\u00ebm. Q\u00ebndresa e tij e palodhshme e b\u00ebri Vokshin nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr personalitetet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha jo vet\u00ebm nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb por edhe m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu Kriza Lindore dhe Traktati i Sh\u00ebn Stefanit b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb Vokshi me atdhetar\u00ebt tjer\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb nisin krijimin e Lidhjes Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit, organizat\u00eb me karakter mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtar n\u00eb rrafshin, ushtarak,politik, pushtetor dhe kulturo-arsimor. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtjen e shtetit shqiptar autonom si dhe k\u00ebrkesat e saj Lidhja e Prizrenit p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Port\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb sulltanit, i shtroi edhe para Kongresit bot\u00ebror n\u00eb Berlin ku merrete pjes\u00eb gjith\u00eb diplomacia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb luft\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb pakompromis ndaj forcave feudale \u00e7ifligare dhe Lidhjes s\u00eb Mysliman\u00ebve t\u00eb V\u00ebrtet\u00eb a Fraksionit t\u00eb sulltanit, Partis\u00eb s\u00eb Port\u00ebs, n\u00eb Kuvendin e P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Lidhjes n\u00eb Prizren Sylejman Vokshi nuk ndaloi. Si hartues i vepr\u00ebs \u201cProjekt i Ushtris\u00eb Shqiptare\u201d, burrat e Lidhjes s\u00eb Re e zgjodh\u00ebn shef t\u00eb Seksionit Ushtarak me cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e Ministrit t\u00eb Mbrojtjes e t\u00eb Kryekomandantit t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb. Figura e tij mbetet madh\u00ebshtore duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb lavdin\u00eb dhe sa ishte gjall\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sa ishte Vokshi Mal\u00ebsia e Gjakov\u00ebs u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb k\u00ebshtjell\u00eb t\u00eb pathyeshme p\u00ebr armikun. P\u00ebrpjekjet e tij p\u00ebr ruajtjen dhe zhvillimin e kultur\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare dhe gjuh\u00ebs shqipe sh\u00ebnojn\u00eb nj\u00eb kthes\u00eb historike, ai shkoll\u00ebn shqipe e shihte si tempull t\u00eb formimit e t\u00eb edukimit atdhetar.
