Komuniteti Mysliman i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk e ka konsideruar problem nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, por p\u00ebr disa besimtar\u00eb kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi \u2013 raporton ResPublica.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr Lidhja e Hoxhallar\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje bazuar mbi ligjin islam, meqen\u00ebse shpallja e objektit si t\u00eb pap\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm, apo edhe \u00e7do keqkuptim mbi t\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7udi q\u00eb t\u00eb provokoj\u00eb bojkot.<\/p>\n<p>Teksa parashtrojn\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat e ligjit dhe tradit\u00ebs islame, hoxhallar\u00ebt pranojn\u00eb nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera se \u201c\u00e7\u00ebshtja ka nj\u00eb problem t\u00eb pazgjidhur\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Lidhja nuk arrin t\u00eb shprehet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb shteruese mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb moment teksa shton se: \u201c<em>N\u00eb t\u00eb tilla kushte, ne e kemi t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, t\u00eb japim nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb detajuar p\u00ebrfundimtare p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, sepse ajo k\u00ebrkon zgjidhje n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet gjykimit mes pal\u00ebve dhe jo fetva<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pyetjes s\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve n\u00ebse \u201c<em>cenohet apo jo vlefshm\u00ebria e shfryt\u00ebzimit t\u00eb truallit p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb besimit<\/em>\u201d, Lidhja pranon se \u201cpo\u201d, kjo e drejt\u00eb cenohet n\u00ebse kompensimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i padrejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00ebsoj si n\u00eb rastin e vrasjeve t\u00eb provokuara nga vendimet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, q\u00eb kan\u00eb riaktivizuar drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb kanunore, edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, \u00ebsht\u00eb ligji fetar, q\u00eb po ndihmon besimtar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cN\u00eb parim mund t\u00eb themi se, p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e vlefshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb namazit n\u00eb rastin e nj\u00eb toke t\u00eb grabitur me pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb (erdun magsubeh), mendimi m\u00eb i sakt\u00eb dhe i shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb se namazi n\u00eb t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak se sakt\u00ebsia e namazit nuk ka lidhje t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb vlefshm\u00ebrie me statusin juridik fetar t\u00eb tok\u00ebs, sepse nuk prek as kushtet dhe as shtyllat e tij, edhe pse personi q\u00eb e ka grabitur apo ai q\u00eb e di, ngarkohet me gjynah. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Kjo ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me rastet kur toka ku falet namazi \u00ebsht\u00eb e grabitur (magsubeh), nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb rastin kur kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb shpron\u00ebsim, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin ka kontestime p\u00ebr vler\u00ebn e tij dhe jo me nj\u00eb gasb (grabitje pa asnj\u00eb d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblim) dhe prek vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb xhamis\u00eb, \u00e7\u00ebshtja k\u00ebtu ndryshon\u2026 <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>N\u00ebse n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb proceseve gjyq\u00ebsore pronar\u00ebt n\u00eb fjal\u00eb nuk marrin nga shteti t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn q\u00eb u takon, at\u00ebher\u00eb ata kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e tyre morale q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nga institucioni p\u00ebrfitues, plot\u00ebsimin e kompensimit p\u00ebr at\u00eb pjes\u00eb toke, q\u00eb preket nga kompleksi i namazgjas\u00eb\u201d<\/em>\u2013 shprehet Lidhja.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TemA Nd\u00ebrtimi i Xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb Namazgjas\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb drejt p\u00ebrfundimit.
