\u201cSerb\u00ebve do t\u00eb na takonin edhe 200 000 \u2013 300 000 shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb por ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs katolike dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e tyre me Shqiptar\u00ebt mysliman nuk jan\u00eb te mira (?) Fjala \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr projektin e Ivan Vukoti\u00e7it, i cili e propozonte ndarjen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb me Italin\u00eb n\u00eb vij\u00ebn Strug\u00eb- Librazhd \u2013 Elbasan- Durr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Ivo Andri\u00e7i vjen n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cm\u00eb mir\u00eb nj\u00eb dritare e Italis\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan se sa nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi shqiptare (Ivan Vukoti\u0107, O Albaniji i interesne sfere)\u201d.<\/p>\n

Historikisht urrejtje, gabimisht thuhet urrejtje ajo ishte d\u00ebshir\u00eb shekullore p\u00ebr tokat shqiptare, por pa shqiptar. N\u00eb raportin e Komand\u00ebs s\u00eb korpusit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7etnik\u00ebve t\u00eb Drazha Mihajlovi\u00e7it, \u00e7etnik\u00ebt deklaroheshin se do t\u00eb luftojn\u00eb kund\u00ebr Shqiptar\u00ebve deri n\u00eb zhdukjen e tyre, por urrejtja ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve ishte edhe tek dashamir\u00ebt e komunizmit. Mos harroni se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb ishte ambasdor i Nediqit tek Hitleri.<\/p>\n

Sipas detyr\u00ebs zyrtare n\u00eb vitin 1939 p\u00ebr Kryeministrin e asaj kohe t\u00eb Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb Jugosllave Miladin Stojadinovi\u00e7in e shkroi elaboratin se si ai e shihte situat\u00ebn e brendshme dhe t\u00eb jashtme me theks t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm n\u00eb Ballkan dhe n\u00eb shtetet Ballkanike e me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb te.
