Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb <strong>shteti esadist i fanatik\u00ebve<\/strong>, i t\u00eb paditurve, i njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb liq, pa nd\u00ebrgjegje e pa atdhe, q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb edhe pas 25 vjet\u00ebsh t\u00eb th\u00ebrrasin \u201cdum bab\u00ebn\u201d, pavar\u00ebsisht se nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb \u201cbaba\u201d e ka djegur dhe e ka pjekur nja tre her\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, e ka varf\u00ebruar, degraduar e shpartalluar shtetin dhe i ka shkaktuar nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb identiteti t\u00eb pashembullt qytetarit shqiptar, t\u00eb cilit i merret goja kur i duhet t\u00eb pohoj\u00eb identitetin e vet.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Por, mos harrojm\u00eb q\u00eb ng\u00ebr\u00e7i n\u00eb realizimin e reformave vjen edhe nga politikat e gabuara, me baz\u00eb antipopullore e antidemokratike t\u00eb mish\u00ebruara n\u00eb ndryshimet kushtetuese t\u00eb vitit 2008, t\u00eb b\u00ebra kok\u00eb m\u00eb kok\u00eb, buz\u00eb m\u00eb buz\u00eb e vesh m\u00eb vesh me \u201canti-shtetin\u201d, d.m.th. me Sali Berish\u00ebn. N\u00ebse sot qeveria e Edi Ram\u00ebs nuk b\u00ebn dot nj\u00eb hap p\u00ebrpara n\u00eb reform\u00ebn n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, kjo vjen ngaq\u00eb at\u00eb e pengojn\u00eb nj\u00eb president, nj\u00eb KLD, nj\u00eb Prokurori apo nj\u00eb Gjykat\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb pjell\u00eb e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb e atyre ndryshimeve kushtetuese, me t\u00eb cilat Berisha, e jo Edi, e kapi shtetin n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha hallkat e tij. N\u00ebse tek ne zgjedhjet nuk pasqyrojn\u00eb vullnetin sovran t\u00eb popullit, n\u00ebse parlamenti \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb palest\u00ebr harbut\u00ebrie, n\u00ebse partit\u00eb politike jan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb detashmente besnike t\u00eb kryetar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre, kjo ka ardhur gjithashtu nga flirti pranveror i vitit 2008, kur vesh m\u00eb vesh e buz\u00eb m\u00eb buz\u00eb u sajua nj\u00eb kod zgjedhor e nj\u00eb sistem zgjedhor, q\u00eb i b\u00ebnte dy kryetar\u00ebt e partive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha titullar\u00eb t\u00eb vullnetit e t\u00eb sovranitetit t\u00eb popullit\u201d,<\/em> thot\u00eb profesor Xhufi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb lidhje me thirrjen e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbyer arm\u00ebt kund\u00ebr qeveris\u00eb, Xhufi shprehet:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cQ\u00eb mos ta fsheh, kur d\u00ebgjova piskamat p\u00ebr armatosje t\u00eb popullit, aty p\u00ebr aty mendova se z. Berisha po zbatonte porosin\u00eb e radh\u00ebs. Pastaj, me mendje m\u00eb t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb, solla nd\u00ebrmend se n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e fundit t\u00eb prillit 1945, Hitleri pati nj\u00eb \u201cndri\u00e7im hyjnor\u201d, q\u00eb i p\u00ebshp\u00ebriti se faji p\u00ebr humbjen e Gjermanis\u00eb q\u00ebndronte tek ushtria dhe tek populli gjerman, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk kishin luftuar e nuk kishin sakrifikuar sa duhet p\u00ebr at\u00eb, Hitlerin. At\u00ebhere, ai filloi t\u00eb shoh\u00eb \u00ebndrra me arm\u00eb t\u00eb tmerrshme, q\u00eb do t\u00eb shkrinin planetin e gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzimin, duke filluar nga gjerman\u00ebt e tij. K\u00ebshtu, gjykoj un\u00eb, edhe zotit Berisha nuk i del inati q\u00eb populli shqiptar u tregua \u201cmosmir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs\u201d ndaj tij, duke i treguar der\u00ebn disa her\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto 25 vjet. Dhe si njoh\u00ebs i mir\u00eb i let\u00ebrsis\u00eb serbe mbi shqiptar\u00ebt, ka m\u00ebsuar prej Gjeorgjevi\u00e7\u00ebve e Tomi\u00e7\u00ebve t\u00eb saj, se p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhdukur popullin shqiptar nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nevoja t\u00eb shpiken arm\u00eb t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimit n\u00eb mas\u00eb: Mjafton t\u2019i armatos\u00ebsh t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, e vrasin nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. Di\u00e7ka nuk funksionoi n\u00eb vitin 1997 dhe shqiptar\u00ebt nuk e vran\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. Si\u00e7 duket, k\u00ebsaj radhe z. Berisha ka gjetur formul\u00ebn e duhur p\u00ebr ta zbatuar si\u00e7 duhet iden\u00eb serbe t\u00eb tij<\/em>\u201d, thot\u00eb Xhufi.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr reform\u00ebn n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, ai shprehet se ka frik\u00eb se mund t\u00eb mbyllet me ndonj\u00eb pazar:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cN\u00ebse shohim pik\u00ebn nga nisi reforma n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, dhe pik\u00ebn ku ka mb\u00ebrritur, mund t\u00eb konstatojm\u00eb r\u00ebnien n\u00eb pikiat\u00eb t\u00eb saj dhe, ka t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb q\u00eb kjo reform\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb n\u00eb xhepin e atyre q\u00eb parashikohej t\u00eb ishin objektivi dhe viktima e saj. P\u00ebrfundimisht, kjo klas\u00eb politike nuk e do reform\u00ebn n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, ajo nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb harakiri duke shkruar ligje e duke ngritur struktura q\u00eb godasin at\u00eb vet\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte, m\u00eb ngjalli shpres\u00eb thirrja e kryeministrit p\u00ebr t\u2019iu drejtuar referendumit popullor. Por me sa duket, ishte nj\u00eb thirrje sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb lar\u00eb goj\u00ebn, sepse nuk po e d\u00ebgjoj m\u00eb. Dhe m\u00eb duket se edhe kjo histori do mbaroj\u00eb me nj\u00eb nga ato pazaret \u201cbuz\u00eb m\u00eb buz\u00eb e goj\u00eb m\u00eb goj\u00eb\u201d, ku p\u00ebr faj t\u00eb miopis\u00eb e paburr\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb shumic\u00ebs, edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb Berisha do imponohet mbi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb: mbi vullnetin popullor p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb fund pushtetit t\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsive e t\u00eb zullumeve, mbi d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e mazhoranc\u00ebs p\u00ebr ta realizuar, gjithsesi, k\u00ebt\u00eb reform\u00eb jetike dhe \u201cestetikisht\u201d t\u00eb dobishme, dhe mbi vet\u00eb vullnetin e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve p\u00ebr ta konsideruar reform\u00ebn n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi nj\u00eb kusht t\u00eb pakap\u00ebrcyesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr progresin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e integrimit.
