Konsulli i Austro-Hungaris\u00eb n\u00eb Janin\u00eb, i konsideruar baba i studimeve shqiptare, i cili udh\u00ebtoi n\u00ebp\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebri dhe n\u00eb Ballkan – Johan Georg fon Han (1811-1869), botoi n\u00eb gjermanisht vepr\u00ebn n\u00eb tre v\u00ebllime Albanesische Studien (Studime shqiptare), Jen\u00eb 1854. Hartoi nj\u00eb gramatik\u00eb n\u00eb dialektin tosk dhe vuri n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb shtojc\u00eb 46 faqesh me k\u00ebng\u00eb popullore, fjal\u00eb t\u00eb urta dhe p\u00ebrralla. M\u00eb von\u00eb botoi librin P\u00ebrralla greke dhe shqiptare, Lajpcig 1864.<\/p>\n

Mjeku gjerman Karl Hajnrih Teodor Rajnholt (1810-1880) botoi p\u00ebrmbledhjen me k\u00ebng\u00eb popullore, rr\u00ebfenja dhe fjal\u00eb t\u00eb urta shqiptare Net pellazgjike, Athin\u00eb 1855.<\/p>\n

Folkloristi Xhuzepe Pitre (1841-1916) botoi p\u00ebrmbledhjen n\u00eb kat\u00ebr v\u00ebllime P\u00ebrralla, tregime e rr\u00ebfenja popullore siciliane, Palermo 1875.
\nKonsulli francez n\u00eb Janin\u00eb e Selanik Ogyst Dozon (1822-1891) botoi librin me p\u00ebrralla dhe k\u00ebng\u00eb popullore shqiptare Doracak i gjuh\u00ebs shqipe ose albaneze, Paris 1879. Pasoi libri Rr\u00ebfenja shqiptare, t\u00eb mbledhura e t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyera, Paris 1881.<\/p>\n

Gjuh\u00ebtari \u00e7ek, profesor i gjuh\u00ebve romane (fr\u00ebngjishtes e italishtes) Jan Urban Jarnik (1848-1923) botoi materiale folklorike shqiptare, nj\u00eb poezi, dy p\u00ebrralla popullore dhe 53 fjal\u00eb t\u00eb urta nga rrethi i Shkodr\u00ebs n\u00eb librin Mbi gjuh\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare, Lajpcig 1881 si dhe p\u00ebrmbledhjen me rr\u00ebfenja dhe anekdota nga Shkodra Ndihmes\u00eb p\u00ebr njohjen e dialekteve t\u00eb shqipes, Prag\u00eb 1883.<\/p>\n

Albanologu austriak Gustav Majer (1850-1900), profesor i Universitetit t\u00eb Gracit botoi librin me 14 rr\u00ebfenja shqiptare Rr\u00ebfenja shqiptare, Lajpcig 1884. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e materialit t\u00eb tij folklorik u ribotua n\u00eb v\u00ebllimet V e VI t\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij Albanesische Studien (Studime shqiptare), Vjen\u00eb 1896-1897. Pasoi libri Gramatik\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr e shqipes me tekste e fjalor, Lajpcig 1888. Libri p\u00ebrmban nj\u00eb num\u00ebr rr\u00ebfenjash toske.<\/p>\n

Indoevropianisti danez Holger Pedersen (1867-1954), profesor i Universitetit t\u00eb Kopenhag\u00ebs, vizitoi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb m\u00eb 1893 p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur material gjuh\u00ebsor. N\u00eb Korfuz regjistroi 35 p\u00ebrralla popullore shqiptare dhe i botoi n\u00eb librin Tekste shqiptare me fjalor, Lajpcig 1895.<\/p>\n

Me let\u00ebrsin\u00eb gojore apo me folklorin shqiptar u mor\u00ebn shum\u00eb studiues dhe krijues letrar\u00eb arb\u00ebresh\u00eb. N\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shek. XIX, me grumbullimin e thesarit folklorik shqiptar u mor\u00ebn edhe studiuesit shqiptar\u00eb k\u00ebndej Jonit dhe Adriatikut, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt me botimet e tyre ushqyen l\u00ebvizjen e zgjimit komb\u00ebtar me ndjenj\u00ebn e tradit\u00ebs e t\u00eb identitetit.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb prej t\u00eb par\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb Zef Jubani (1818-1880). Supozohet se ka lindur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Libri i tij P\u00ebrmbledhje k\u00ebng\u00ebsh popullore e rapsodish shqiptare, Trieste 1871 p\u00ebrb\u00ebn p\u00ebrmbledhjen e par\u00eb me k\u00ebng\u00eb popullore geg\u00ebrishte, madje \u00ebsht\u00eb e para vep\u00ebr folklorike e botuar nga nj\u00eb shqiptar p\u00ebr vet\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Nga viti 1848 Jubani sh\u00ebrbeu p\u00ebr disa vite si \u2018dragoman\u2019 (p\u00ebrkthyes) i konsullit fr\u00ebng n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr \u2013 Lui Jasint Hekard-it (1814-1866), i cili p\u00ebrgatiste nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e veriut. At\u00eb e t\u00ebrhiqte mjaft folklori dhe gjat\u00eb udh\u00ebtimeve n\u00ebp\u00ebr mal\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb veriut mori me vete t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb Zef Jubanin dhe Halil Koplikun. Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr k\u00ebng\u00ebsh popullore q\u00eb mblodhi aty dol\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkthim fr\u00ebngjisht n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn pioniere t\u00eb Hekardit Histori e p\u00ebrshkrim i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme ose Geg\u00ebris\u00eb, Paris 1858.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb Itali, Jubani u prit nga Jeronim De Rada (1814-1903) me t\u00eb cilin mbante let\u00ebrk\u00ebmbim. Ashtu si poet\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, edhe Jubani, nj\u00eb poezi ia ka kushtuar Dora d\u2019Istrias (1828-1888) \u2013 pseudonim i Helena Gjik\u00ebs, autore e studimit Komb\u00ebsia shqiptare sipas k\u00ebng\u00ebve popullore, botuar n\u00eb fr\u00ebngjisht m\u00eb 1866 n\u00eb revist\u00ebn letrare t\u00eb Parisit Revue des deux mondes. Ky studim luajti rol n\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen komb\u00ebtare shqiptare t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Rilindjes. K\u00ebt\u00eb studim t\u00eb Dora d\u2019Istrias, filologu dhe folkloristi arb\u00ebresh nga Sicilia Dhimit\u00ebr Kamarda (1821-1882) e p\u00ebrktheu n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe n\u00eb vitin 1867 e botoi n\u00eb Livorno. Nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr apo nj\u00eb antologji me poezi shqiptare, me titull A Dora d\u2019Istria gli Albanesi, Livorno 1870 (Dora d\u2019Istrias shqiptar\u00ebt), Dhimit\u00ebr Kamarda ia kushtoi Dora d\u2019Istrias. Autori kishte p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb poezi t\u00eb Preng Do\u00e7it, t\u00eb Zef Jubanit, t\u00eb Thimi Mitkos, t\u00eb Jeronim De Rad\u00ebs, t\u00eb Fran\u00e7esk Anton Santorit, t\u00eb Zef Serembes etj.<\/p>\n

Folkloristi Thimi Mitko (1820-1890, Beni Suef, Egjipt) nga Kor\u00e7a botoi p\u00ebrmbledhjen e dyt\u00eb me let\u00ebrsi gojore shqiptare. Mitkoja ishte p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i shquar i kolonis\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb Egjiptit. Botoi librin Bleta shqiptare, Aleksandri 1878. P\u00ebrmbledhja p\u00ebrmban 505 k\u00ebng\u00eb popullore dhe 39 p\u00ebrralla e fjal\u00eb t\u00eb urta nga Shqip\u00ebria e jugut. Libri u shkrua me alfabet grek. \u00cbsht\u00eb e para p\u00ebrmbledhje me interes t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb shkencor. Vepr\u00ebn e Mitkos e ribotoi n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb m\u00eb 1924 me alfabetin e shqipes \u2013 Gjergj Pekmezi (1872-1938). Mitko i dha Djimit\u00ebr Kamard\u00ebs k\u00ebng\u00eb popullore, gj\u00ebegj\u00ebza dhe p\u00ebrralla p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbledhjen e tij. Bleta shqiptare e Mitkos p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr themelore p\u00ebr let\u00ebrsin\u00eb gojore shqiptare. Por n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore l\u00ebvizja e romantizmit kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb prej koh\u00ebsh dhe bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb edhe interesimi p\u00ebr let\u00ebrsin\u00eb gojore e p\u00ebr traditat folklorike. Kjo rrethan\u00eb b\u00ebri q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhja e Mitkos t\u00eb mos pritej n\u00eb bot\u00eb me at\u00eb v\u00ebmendje q\u00eb meritonte.<\/p>\n

Pun\u00ebt n\u00eb l\u00ebmin e folklorit i vazhdoi edhe Spiro Dine (1846?-1922) nga Vithkuqi n\u00eb krahin\u00ebn e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs. Ishte an\u00ebtar themelues i seksionit t\u00eb Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb shtypurit shkronja shqip n\u00eb Egjipt m\u00eb 1881, t\u00eb njohur si Shoq\u00ebria e Stambollit, t\u00eb themeluar n\u00eb Stamboll nga rilind\u00ebsit m\u00eb 1879. Dine pati let\u00ebrk\u00ebmbim me De Rad\u00ebn, me Dhimit\u00ebr Kamard\u00ebn, me dijetarin nga ishulli Idhra (Greqi) – Panajot Kupitorin (1821-1881), me Jan Urban Jarnikun, me Dora d\u2019Istrian, me Kostandin Kristoforidhin (1830-1895), me Visar Dodanin (rreth 1857-1939) dhe Gustav Majerin. Vepra e tij Val\u00ebt e detit, Sofje 1908 \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje monumentale me 856 faqe me folklor e let\u00ebrsi shqiptare. N\u00eb 412 faqet e para kemi poezi atdhetare t\u00eb vet\u00eb Dines si dhe t\u00eb shkrimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Rilindjes: Koto Hoxhi, Thimi Kreji, Kostandin Kristoforidhi, Anastas Kullurioti (nga Athina), Loni Logori dhe Jani Vreto. Sikurse poet\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb, edhe Dine i kushtoi poezi Dora d\u2019Istrias.<\/p>\n

I pari folklorist q\u00eb mblodhi let\u00ebrsin\u00eb gojore n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb m\u00eb sistematike dhe m\u00eb shkencore ishte Shtjef\u00ebn Gje\u00e7ov (1874-1928) i lindur n\u00eb Janjev\u00eb af\u00ebr Prishtin\u00ebs. B\u00ebri kodifikimin monumental dhe botoi t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn zakonore shqiptare, Kanuni i Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit, Shkod\u00ebr 1933, i cili s\u00eb pari u botua pjes\u00eb-pjes\u00eb n\u00eb revist\u00ebn Albania t\u00eb Faik Konic\u00ebs (1875-1942) m\u00eb 1898 dhe 1899, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vitet 1913-1924 n\u00eb revist\u00ebn Hylli i Drit\u00ebs n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr.<\/p>\n
