Kjo grue e madhe shqiptare ia ka perkushtue jeten e vet BAMIRSIS\u00cb t\u00eb varfenve pa shikue perkatesin\u00eb etnike apo t\u00eb bindjeve fetare. Asht per k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye q\u00eb kjo grue shtatvogel dhe me zemer t\u00eb madhe nderohet nga e gjith\u00eb bota. Asht kjo grue shtatvogel me zemer t\u00eb madhe q\u00eb e ka nxjerr\u00eb populli shqiptar t\u00eb rritun dhe t\u00eb edukueme me traditat fisnike t\u00eb gjakut shqiptar dhe q\u00eb njikoh\u00ebsisht e ka ba t\u00eb njoftun n\u00eb mbar boten popullin e vet.<\/p>\n<p>Po n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shesh asht vendos\u00eb edhe monumentit i birit t\u00eb famshem t\u00eb Shkodres Luigj Gurakuqit (1879-1925), per t\u00eb cilin mund t\u00eb flitet me faqe t\u00eb tana qoft\u00eb per patriotizmin e Tij, per ndershmenin\u00eb e Tij dhe si perhapes i kultures dhe edukimit t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb ri.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shesh mungon edhe nji figur\u00eb tjeter shum\u00eb e rand\u00ebsishme q\u00eb ka nxjerr\u00eb populli i Shkodres, i cili ka dhan\u00eb kontribut teper t\u00eb madh jo vetem per Historin\u00eb e Shkodres, por edhe per Historin\u00eb e mbar popullit shqiptar. Pra mungon monumenti i humanistit t\u00eb shquem, historianit, t\u00eb parit autor t\u00eb njohur dhe nj\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjt\u00eb e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr shqiptare Marin Barletit  (lindun n\u00eb Shkoder rreth viti1460 \u2013 vdekur ne vitin 1512\/1513 ).<\/p>\n<p>Veprat e Marin Barletit q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb si nj\u00eb burim i dor\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb e t\u00eb paz\u00ebvend\u00ebsueshmit p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e shek.XV t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs Juglindore. Vepr\u00ebn e vet ai e mendonte si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmendore q\u00eb ia kushtonte luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr liri t\u00eb atdheut dhe popullit t\u00eb vet; ajo nuk do t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb funksion thjesht estetik, por do t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbente s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, si m\u00ebsuese e jet\u00ebs, q\u00eb do t\u2019i m\u00ebsonte njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur syt\u00eb e p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtuar si duhet pun\u00ebt e njer\u00ebzimit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHistoria e Sk\u00ebnderbeut\u201d e Barletit u b\u00eb burimi ma i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, nga ku patriot\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb m\u00ebsojshin historin\u00eb e luft\u00ebrave t\u00eb lavdishme t\u00eb popullit ton\u00eb n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e Sk\u00ebnderbeut dhe frym\u00ebzoheshin p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekjet e tyne p\u00ebr shp\u00ebtimin dhe lirin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Me librin e Tij Marin Barleti q\u00ebndron n\u00eb fillimet e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqiptare, e cila e nis udh\u00ebn e saj me nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmasave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Kjo vep\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb latinisht, q\u00eb asokohe ishte gjuha e kultur\u00ebs n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, por ajo i p\u00ebrket kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, jo vet\u00ebm se \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar nga nj\u00eb shqiptar, por se \u00ebsht\u00eb bota shqiptare q\u00eb i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb jet\u00eb k\u00ebtij argumenti madh\u00ebshtor t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb hershme t\u00eb k\u00ebtij populli t\u00eb lasht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nji veper tjeter e ketij shkodranit t\u00eb madh Marin Barletit asht edhe \u201cHistoria e jet\u00ebs dhe e  b\u00ebmave t\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut\u201d (Historia de vita et rebus gestis Scanderbegi, Rom\u00eb midis 1508 dhe 1510). \u00cbsht\u00eb vepra madhore e Marin Barletit. Ajo e tregon autorin si nj\u00eb shkrimtar t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb nart\u00eb dhe si historian q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb kuadrin e sakt\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb heroit dhe, me gjith\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb objektive p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar burimet, jep njohuri t\u00eb gjana p\u00ebr \u201c\u00c7\u2019ka ngjar\u00eb n\u00eb shek.XV dhe \u00e7far\u00eb zhvillimi ka pasur n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb shoq\u00ebria jon\u00eb, fshatar\u00ebsia shqiptare, jo vet\u00ebm nga ana historike, por edhe nga ana kulturore, ekonomike dhe drejtime t\u00eb tjera\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Autori mbron t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e nj\u00eb populli p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetue i lir\u00eb, himnizon njeriun dhe forc\u00ebn e tij, heroizmin njer\u00ebzor dhe dashurin\u00eb e natyrshme p\u00ebr trojet e t\u00eb par\u00ebve. Duke qen\u00eb nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr historike, libri i Barletit ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat dhe faktet q\u00eb sjell. Pa k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr historiografis\u00eb p\u00ebr Sk\u00ebnderbeun do t\u2019i mungonin burimet e para, q\u00eb e kan\u00eb ushqyer dhe vazhdojn\u00eb t\u2019a ushqejn\u00eb edhe sot.<\/p>\n<p>Vepra tjeter me rand\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe asht edhe \u201cRrethimi i Shkodr\u00ebs\u201d (De obsidione Scodrensi, Venedik 1504). N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb veper Ai jep historin\u00eb dramatike t\u00eb luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr jet\u00eb a vdekje t\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Shkodres s\u00eb rrethuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit nga tuqit osman n\u00eb vitin 1478\u201379. I mb\u00ebshtetun n\u00eb sh\u00ebnimet dhe kujtimet e veta si dhe t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, libri jep nj\u00eb tregim t\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb ngjarjeve politike-ushtarake, por sidomos t\u00eb aspektit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijes s\u00eb lart\u00eb patriotike t\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb qytetit.<\/p>\n<p>Shkruar n\u00eb latinisht dhe e botuar n\u00eb Rom\u00eb rreth viteve 1508-10. Kjo vep\u00ebr n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e vet u ribotua latinisht tri her\u00eb dhe u p\u00ebrkthye n\u00eb disa gjuh\u00eb evropiane.
