Prej vitesh ishte hedh\u00eb ideja e ngritjes t\u00eb nj\u00eb shtatoreje, n\u00eb fshatin e origjin\u00ebs t\u00eb Familjes Institucion Rugova, Malaj t\u00eb Rugov\u00ebs. Me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, ideja p\u00ebr projektin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, po begatohej. Sa funksionale do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb shtatore e vetmuar, pa objekte tjera rrethanore? Gjith\u00ebsesi e mang\u00ebt, n\u00eb raport me shpenzimet.<\/p>\n

At\u00ebher\u00eb, si duhej t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb projekt, i cili do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushte k\u00ebrkesat e nj\u00eb qende historike dhe turistike – nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh?<\/p>\n

M\u00ebsuam se hap\u00ebsira e p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebr Parkun Memorial, “Dr. Ibrahim Rugova”, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dylim Shqip\u00ebrie ose 10 ari tok\u00eb Kosove. Nj\u00eb projekt i d\u00ebshiruar nga ne, duhet t\u00eb zgjerohet, n\u00ebse lejojn\u00eb rrethanat. Rugovasit kan\u00eb qen\u00eb mburoja e Dukagjinit dhe e Kosov\u00ebs.
