Kur seria e botimeve, me krijimtari shkencore pedagogjike etj., t\u00eb shkruara nga Prof. Dr. Shefik Osmani po zgjatej, kaloi mbi dhjet\u00eb, dikush e pyeti t\u00eb shoqen e tij: Ku po i gjeni forcat (?), e nderuara Urti, ajo u p\u00ebrgjigj, af\u00ebrsisht: \u201cEdhe un\u00eb nuk e di! Po shtyt\u00ebsi m\u00eb i vendosur p\u00ebr nism\u00ebn ishte shoku i ngusht\u00eb i tij, i mosh\u00ebs e i shkoll\u00ebs,doktor, q\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb ma propozoi nism\u00ebn dhe un\u00eb i thash\u00eb \u201cnuk mundem; nuk jam as e zonja!. As mosha, rreth 85 vje\u00e7e, nuk m\u00eb lejon?!\u201d \u201cNuk do, jo nuk mundesh!\u201d- nguli k\u00ebmb\u00eb ai dhe iku n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, gjasme, i pak\u00ebnaqur me mua…\u201d.<\/p>\n

E prekur n\u00eb sed\u00ebr, po, natyrisht nga dashuria n\u00eb \u00e7ift, aq e admirueshme nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sa i kan\u00eb njohur, zonja Urti ia nisi v\u00ebrtet krijimtaris\u00eb: K\u00ebrkimit, gjetjes, sistemimit, shtypjes dhe botimit, n\u00eb v\u00ebllime me tematik\u00eb orientuese shkencore-pedagogjike, t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb krijimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb profesor Shefik Osmanit, e cila filloi qysh nga viti i larg\u00ebt 1942 e vazhdoi p\u00ebr 70 vjet, deri m\u00eb 2012, kur, ai u nda nga kjo jet\u00eb.
\nE gjith\u00eb vepra e saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb, familjen e pun\u00ebn, p\u00ebrmblidhet n\u00eb nj\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb v\u00ebllime. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 \u201cFjalorit t\u00eb Pedagogjis\u00eb\u201d,vep\u00ebr e par\u00eb, e madhe, origjinale e solide e Prof.Sh.Osmanit, e vler\u00ebsuar lart, si p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbajtjen edhe p\u00ebr paraqitjen e saj.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto dit\u00eb, dikush e kishte pyetur, zonj\u00ebn Urti Osmani – \u201cM\u00ebsuese e Popullit\u201d, tashm\u00eb n\u00eb vitin e 90-t\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs: \u201cMe se po merresh?\u201d \u201cNuk di \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj!?…\u201d- ishte p\u00ebrgjigjur. N\u00ebnkuptimi, p\u00ebr k\u00ebdo, \u00ebsht\u00eb se ka d\u00ebshir\u00eb, ka edhe mund\u00ebsi, duke e mposhtur mosh\u00ebn, lodhjen aq t\u00eb madhe, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon korrektesa n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e librave. Por gadishm\u00ebria tregon pafund\u00ebsin\u00eb e dashuris\u00eb p\u00ebr ish- bashk\u00ebshortin, me t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb ndar\u00eb prej korrikut 2012, at\u00ebhere kur ai ishte af\u00ebr aq, sa ajo ka mosh\u00ebn e saj, tani. S\u2019ke \u00e7\u2019thua! Grua, bashk\u00ebshorte, bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtore dhe vijuese e vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, m\u00ebsuese n\u00eb rolin e edukatores s\u00eb brezave, fillimisht, pastaj p\u00ebrmes dijes, autore e teksteve m\u00ebsimore dhe ndihm\u00ebse e bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtore e t\u00eb shoqit, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb krijimtarin\u00eb e shkruar.<\/p>\n

Krijimtaria e tyre, secila m\u00eb vete apo si \u00e7ift, me autor\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb dy bashk\u00ebshort\u00ebve t\u00eb rrall\u00eb, arrin n\u00eb rreth 75 v\u00ebllime! Nj\u00eb enciklopedi e gjer\u00eb dashurie familiare e bashk\u00ebshortore, pedagogjike e psikologjike. sidomos p\u00ebr shkollat e ciklit t\u00eb ul\u00ebt e speciale, p\u00ebr te mesuarit n\u00eb shkollat shqipe jasht\u00eb vendit, p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb n\u00eb koregjimin e shqiptimit t\u00eb disa tingujve e fjal\u00ebve nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e edukimit e shkollimit, p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn islame, p\u00ebr filatelin\u00eb si mund\u00ebsi e zgjerimit t\u00eb dijeve, p\u00ebr nxitjen e talenteve n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb krijimtaris\u00eb shkencore e letrare etj. Dhe, m\u00eb kryesorja, p\u00ebr dashurin\u00eb ndaj Atdheut, gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, traditave mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare, pavar\u00ebsisht ndarjeve administrative politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve etj etj. Krijimtaria e tyre z\u00eb vend me dinjitet, krahas asaj t\u00eb personaliteteve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs e t\u00eb pedagogjis\u00eb shqiptare dhe i sh\u00ebrben, si burim i pafund dijesh, personave q\u00eb do t\u00eb vijojn\u00eb pun\u00ebn, m\u00ebsues e drejtues t\u00eb shkollave dhe, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht, studiuesve shkencor\u00eb, n\u00eb qend\u00ebr ose n\u00eb rrethet e vendit.<\/p>\n

Shum\u00eb persona, q\u00eb iu kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb k\u00ebto libra, miq, shok\u00eb, bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb, ish-nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, personalitete t\u00eb shkencave t\u00eb ndryshme, sidomos t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs e t\u00eb pedagogjis\u00eb son\u00eb, i kan\u00eb shprehur me fjal\u00eb ose edhe kan\u00eb shkruar, me v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsi e admirim, zonj\u00ebs Urti, p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e b\u00ebr\u00eb.
