Botimi i monografive p\u00ebr fillimin e arsimit shqip n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr shkollat e para shqipe n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb shpeshtuar. Nj\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb e b\u00ebri edhe autori Shani Hoti q\u00eb botoi librin monografik \u201cHistoriku i shkoll\u00ebs 4 D\u00ebshmor\u00eb\u201d \u2013 Ratkoc, 1945\/46 \u2013 2017\/18 (72 vjetori i themelimit).<\/p>\n

K\u00ebshtu ai ia arriti k\u00ebsaj pune me nj\u00eb angazhim disa vje\u00e7ar por q\u00eb ia vlen dhe e arsyeton mundin ngase tashm\u00eb ratkocasit e sidomos gjeneratat e reja e njohin historikun e arsimit shqip n\u00eb Ratkoc, q\u00eb si edhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb mese tjera t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs edhe k\u00ebtu nisi pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n

Libri i Hotit \u00ebsht\u00eb botuar pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb 72 vjetorin e themelimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shkolle pra aty nisi m\u00ebsimi i shkronjave shqipe n\u00eb vitin shkollor 1945\/46.<\/p>\n

Hapja e par\u00eb e shkoll\u00eb shqipe n\u00eb fshatin Ratkoc t\u00eb Rahovecit si edhe n\u00eb mese tjera n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb sh\u00ebnon nj\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr popullat\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij fshati dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb rrethanat dhe kushtet ishin t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira sidomos p\u00ebr popullin shqiptar, pothuajse n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha l\u00ebmenjt\u00eb e jet\u00ebs, e ve\u00e7mas n\u00eb arsim.<\/p>\n

Libri monografik p\u00ebr SHFMU “4 D\u00ebshmor\u00ebt”, t\u00eb fshatit Ratkoc t\u00eb Rahovecit pas nj\u00eb fjale t\u00eb autorit dhe nj\u00eb parath\u00ebnie t\u00eb shkurt\u00eb, vazhdon me nj\u00eb let\u00ebrnjoftim p\u00ebr fshatin Ratkoc ( Drinas) ku lexuesi ka mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb njihet sa m\u00eb af\u00ebr me k\u00ebt\u00eb fshat duke p\u00ebrmend familjet q\u00eb kan\u00eb jetuar dhe jetojn\u00eb aktualisht aty, toponimet e ndryshme t\u00eb fshatit si dhe numrin e banor\u00ebve n\u00eb periudha t\u00eb ndryshme kohore, e po ashtu autori sjell t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr vendosjen e 21 familjeve kolone malazeze, serbe nga Serbia, Mali i Zi, Bosna e Hercegovina si dhe 114 familje optant\u00eb sllave nga Shqip\u00ebria.
