Kushtetuta duhet ndryshuar p\u00ebr t\u2019iu dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e votimit diaspor\u00ebs, k\u00ebshtu do kishin p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e tyre n\u00eb parlamentet shqiptare. Fati i nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb kombit ton\u00eb ka qen\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb periudha t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb historis\u00eb t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulet nga trojet e veta p\u00ebrshkak t\u00eb luftrave, eksodeve dhe faktor\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Duke e pasur t\u00eb gjall\u00eb frym\u00ebn patriotike t\u00eb trash\u00ebguar nga pasardh\u00ebsit t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vdi\u00e7\u00ebn me mall p\u00ebr Shqiptarin\u00eb, sot gjeneratat e reja p\u00ebrve\u00e7 q\u00eb po shk\u00eblqejn\u00eb n\u00eb karrier\u00eb n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb ndryshme,ata asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk po i mohojn\u00eb rr\u00ebnjet, p\u00ebrkundrazi po e ngrisin lart kombin shqiptar me veprat e tyre brilante. E pam\u00eb Kampionatin Bot\u00ebror t\u00eb Futbollit, ku djemt\u00eb tan\u00eb shk\u00eblqyen duke na dh\u00ebn\u00eb vullnet dhe duke i treguar bot\u00ebs se shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb bart\u00ebsit e civilizimit t\u00eb lasht\u00eb, n\u00eb shtyllat e t\u00eb cilit q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb sot vlerat per\u00ebndimore.<\/p>\n<p>Fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb diaspora jon\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb ka ndihmuar atdheun por ajo u integrua n\u00eb ato vende dhe kontinente ku \u00ebsht\u00eb prezente, ku p\u00ebrve\u00e7 fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore, ajo nxjerri koka intelektuale t\u00eb kalibrit bot\u00ebror, artist\u00eb e sportist\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po mahnisin bot\u00ebn. Kemi arvanit\u00ebt n\u00eb Greqi t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb miliona, e q\u00eb ruajn\u00eb me fanatiz\u00ebm rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt dhe gjuh\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsisht politik\u00ebs naciste sllave. Kemi arnaut\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e mondernizuan Egjiptin dhe Turqin\u00eb e q\u00eb jan\u00eb miliona, duke mos harruar se nga vijn\u00eb. Kemi diaspor\u00ebn n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim q\u00eb dhan\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen shqiptare, diaspor\u00ebn n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb e cila e ngriti n\u00eb nivel bot\u00ebror kauz\u00ebn shqiptare duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb shpres\u00eb e drit\u00eb kombit n\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira.
