Sipas nj\u00eb teze t\u00eb Harry Fultz\u2013it e cila mb\u00ebshtetej edhe tek raportet e Legat\u00ebs gjermane n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb drejtuar Berlinit, \u00eb 23 gusht 1943, konsulli gjerman n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb Schliep, raportonte se Balli Komb\u00ebtar e kishte njoftuar se, ata luftonin kund\u00ebr italian\u00ebve dhe nuk do t\u00eb luftonin kund\u00ebr gjerman\u00ebve. Pra, p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb lufte fliste Balli Komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb Mukje? Po ashtu, prishja e Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Mukjes u shpall s\u00eb pari nga E.
