Kjo \u2013 ashtu si\u00e7 ju e dini \u2013 lidhet me disa plane t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb kthyer barrakat ushtarake n\u00eb qytetin tuaj n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb soj Muzeumi dhe Kompleks Memorial si \u201cKampi i Shfarosjes s\u00eb Tepelen\u00ebs\u201d, shkruan Dioguardi n\u00eb letr\u00ebn e tij. Sipas letr\u00ebs s\u00eb botuar n\u00eb gazet\u00ebn Dielli n\u00eb Nju Jork, ish-kongresisti i k\u00ebrkon Kryetarit t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Tepelen\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb, \u201cT\u00ebrhiqni mb\u00ebshtetjen p\u00ebr Memorialin Kompleks i cili n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb falsifikuar p\u00ebrshkruan, \u201cMemorialin e Kampit Shfaros\u00ebs t\u00eb Tepelen\u00ebs\u2026dhe zyrtarisht t\u00eb anuloni nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb till\u00eb\u201d, citohet t\u00eb ket\u00eb shkruar Xho Dioguardi n\u00eb at\u00eb let\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e kam t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb besoj se kjo let\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpiluar dhe n\u00ebnshkruar nga Z. Dioguardi, por p\u00ebr derisa ai nuk e p\u00ebrgnjeshtron nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb ai duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs &#8212; si dhe autori vet i k\u00ebsaj letre. Se pse Z. Dioguardi me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast u bashkohet manipulimeve dhe falsifikimeve komuniste t\u00eb historis\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb absolutisht e pabesueshme dhe e pa kuptueshme p\u00ebr mua. E kemi njohur pak si ndryshe, Z. Dioguardi. E kemi njohur si mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, sidomos t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb viteve. \u00c7far\u00eb ka ndodhur vet\u00ebm ai e di dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb i ka borxh nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje komunitetit shqiptaro-amerikan. Pothuaj nuk ka asnj\u00eb vend ish-komunist t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs Lindore e Qendrore, t\u00eb cilat gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe post komuniste t\u00eb mos ken\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar monumente dhe memoriale kushtuar miliona viktimave t\u00eb komunizmit. Shqip\u00ebria jon\u00eb, fatkeqsisht \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim, deri tani. Pse e pengon Z. Dioguardi nd\u00ebrtimin e memorialit n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb kushtuar viktimave t\u00eb komunizmit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri? Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb minimumi q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb kujtuar viktimat e komunizmit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, pasi e kaluara komuniste nuk mund dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb shlyhet, ashtu si\u00e7 do t\u00eb d\u00ebshironin disa, por t\u00eb pak\u00ebn t\u00eb kujtohet me memorial t\u00eb tilla, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb ai n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>I nderuar Z. Dioguardi, Memoriali nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb aspak me Tepelen\u00ebn, as me banor\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij qyteti t\u00eb nderuar shqiptar, por me nj\u00eb kamp p\u00ebrqendrimi ku kan\u00eb vuajtur dhe vdekur njer\u00ebz t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm, nd\u00ebr ta edhe gra, pleq e f\u00ebmij. Nuk ishte Tepelena as banor\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm ose t\u00eb djesh\u00ebm t\u00eb atij qyteti q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00ebn e atij kampi, por ishte dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb ish-regjimi komunist i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb e turpshme, sepse Z. Dioguardi ofendon shum\u00eb shqiptaro-amerikan\u00eb, shum\u00eb prej tyre viktima t\u00eb komunizmit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt Z. Dioguardi e di m\u00eb s\u00eb miri, se prej tyre ka pasur mb\u00ebshtetjen m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe financiare, politike dhe morale, gjat\u00eb 30-viteve t\u00eb fundit dhe m\u00eb heret, pik\u00ebrisht nga bijt\u00eb edhe bijat shqiptaro-amerikan\u00eb, t\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekurve n\u00ebn regjimin e Enver Hoxh\u00ebs &#8212; disa prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve edhe kan\u00eb kaluar dit\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb zeza t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb at\u00eb kamp p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrimi dhe t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb detyruar. Dhe tani Z. Dioguardi k\u00ebthehet e p\u00ebrgnjeshtron madje edhe ekzistenc\u00ebn e nj\u00eb kampi fam\u00ebkeq si\u00e7 ishte kampi n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb? T\u00eb pyes ai cilindo nga k\u00ebta shqiptaro-amerikan\u00eb, disa prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve kan\u00eb qen\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb shum\u00eb af\u00ebr me Z. Dioguardi, se i tregojn\u00eb atij p\u00ebr vuajtjet e tyre dhe t\u00eb familjeve t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekura, disa prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve kan\u00eb vuajtur me dekada dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb kan\u00eb vdekur n\u00eb kampin e Tepelen\u00ebs. Fatbardh\u00ebsisht, disa prej atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb vuajtur tmerret e burgjeve dhe kampeve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb detyruar n\u00ebn komuniz\u00ebm, kan\u00eb botuar reagimet e tyre t\u00eb ashpra n\u00eb disa artikuj t\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, ndaj letr\u00ebs s\u00eb Z. Diougardi, ish- t\u00eb burgosur si Prof Sami Repishti, Prof Mithat Gashi, Lek Mirakaj, P\u00ebllumb Lamaj, e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 duket n\u00eb letr\u00ebn e tij, Z. Dioguardi kund\u00ebrshton krahasimin e kampit t\u00eb Tepelen\u00ebs me kampin nazist n\u00eb Aushwitz t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb, por Z. Dioguardi duhet t\u00eb dij\u00eb se ka qen\u00eb vet ish-ambasadori gjerman n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, Z. Helmut Hoffman i cili kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb krahasim t\u00eb till\u00eb, pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr trajtimin e tmersh\u00ebm q\u00eb u b\u00ebhej t\u00eb internuarve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb kampin e vendosur n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb. E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se ishte ambasada gjermane n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe Fondacioni gjerman Adenauer, ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar botimin e skicave (disa prej tyre m\u00eb posht\u00eb) t\u00eb ish-t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekurit Lek Previzi nga kampi n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb, (Shih artikullin m\u00eb posht\u00eb). Nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr e pashoqe \u2013 e vetmja e till\u00eb nga kampet e internimit dhe t\u00eb kampeve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb detyrueshme t\u00eb vendeve ish-komuniste &#8212; q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pranuar si nj\u00eb dokumentacion i vuajtjeve t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve t\u00eb regjimit komunist, n\u00eb kampin e Tepelen\u00ebs. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, ambasada gjermane n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb meriton kredin\u00eb, si asnj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ambasad\u00eb e huaj n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, duke e dalluar veten gjat\u00eb 20-viteve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb u ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje vazhdimisht autoriteteve shqiptare q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen seriozisht me krimet e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs komuniste, si nj\u00eb doemosdoshm\u00ebri p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare, natyrisht duke folur bindsh\u00ebm nga p\u00ebrvoja e tyre e historis\u00eb naziste dhe komuniste.<\/p>\n<p>Duket se botimi i letr\u00ebs s\u00eb Z. Dioguardi, drejtuar Kryetarit t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Tepelen\u00ebs, Z.
