B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr ish-kampin fam\u00ebkeq t\u00eb Tepelen\u00ebs n\u00eb vitet 1949-1953, i cili ishte nj\u00eb nga dy kampet e t\u00eb internuarve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, s\u00eb bashku me at\u00eb t\u00eb Kruj\u00ebs. T\u00eb persekutuarit e Jugut u \u00e7uan n\u00eb Kruj\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa ata t\u00eb Veriut n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Debati ka marr\u00eb ngjyra ekstreme politike, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjes p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn e keqe t\u00eb k\u00ebtij kampi, n\u00eb kontekstin e sot\u00ebm politik, nga disa tipa t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar si anti-komunst\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk din\u00eb si t\u2019i bien n\u00eb sy lidershipit t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, ka nj\u00eb reagim po aq t\u00eb tepruar p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201cmbrojtur\u201d nderin e Tepelen\u00ebs, duke r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb kurthin e provokimit.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb padiskutim gj\u00eb e lig\u00eb, ta identifikosh persekutimin dhe vuajtjen kat\u00ebrvje\u00e7are n\u00eb nj\u00eb kamp, me emrin e Tepelen\u00ebs, dhe ta vendos\u00ebsh n\u00eb kontekst krahinor, gj\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ndodh p\u00ebr Kruj\u00ebn analoge, nga ana tjet\u00ebr. Pra, shihet qart\u00eb, se kur thuhet \u201cKampi i Tepelen\u00ebs\u201d, dikush k\u00ebrkon ta identifikoj\u00eb me Tepelen\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ai \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht \u201c<em>Nj\u00eb kamp n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb<\/em>\u201d dhe jo \u201c<em>Kampi i Tepelen\u00ebs<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tepelena, ashtu si pjesa tjet\u00ebr e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ka pasur historit\u00eb e saj t\u00eb persekutimit komunist, t\u00eb burgosurit dhe t\u00eb pushkatuarit e saj, dhe nuk ka qen\u00eb, as simbol i diktatur\u00ebs, dhe as \u00ebsht\u00eb e kompleksuar nga historia e saj krenare antifashiste.<\/p>\n<p>Kur them ky debat \u00ebsht\u00eb i lig, kam parasysh se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb provokuar nj\u00eb reagim po kaq ekstrem.<\/p>\n<p>Lexova sot nj\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb i b\u00ebhej kryetarit t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Tepelen\u00ebs, T\u00ebrmet Pe\u00e7i, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos pranuar as aktivitet p\u00ebrkujtimor p\u00ebr Dit\u00ebn Europiane t\u00eb P\u00ebrkujtimit t\u00eb Viktimave t\u00eb Sistemeve Totalitare, q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb m\u00eb 23 gusht.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb biesh n\u00eb loj\u00ebn e lig\u00eb t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb theksojn\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb tog\u00ebfjalshin \u201cKampi i Tepelen\u00ebs\u201d, dhe nuk i referohen si nj\u00eb \u201cKamp internimi\u201d q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb at\u00eb kamp padiskutim kan\u00eb ndodhur po ato gj\u00ebra q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndodhur n\u00eb kampin e Kruj\u00ebs, n\u00eb Porto Palermo, Berat, apo Lezh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia p\u00ebr krimet e diktatur\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjeografike, por politike. P\u00ebr to nuk kishte r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi n\u00eb k\u00eb territor kryheshin, por kush i kryente. Dhe si e till\u00eb, lufta e lig\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebhet ndaj p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb tog\u00ebfjal\u00ebshit \u201cKampi i Tepelen\u00ebs\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb gati racist dhe duhet ndaluar.<\/p>\n<p>Por reagimi ndaj tij duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i matur, p\u00ebr ta zhvler\u00ebsuar at\u00eb, dhe jo p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebsaj beteje t\u00eb lig\u00eb, nj\u00eb pal\u00eb t\u00eb panevojshme.<\/p>\n<p>Tepelena nuk ka asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshehur nga ajo q\u00eb ka ndodhur. Shkoni n\u00eb Turan, se ua tregojn\u00eb pleqt\u00eb e mbetur si kan\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetuar me vdekjen e t\u00eb ardhurve. Shkoni n\u00eb Kod\u00ebr, ku ngarkoheshin tjegullat p\u00ebr kampin, t\u2019u tregojn\u00eb histori p\u00ebr grat\u00eb q\u00eb i mbanin ato n\u00eb krah 9 km dhe posht\u00eb tjegullave merrnin dhe vez\u00ebt q\u00eb u dhuronin fshatar\u00ebt, apo ndonj\u00eb shishe qum\u00ebshti.<\/p>\n<p>Ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb gjall\u00eb mund t\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb pa asnj\u00eb kompleks se sa i kan\u00eb ndihmuar banor\u00ebt e zon\u00ebs t\u00eb internuarit, si kan\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetuar me ta, si kan\u00eb ndar\u00eb bashk\u00eb varf\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe kafshat\u00ebn e buk\u00ebs, si jan\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekur t\u2019u shp\u00ebtojn\u00eb epidemive q\u00eb nuk ishin vet\u00ebm n\u00eb kamp, por dhe n\u00eb zon\u00ebn p\u00ebrreth.<\/p>\n<p>Tepelena \u00ebsht\u00eb krenare p\u00ebr an\u00ebn e saj njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori. Dhe ajo njer\u00ebzill\u00ebkun ka n\u00eb dor\u00eb. Vendin e kampit e ka pasur n\u00eb dor\u00eb shteti. P\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb politike rreth kampit, ka nj\u00eb adres\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se kush \u00ebsht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 23 gusht n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb, do t\u00eb ekspozohen regjistrat e p\u00ebrpunimit nga Sigurimi i Shtetit t\u00eb mbar\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Tepelen\u00ebs. Do t\u00eb ket\u00eb pjes\u00eb nga dosja e Trifon Xhagjik\u00ebs, poetit t\u00eb pushkatuar p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e fjal\u00ebs dhe bindjeve antikomuniste, nga dera e njohur e Xhagjikajve, dosja e Neim Pash\u00ebs, dosjet e personazheve kryesore t\u00eb kryengritjes s\u0117 Zhapokik\u00ebs, dosja e Zenel Shehut, dosje informative t\u00eb t\u00eb pushkatuarve, lista t\u00eb Sigurimit me t\u00eb arratisurit dhe t\u00eb vrar\u00ebt n\u0117 kufi, raporte informative p\u00ebr banda diversant\u00ebsh dhe dosjet e Sigurimit t\u00eb kampit t\u00eb B\u00ebn\u00e7\u00ebs, \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e thell\u00eb e persekutimit t\u00eb Tepelen\u00ebs, dhe jo e persekutimit nga Tepelena.<\/p>\n<p>Ky debat duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb fund, ose s\u00eb paku duhet injoruar si nj\u00eb provokim d\u00ebshtak\u00ebsh. Tepelena dhe tepelenasit, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb shpres\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb. P\u00ebrpjekja p\u00ebr ta politizuar k\u00ebt\u00eb debat, dhe akoma m\u00eb keq, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb aty dhe kryetarin aktual t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb, i cili ka lindur 20 vjet pasi ishte prishur ai kamp, \u00ebsht\u00eb politizim i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm i k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe munges\u00eb respekti p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb tepelenasit dhe at\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb sot p\u00ebr t\u00eb respektuar historin\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00ebreni T\u00ebrmetin t\u00eb merret me t\u00eb sotmen e Tepelen\u00ebs, se p\u00ebr fat e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb qytet, shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb se shum\u00eb paraardh\u00ebs t\u00eb tij, dhe mos e ngat\u00ebrroni me historin\u00eb e politizuar t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Fal\u00eb tij, sot mund t\u00eb shkosh t\u00eb b\u00ebsh nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb pa t\u00eb ardhur turp n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb, dhe po fal\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, mund t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb qytet m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr vendasit, por dhe mysafir\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Tepelena nuk ka zgjedhur t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb kamp. Ka vet\u00ebm disa d\u00ebshtak\u00eb q\u00eb pasi nuk ja kan\u00eb dal\u00eb t\u2019i bien n\u00eb sy dikujt si antikomunist\u00eb, tani duan t\u00eb duken anti-tepelenas, pasi k\u00ebshtu mund t\u00eb bien n\u00eb sy t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb duket sikur ua ka marr\u00eb pushtetin Tepelena. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr ta, Tepelena ua ka marr\u00eb pushtetin edhe n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Lulzim Bash\u00ebs. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pak d\u00ebshp\u00ebruese p\u00ebr ta.
