Marr\u00ebveshja korniz\u00eb e Ohrit, p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerjen e konfliktit t\u00eb armatosur t\u00eb vitit 2001, e cila konsiderohet si marr\u00ebvshje mes shqipt\u00ebve dhe maqedonasve p\u00ebr rregullimin e disa \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb shtetit (13 gusht 2011).<\/p>\n<p>2. Marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim, fqinj\u00ebsi t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebkuptim mes Maqedonis\u00eb dhe Bullgaris\u00eb (1 gusht 2017).<\/p>\n<p>3. Marr\u00ebveshja e Presp\u00ebs (Nivic\u00ebs), mes Maqedonis\u00eb dhe Greqis\u00eb p\u00ebr ndryshimin e emrit t\u00eb shtetit n\u00eb Republika e Maqedonis\u00eb Veriore (17 qershor 2018).<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb tri k\u00ebto marr\u00ebveshje nd\u00ebrlidhen me referendumin e ardhsh\u00ebm q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb Maqedoni m\u00eb 30 shtator, i cili ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrmbushjen e detyrimeve q\u00eb dalin nga Marr\u00ebveshja e Presp\u00ebr, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb shbllokimit t\u00eb proceseve t\u00eb integrimit t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb n\u00eb NATO dhe BE.<\/p>\n<p>Marr\u00ebveshja korniz\u00eb e Ohrit si rezultat i konfliktit t\u00eb armatosur t\u00eb vitit 2001, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb frym\u00eb edhe ndryshimet e Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, t\u00eb vitit 2001, i kan\u00eb betonuar t\u00eb drejtat e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Maqedoni, me t\u00eb cilat aktualisht nuk pajtohen nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e shqiptar\u00ebve, por ende nuk kan\u00eb gjetur rrug\u00eb dhe mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ndryshimin e k\u00ebsaj gjendje.<\/p>\n<p>Me Deklarat\u00ebn e partive politike parlamentare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Maqedoni (Bashkimi Demokratik p\u00ebr Integrim, Koalicioni Rilindja me Bes\u00eb dhe Aleanca p\u00ebr Shqiptar\u00ebt), e n\u00ebnshkruar m\u00eb 7 janar 2017, me mb\u00ebshtetjen e Tiran\u00ebs dhe Prishtin\u00ebs zyrtare, pas zgjedhjeve parlamantare t\u00eb 11 dhjetorit 2016 n\u00eb Maqedoni dhe ndryshimit t\u00eb pushtetit, avancimi i t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Maqedoni p\u00ebrcaktohet si: &#8220;Arritja e barazis\u00eb s\u00eb plot\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Marr\u00ebveshjen e Ohrit dhe Kushtetut\u00ebn&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Partit\u00eb politike parlamentare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Maqedoni jan\u00eb deklaruar se e mb\u00ebshtesin pa rezerv\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen e Presp\u00ebs dhe referendumin e 30 shtatorit.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, sidomos nga diaspora, jan\u00eb t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb arriturat e deri sotme dhe jan\u00eb deklaruar kund\u00ebr Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Presp\u00ebs, disa edhe apelojn\u00eb hapur q\u00eb referendumi t\u00eb bojkotohet.<\/p>\n<p>Deri m\u00eb sot, vet\u00ebm disa p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb organizatave joqeveritare dhe nj\u00eb grup intelektual\u00ebsh shqiptar\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebveprim me Forumin p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut (IGFM-Maqedoni) jan\u00eb deklaruar se mund t\u00eb sigurohet nj\u00eb zgjidhje n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje p\u00ebrmes dialogur t\u00eb hapur demokratik dhe konstruktiv me Qeverin\u00eb e Maqedonis\u00eb, me ndihm\u00ebn edhe t\u00eb faktorit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr aq sa jan\u00eb angazhuar deri m\u00eb sot shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Maqedoni, sidomos partit\u00eb politike t\u00eb tyre, duke pasur parasysh edhe kornizat e Kushtetut\u00ebs aktuale, Marr\u00ebveshjen korniz\u00eb t\u00eb Ohrit, Deklarat\u00ebn e partive politike parlamentare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, \u00ebsht\u00eb tep\u00ebr v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb tejkalohet kjo situat\u00eb pa pasoja p\u00ebr popullin shqiptar n\u00eb Maqedoni, i cili deri m\u00eb sot \u00ebsht\u00eb trajtuar si pakic\u00eb komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shtet, nd\u00ebrsa gjuha shqipe edhe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr disa ndryshimev dhe plot\u00ebsimev t\u00eb ligjit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebve, gjuha shqipe edhe m\u00eb tej trajtohet si gjuh\u00eb q\u00eb e flasin mbi 20% e qytetar\u00ebve, jo si gjuh\u00eb shqipe zyrtare, e barabart\u00eb me gjuh\u00ebn zyrtare maqedonase, sidomos n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>(<em>24 gusht 2018<\/em>)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Abdulla Mehmeti Republika e Maqedonis\u00eb ka n\u00ebnshkruar tri marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, nga pavar\u00ebsimi i saj m\u00eb 1991 deri m\u00eb sot, edhe at\u00eb: 1.
