Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Maqedoni si\u00e7 duket do t’i thon\u00eb \u201ePo\u201c referendumit me karakter konsultues t\u00eb 30 shtatorit, n\u00eb lidhje me ndryshimin e emrit t\u00eb shtetit n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar m\u00eb 17 qershor t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti mes Maqedonis\u00eb dhe Greqis\u00eb, t\u00eb njohur si Marr\u00ebveshja e Presp\u00ebs, si dhe p\u00ebr deklarimin e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shteti n\u00eb lidhje me integrimin n\u00eb NATO dhe BE.<\/p>\n

Partit\u00eb politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve jan\u00eb deklaruar se e mb\u00ebshtesin k\u00ebt\u00eb referendum, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb grup i intelektual\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur nga sektori civil angazhohen q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt ta p\u00ebrkrahin k\u00ebt\u00eb referendum, por jo pa kushte dhe pa marr\u00ebveshje paraprake mes faktor\u00ebve vend\u00ebs dhe faktorit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, duke marr\u00eb parasysh se nuk ka alternativa t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb interes t\u00eb popullit shqiptar n\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana.<\/p>\n

1. Mbajtja e referendumit \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim q\u00eb del nga Marr\u00ebveshja e Presp\u00ebs, nj\u00eb projekt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar i p\u00ebrgatitur me shum\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtim, kompetenc\u00eb, profesionaliz\u00ebm dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi, e cila ka t\u00eb metat e saj n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat faktori politik shqiptar vend\u00ebs nuk ka qen\u00eb i preokupuar dhe i kujdessh\u00ebm sa duhet, prandaj edhe pasojat do t’i vuajn\u00eb vet\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes dhe mandatit q\u00eb u kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebtyre forcave politike q\u00eb t’i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb ata. Faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar nuk e konteston vullnetin politik t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve vend\u00ebs p\u00ebrderisa ata nuk i ndryshojn\u00eb q\u00ebndrimet e tyre ndaj forcave politike q\u00eb duhet t\u2019i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb interesat e tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb denj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

2. Referendumi i 30 shtatorit n\u00eb Maqedoni ka karakter konsultues, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb obligues, dhe si i till\u00eb nuk e ndryshon procedur\u00ebn e hyrjes n\u00eb fuqi dhe zbatimin e Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Presp\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

3. Referendumi q\u00eb organizohet pas marr\u00ebveshjes mes dy shteteve, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshja e Presp\u00ebs mes Maqedonis\u00eb dhe Greqis\u00eb, e nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuar, p\u00ebrkrahur dhe kontrolluar nga faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, nuk organizohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar, por p\u00ebr t\u2019i arritur q\u00ebllimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat organizohet, dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb pushteti n\u00eb Maqedoni me ndihm\u00ebn e faktorit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar do ta realizoj\u00eb me sukses.<\/p>\n

4. \u00c7\u00ebshtjet e pazgjidhura q\u00eb i preokupojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Maqedoni q\u00eb nga pavar\u00ebsimi i k\u00ebtij shteti, sidomos statusi juridik-kushtetues dhe politik i tyre, zyrtarizimi i gjuh\u00ebs shqipe dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tjera lidhur me t\u00eb drejtat e natyrshme t\u00eb popullit shqiptar, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e t\u00eb cilave jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjen korniz\u00eb t\u00eb Ohrit, nuk lidhen dhe kusht\u00ebzohen nga suksesi ose mossuksesi i k\u00ebtij referendumi, nga shprehja e vullnetit t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shteti p\u00ebr intergimin n\u00eb NATO dhe BE, por nga koncepti i shtetit q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb definohet me ndryshimet e reja kushtetuese, si dhe nga vullneti politik dhe marr\u00ebveshja mes faktor\u00ebve politik\u00eb t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrfundimisht duhet t\u00eb zgjidhen pas referendumit.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tjera lidhur me referendumin e 30 shtatorit do t\u00eb ndiqni edhe analiza politike, sqarime dhe udh\u00ebzime p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebve n\u00eb vijim.<\/p>\n
