Deklaratat e dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb disa zyrtar\u00ebve, politikan\u00ebve dhe analist\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb dhe t\u00eb huaj se, n\u00ebse Lugina e Preshev\u00ebs do t\u2019i bashkohet Kosov\u00ebs, si pjes\u00eb e natyrshme e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb, do ta nxit edhe rebelimin dhe shk\u00ebputjen, si\u00e7 thon\u00eb ata, t\u00eb Tetov\u00ebs dhe Gostivarit nga Maqedonia, jan\u00eb spekulime dhe nuk jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e asnj\u00eb agjende politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Maqedoni dhe as t\u00eb faktor\u00ebve t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

1. Rajoni i Pollogut (Tetova dhe Gostivari) dhe rajoni i Shkupit n\u00eb Maqedoni, me shumic\u00eb t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare, p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb mbi 50% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shteti, prandaj, \u00e7do ide p\u00ebr shk\u00ebputjen e k\u00ebtyre territoreve nga Maqedonia duhet t\u00eb kosiderohet si spekulim, manipulim dhe propagand\u00eb n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb popullit shqiptar vend\u00ebs, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn sh\u00ebrbehen agjentuarat e huaja p\u00ebr minimizimin e faktorit shqiptar n\u00eb Maqedoni, ose p\u00ebrdoren pavet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm nga disa politikan\u00eb dhe analist\u00eb q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb njohuri elementare mbi t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb sotmen e k\u00ebtij vendi dhe t\u00eb rajonit.<\/p>\n

2. Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Maqedoni mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahin \u00e7far\u00ebdo p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb faktor\u00ebve politik\u00eb vend\u00ebs dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb p\u00ebr arritjen e nj\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, e cila do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb me njohjen reciproke mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb; e p\u00ebrkrahin gjithashtu fuqish\u00ebm mosc\u00ebnimin e sovranitetit dhe integritetit territorial t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa zgjidhjen p\u00ebrmes shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb territoreve e shohin si spekulim, manov\u00ebr politike, blerje kohe dhe mjegull propagande q\u00eb zakonisht ngrihet para \u00e7do marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme mes shteteve.<\/p>\n

3. President\u00ebt e shteteve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, qeverit\u00eb dhe faktor\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb mund t\u00eb bisedojn\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshjen mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr njohjen reciproke, por absolutisht nuk jan\u00eb faktor\u00eb vendimmarr\u00ebs p\u00ebr ndryshimin e kufijve mes k\u00ebtyre shteteve, sidomos n\u00eb rajonin e trazuar t\u00eb Gadishullit Ilirik, me shum\u00eb probleme t\u00eb trash\u00ebguara nga e kaluara, sidomos p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb territoreve.<\/p>\n

4. Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Maqedoni kan\u00eb synimet e tyre dhe strategji p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Kosov\u00ebn dhe shtetet tjera n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Ilirikut (Ballkanit) Per\u00ebndimor, p\u00ebr integrimin e k\u00ebtij shteti n\u00eb NATO dhe BE, por asesi nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb preokupuar dhe nuk mund t\u00eb manipulohen p\u00ebrmes zgjidhjeve territoriale t\u00eb imponuara nga jasht\u00eb, si\u00e7 spekulohet gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, sidomos me variantet e fabrikuara n\u00eb kuzhinat e Akademis\u00eb serbe (SANU), dhe Akademis\u00eb maqedonase (MANU), si dhe t\u00eb agjentuarave t\u00eb huaja dhe qendrave t\u00eb propagand\u00ebs serbe dhe ruse n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n

5. Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Maqedoni, aktualisht jan\u00eb t\u00eb preokupuar p\u00ebr integrimin e k\u00ebtij shteti n\u00eb NATO dhe BE, p\u00ebr integrimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb e shteteve t\u00eb Ilirikut (Ballkanit) Per\u00ebndimor, p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb shteti modern, demokratik dhe ligjor, p\u00ebr perspektiv\u00eb evropiane dhe euroatlanike, p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e konceptit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb Veriore, si shtet i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt i shqiptar\u00ebve, maqedonasve dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shtet, si dhe n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim, fqinj\u00ebsi t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebkuptim edhe me shtetet tjera fqinje, Bullgarin\u00eb dhe Greqin\u00eb, p\u00ebr rruajtjen e paqes dhe stabilitetit n\u00eb vend dhe rajon, si dhe t\u00eb siguris\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n
