Po fjala \u201cur\u00eb\u201d e toponimit \u201cBishti i Ur\u00ebs\u201d krahas an\u00ebs historike q\u00eb hulumton, merr edhe nj\u00eb kuptim linguistik, sepse shpreh kuptimin e nj\u00eb objekti si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cura\u201d, e cila edhe n\u00eb ilirishten e taulant\u00ebve ka pasur t\u00eb njejt\u00ebn form\u00eb fonetike e morfologjike. Pra n\u00eb historin\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb folur, fjala \u201dur\u00eb\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi tjet\u00ebr, sa do e vog\u00ebl, p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar prejardhjen e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe nga ilirishtja.<br \/>\nToponimia rreth Sh\u00ebn e Premtes n\u00eb La\u00e7an\u00eb Me gjith\u00ebse Spinarica pas vitit 1370 nuk do t\u00eb dukej m\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr harta dhe dokumente historike, ajo me siguri q\u00eb nuk humbi e as u fshi brenda nj\u00eb viti. Jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsia e saj nd\u00ebrvarej nga deti Adriatik, i cili n\u00eb vendin ku qe shtrir\u00eb ajo, kishte prirje t\u00eb largohej pas. Si\u00e7 kuptohet, rr\u00ebnja gramatikore e k\u00ebtij emri perb\u00ebhet nga fjala \u201cPort\u201d, kurse mbaresa e fjal\u00ebs \u201c-iq\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb prapashtes\u00eb ende e gjall\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb folmen e zon\u00ebs dhe formon emra zvog\u00eblimi, ose emra zvog\u00eblimi dhe me kuptim pejorativ\u00eb. Po nga kjo prapashtes\u00eb jan\u00eb formuar edhe emra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb si shkuratabiq, furriq, korroziq, kaciq, iliq, kakarriq, bisbiq, lakuriq (i nat\u00ebs) pra, ashtu si \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe formimi i fjal\u00ebs Portiq . Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebsh me mend se rr\u00ebnja gramatikore e k\u00ebtij emri \u201cGalla-n\u201d ka lidhje me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb me origjin\u00eb latino-veneciane nga sfera e lundrimit lagunor, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala \u201cgalla\u201d, q\u00eb n\u00eb fjalorin italisht \u2013shqip shpjegohet: \u201crri mbi uj\u00eb, ose dal mbi uj\u00eb\u201d, (ifinitivo, galleggiare= rri mbi uj\u00eb),( galleggiante=bov\u00eb). Ky gjol, pjes\u00eb e lagun\u00ebs s\u00eb Apolonis\u00eb, dikur, jo shum\u00eb larg n\u00eb koh\u00eb, ka pas q\u00ebn\u00eb port, ku vinin e qendronin gjemit\u00eb. Ka rr\u00ebfime gojore se ai ishte nj\u00eb port q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbente jo zyrtarisht, deri sa u hap porti i Semanit.
