Sipas tyre, par\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim, shumica e s\u00ebmundjeve kardiovaskulare jan\u00eb shkaktuar nga faktor\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikut q\u00eb mund t\u00eb kontrollohen, trajtohen, ose t\u00eb modifikohen.<\/p>\n<p>Organizata Bot\u00ebrore e Sh\u00ebndetit p\u00ebrllogarit se t\u00eb marra s\u00eb bashku, uljet modeste t\u00eb tensionit t\u00eb gjakut, obezitetit, t\u00eb kolesterolit dhe p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb duhanit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popullsin\u00eb, mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjysmojn\u00eb incidenc\u00ebn e s\u00ebmundjeve kardiovaskulare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mund t\u00eb rrezikojn\u00eb edhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00ebmij\u00ebt jan\u00eb gjithashtu shum\u00eb t\u00eb preksh\u00ebm nga s\u00ebmundjet e zemr\u00ebs. S\u00ebmundjet kardiovaskulare jan\u00eb shkaktar\u00ebt e numrit m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb vdekjeve tek t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebt me diabet.
