Djali i vog\u00ebl i Ismail Qemail Bey Vlor\u00ebs, Qamili u burgos dhe pas l\u00ebshimit nga burgu ai ishte i s\u00ebmur\u00eb rend\u00eb nga semundja e mushk\u00ebrive dhe n\u00eb vitin 1950 vdes n\u00eb heshtje pa e ditur kush p\u00ebrpos familjar\u00ebve t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb. Fati edhe m\u00eb tragjik e ndjeki percjell\u00ebsin me t\u00eb af\u00ebrt t\u00eb Ismail Qemail Bey Vlor\u00ebs, Qazim Bey Vlora. Qazimi gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs e kishte percjellur t\u00eb atin, me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb ishte sekretari i Ismail Qemail Bey Vlor\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ai u helmua n\u00eb Perugjia t\u00eb Italis\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me Ismail Qemail Bey Vlor\u00ebn nga t\u00eb derguarit e Esat Pash\u00eb Toptanit p\u00ebr shkakun kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb ndalimit q\u00eb t\u00eb mos merrte pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Traktatin e Versaj\u00ebs ku edhe mori fund definimi i kufijeve t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs dhe ky Traktat i filloj punimet m\u00eb, 28 Qershor 1919 duke i perfunduar m\u00eb,21 janar 1920. Prej vitit 1920 e deri n\u00eb vitin 1944 t\u00eb gjitha Qeverit\u00eb shqiptare q\u00eb kaluan n\u00eb shenj\u00eb respekti p\u00ebr familjen e Ismail Qemail bey Vlores ja akorduan nj\u00eb pension p\u00ebr familjen dhe at\u00eb pension e kishte marr\u00eb Qazim Bey Vlora.<\/p>\n<p>Me t\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb pushtet komunist\u00ebt e Rusis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ata si moto e kishin shkatrrimin e familjeve tradicionale shqiptare dhe jo vet\u00ebm mashkujt por edhe grat e f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre familjeve, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e burgjeve dhe kampeve t\u00eb Tepelen\u00ebs dhe gjithandej Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Qazim Bey Vlora pas nj\u00eb polemike me kriminelin Enver Hoxha ai e leshoj Shqiperin\u00eb dhe u vendos n\u00eb Strug\u00eb. Por me vete mbante gjithmon\u00eb nj\u00eb grumbull dokument\u00ebsh. Dhe pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebto dokumente ishin mjaft\u00eb me vler\u00eb p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e Pavarsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Qazim Bey Vlora vdiq n\u00eb vitin 1953 n\u00eb Strug\u00eb i rrethuar nga strugan\u00ebt atdhetar\u00eb. Ai u varros\u00eb n\u00eb varresat e k\u00ebtij qyteti dhe dokument\u00ebt e tij u konfiskuan nga policia komuniste e asaj kohe. Shtrohet pyetja a ruhet dikund ky procesverbal i Pavarasis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb apo \u00ebsht\u00eb zhdukur si shum\u00eb dokumente t\u00eb vlefshme t\u00eb historis\u00eb son\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb verifikohet fakti nga historian\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Maqedoni se \u00e7ka n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ka ndodhur me k\u00ebto dokumente q\u00eb i ka pasur me vete Qazim Bey Vlora. Mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndodhur q\u00eb para vdekjes t&#8217;iu ket\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb miku t\u00eb tij t\u00eb af\u00ebrm apo v\u00ebrtet k\u00ebto dokumente jan\u00eb konfiskuar nga policia komuniste e asaj periudhe kohore.
