Zgjedhjet e 4 n\u00ebntorit 2018 jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr K\u00ebshillin Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar n\u00eb Medvegj\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Preshev\u00eb si dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb dhe veprojn\u00eb brenda juridiksionit t\u00eb shtetit serb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gar\u00eb zgjedhore jan\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7ertifikuara gjasht\u00eb subjekte, shumica prej tyre jan\u00eb parti politike dhe nj\u00eb OJQ nga Medvegja.
\nPrioritet i subjekteve shqiptare n\u00eb gar\u00ebn zgjedhore duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb; arsimi, zhvillimi ekonomik, kultura, informimi, gjuha dhe simbolet komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

Zb\u00ebrthimi nj\u00eb nga nj\u00eb i prioriteteve t\u00eb sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendura e qart\u00ebson akoma m\u00eb tep\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij procesi zgjedhor.<\/p>\n

– Arsimi \u00ebsht\u00eb hallka kyqe, e cila determinon dhe p\u00ebrcakton kahet e zhvillimit dhe funksionimit t\u00eb hallkave tjera. P\u00ebrveq funksionimit t\u00eb arsimit fillor\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mes\u00ebm, t\u00eb zgjedhurit e K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar duhet t\u00eb angazhohen edhe p\u00ebr themelimin e nj\u00eb Universiteti Publik n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb rajonin e Lugin\u00ebs, konform\u00eb ligjeve dhe t\u00eb drejtave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr arsimin e lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n

– Zhvillimi ekonomik p\u00ebrveqse do t\u00eb gjeneroj vende t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinj\u00ebt shqiptar, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje fondamentale dhe ekzistenciale, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7el\u00ebsi kryesor p\u00ebr mir\u00ebq\u00ebnjen e familjeve shqiptare n\u00eb ato hap\u00ebsira.<\/p>\n

Pa dyshim, zhvillimi ekonomik do t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb n\u00eb ngritjen e vet\u00ebdijes shoq\u00ebrore, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht, emancipimit komb\u00ebtar dhe zhvillimit kulturor t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n

Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur t\u00eb arrihet me bashkimin e bizneseve shqiptare, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht me krijimin e Unionit t\u00eb Afarist\u00ebve Shqiptar t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs, q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00ebn p\u00ebrendimore.<\/p>\n

– Informimi \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, p\u00ebr promovimin e t\u00eb arriturave n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha sferat e jet\u00ebs. Krahas themelimit t\u00eb Universitetit, t\u00eb zgjedhurit e rinj\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar n\u00eb Lugin\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb angazhohen p\u00ebr hapjen edhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb Televizioni n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, sa e drejt\u00eb, po aq nevoj\u00eb imediate e koh\u00ebs p\u00ebr komunitetin autokton shqiptar t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

– P\u00ebrdorimi i gjuh\u00ebs dhe simboleve komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs, duhet t\u00eb rregullohet me ligj dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me t\u00eb drejtat e pakicave komb\u00ebtare dhe reciprocitetit n\u00eb raport me minoritetin serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nuk duhet pranuar m\u00eb pak dhe as k\u00ebrkuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb drejta sesa q\u00eb kan\u00eb minoriteti serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.
\nK\u00ebto q\u00eb i ceka m\u00eb sip\u00ebr duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb bazament i nj\u00eb paltforme komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht e t\u00eb zgjedhurve t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Platforma politike e p\u00ebrgatitur nga t\u00eb zgjedhurit e rinj\u00eb n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin Komb\u00ebtar Shaiptar, duhet t’iu d\u00ebrgohet autoriteteve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse shtet\u00ebrore serbe dhe atyre nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebshisht BE-s\u00eb, SHBA-s\u00eb, OKB-s\u00eb dhe OSBE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sistemi i rotacionit, krijon standard t\u00eb ri politik<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sistemi i rotacionit n\u00eb zgjedhjet p\u00ebr Kryetar t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar p\u00ebrveqse do ta krijonte nj\u00eb standard t\u00eb ri demokratik, do t\u00eb sjellte risi dhe freski n\u00eb qeverisjen komunale, si dhe do t\u00eb krijoheshin premisa t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr ndryshime pozitive dhe substanciale n\u00eb politikb\u00ebrjen e komunitetit shqiptar n\u00eb ato hap\u00ebsira.<\/p>\n

Sistemi i rotacionit pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 4 n\u00ebntorit, p\u00ebr pozicionin e Kryetarit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar, do t\u00eb sjellte ndryshimin substancial dhe do t\u00eb plot\u00ebsonte kriterin bazik t\u00eb vlerave demokratike, duke sjell\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb nj\u00eb lider nga Medvegja n\u00eb krye t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar.<\/p>\n

Ky zhvillim, do t\u00eb barazonte Medvegjen me Presheven dhe Bujanocin, gjegj\u00ebsisht edhe Medvegja do ta z\u00ebnte nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb merituar dhe t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb drejtimin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb komunave autoktone shqiptare n\u00eb jug t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Bazuar n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjet paraprake mes drejtuesve shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb komunave; Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb dhe kriterin e rotacionit, n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje radh\u00ebn e ka Medvegja ta merr postin e Kryetarit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar.<\/p>\n

Krijimi i unitetit politik dhe komb\u00ebtar i shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs arrihet me barazin\u00eb qytetare, gjegj\u00ebsisht r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb at\u00eb pjes\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht madh\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb territorit dhe numrit t\u00eb banor\u00ebve, pavar\u00ebsisht forc\u00ebs politike, ngritjes intelektuale apo fuqis\u00eb ekonomike q\u00eb posedojn\u00eb subjektet shqiptare n\u00eb trojet e tyre etnike n\u00eb Lugin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr fatin e Lugin\u00ebs, t\u00eb vendos KKSH e jo matrapaz\u00ebt politik\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zgjedhja e K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar, me njer\u00ebz t\u00eb rinj\u00eb, me gjak t\u00eb past\u00ebr komb\u00ebtar, do t\u00eb sh\u00ebnoj\u00eb nj\u00eb fillim t\u00eb ri p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Ka ardhur koha q\u00eb edhe shqiptar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs t\u00eb lirohen nga iluzionet p\u00ebr zbritjen e mrekullis\u00eb nga qielli! Aq sa mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn ata p\u00ebr vet\u00ebn e tyre, nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj askush tjet\u00ebr, pra as Shqip\u00ebria, as Kosova dhe as bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

Shqiptar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs, gjegj\u00ebsisht KKSH n\u00eb asnj\u00eb rrethan\u00eb nuk guxon\u00eb ta l\u00ebr\u00eb fatin e Lugin\u00ebs n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e matrapaz\u00ebve politik\u00eb, qofshin ata shqiptar\u00eb apo nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n

Pra, n\u00eb asnj\u00eb rrethan\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs nuk guxojn\u00eb t\u00eb bien pre e pazareve politike p\u00ebr interesa personale t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve t\u00eb korruptuar.<\/p>\n

Loja e pist\u00eb dhe djall\u00ebzore me territore \u00ebsht\u00eb mashtrimi dhe rreziku m\u00eb i madh q\u00eb po i p\u00ebrgatitet Lugin\u00ebs nga matrapaz\u00ebt politik\u00eb. Ngase me ndryshimin eventual t\u00eb kufijve, p\u00ebrveq cop\u00ebtimit t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs do t\u00eb ndodhin zhvillime tjera dramatike me zhvendosjen, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht zbrazjen e Lugin\u00ebs nga shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Andaj, p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi jetike ruajtja e substanc\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb trojet e tyre etnike.
