P\u00ebrfshirja e Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Ohrit n\u00eb Preambul\u00ebn e Kushtetut\u00ebs t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb Veriore nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndonj\u00eb sukses dhe arritje politike, por pranim i n\u00ebnshtrimit t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb t\u00eb popullit shqiptar n\u00eb Maqedoni, sepse:<\/p>\n

1. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij \u201esuksesi\u201c d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb parti politike, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar p\u00ebr 18 vjet me radh\u00eb n\u00eb sken\u00ebn politike si parti vasale e pushtetit, dhe me asgj\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrfiton populli shqiptar n\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana;<\/p>\n

2. Kjo Marr\u00ebveshje \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur \u201ep\u00ebr zgjidhjen e situat\u00ebs politike e t\u00eb siguris\u00eb n\u00eb Maqedoni\u201c, p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerjen e konfliktit t\u00eb armatosur n\u00eb vitin 2001, jo edhe p\u00ebr realizimin e t\u00eb drejtave kolektive t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb mohuara nga pushteti n\u00eb Maqedoni;<\/p>\n

3. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj Marr\u00ebveshje tentohet t\u00eb ruhet edhe m\u00eb tej karakteri unitar (nj\u00ebnacional) i shtetit;<\/p>\n

4. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshje populli shqiptar n\u00eb Maqedoni trajtohet si pakic\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, jo si popull shtetformues, si\u00e7 ka qen\u00eb s\u00eb paku me Kushtetut\u00ebn e vitit 1974;<\/p>\n

5. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj Marr\u00ebveshje gjuha shqipe trajtohet si \u201egjuh\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e flasin 20% e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb vendit\u201c, jo si gjuh\u00eb shqipe, zyrtare dhe e barabart\u00eb me gjuh\u00ebn maqedonase;<\/p>\n

6. Kjo Marr\u00ebveshje nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb afatin e parapar\u00eb (2004) dhe n\u00eb mas\u00ebn e duhur, p\u00ebr 18 vjet me radh\u00eb, prandaj, si e till\u00eb as nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebn (p\u00ebrve\u00e7 vler\u00ebs s\u00eb caktuar historike p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerjen e nj\u00eb konfikti t\u00eb armatosur) ndonj\u00eb dokument me vler\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb sotmen e popullit shqiptar dhe t\u00eb ardhmen e tij evropiane;<\/p>\n

7. Marr\u00ebveshja e Ohrit e ka humbur kuptimin dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj pas n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb me Bullgarin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes me Greqin\u00eb, p\u00ebr ndryshimin e emrit kushtetues t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n

8. Marr\u00ebveshja e Ohrit \u00ebsht\u00eb absolvuar (shterrur, konsumuar) me ndryshimet kushtetuese t\u00eb vitit 2001, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrmes saj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjidhur statusi juridik-kushtetues i popullit shqiptar, as statusi i gjuh\u00ebs shqipe si gjuh\u00eb zyrtare n\u00eb Maqedoni;<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr analiza m\u00eb t\u00eb holl\u00ebsishme n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje duhet t\u00eb deklarohen edhe ekspert\u00ebt e fushave shkencore p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, vend\u00ebs dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, jo ushtar\u00ebt partiak\u00eb, p\u00ebrfitues t\u00eb politik\u00ebs ditore!<\/p>\n
