As Hashim Tha\u00e7i e, as Aleksander Vu\u00e7iqi nuk jan\u00eb faktor politik paq\u00ebsor q\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje politike serioze, sepse t\u00eb dy vijn\u00eb nga taborre kriminale e korruptive.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Bekim Rexhepi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e parafundit u pa se partit\u00eb n\u00eb koalicion e mb\u00ebshteti Tha\u00e7in sikur ky t\u00eb ishte Milloshevi\u00e7i i Serbis\u00eb, ngjash\u00ebm n\u00eb stilin e kuzhin\u00ebs serbe, heshturazi dhe me dinak\u00ebri politike kap\u00ebrcyen rezolut\u00ebn e opozit\u00ebs. <\/p>\n<p>Opozita kishte nj\u00eb rezolut\u00eb, t\u00eb vetmen k\u00ebrkes\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos preket sovraniteti i vendit dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb askush t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb negocioj\u00eb. Loja e koalicionit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mos e jap\u00eb drit\u00ebn e gjelb\u00ebr q\u00eb Tha\u00e7i t\u00eb bisedoj p\u00ebr gjith\u00e7ka dhe n\u00eb fund t\u00eb lejoj Tha\u00e7in t\u00eb sorollatet n\u00ebp\u00ebr konferenca e takime p\u00ebr t\u00eb demoluar nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje mundshme, serioze me Serbin\u00eb. Megjith\u00ebse marr\u00ebveshje serioze me Serbin\u00eb nuk ka pasur dhe zor se do t\u00eb kishte praktikisht.  <\/p>\n<p>Edhe Hashim Tha\u00e7i sikur po merr most\u00ebr veprimin e Milloshevi\u00e7it (dikur kur p\u00ebrpiqej t\u00eb inkasonte si merit\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebn paqen n\u00eb Bosnje), d\u00ebshiron q\u00eb t\u2019ia atribuoj vetvetes merit\u00ebn, se \u00ebsht\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me Serbin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb inkasoj\u00eb paqen p\u00ebrfundimtare me Vu\u00e7iqin si marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb xhent\u00ebllmen\u00ebve. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb e dim\u00eb se marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfundimin e luft\u00ebs e ndal\u00ebn forcat ushtarake t\u00eb NATO-s\u00eb me ofensiva ushtarake, ku forcat serbe pranuan marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr t\u00ebrheqje nga Kosova. <\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb e dim\u00eb se edhe p\u00ebr paqe te dy vendet nuk mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje, sepse mungon faktorizimi politiko paq\u00ebsor. As Hashim Tha\u00e7i e, as Aleksander Vu\u00e7iqi nuk jan\u00eb faktor\u00eb politik paq\u00ebsor\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje politike serioze, sepse t\u00eb dy vijn\u00eb nga taborre kriminale e korruptive. Hashim Tha\u00e7i, \u00ebsht\u00eb i akuzuar nga Carla Del Ponte (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissinfo.ch\/ger\/kosovo--die-revanche-von-carla-del-ponte\/29040442\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.swissinfo.ch\/ger\/kosovo&#8211;die-revanche-von-carla-del-ponte\/29040442<\/a>), p\u00ebr krime lufte, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr Aleksander Vu\u00e7iqin e dim\u00eb se vjen nga partia radikale serbe s\u00eb Sheshelit, i akuzuar dhe p\u00ebr krime lufte. Pra nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb paqe nga kriminel\u00ebt, madje kur p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb paqe, ata nuk mund t\u00eb japin stabilitet ne vendet e tyre, popullata andej e k\u00ebtej jetojn\u00eb varf\u00ebruesh\u00ebm dhe n\u00ebn presione kriminale e korruptive nga ta&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Llogarit\u00eb e Tha\u00e7it dhe t\u00eb Vu\u00e7iqit nuk jan\u00eb premtuese, pasi q\u00eb Gjermania \u00ebsht\u00eb kategorikisht kund\u00ebr iniciativ\u00ebs se Tha\u00e7it p\u00ebr korrigjim kufijsh, p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrrim &#8211; shk\u00ebmbim territoresh, a popullate, e t\u00eb tjera si k\u00ebto. Gjermania nuk llogarit\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb sjell paqart\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, qe v\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje stabilitetin e rajonit p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb investuar shum\u00eb. Pra, t\u00eb b\u00ebsh llogari pa pajtimin e miratimin e Gjermanis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb si t\u00eb thuash ne lum e t\u00eb dal\u00ebsh pa u lagur fare. <\/p>\n<p>Nuk mund t\u00eb injorohet Gjermania as nga presidenti Serb e, as ai Kosovar sepse Evropa nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e gatshme p\u00ebr integrim t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre vendeve, q\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb prishur stabilitetin e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve duan t\u00eb rregullojn\u00eb p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht di\u00e7ka si marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00ebt. Manovrat p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshje kan\u00eb traumatizuar qytetaret e te dy vendeve, opinionin publik dhe shum\u00eb politikan. Manovrat traumatike t\u00eb Tha\u00e7it dhe t\u00eb Vu\u00e7iqit mund t\u00eb shikohen edhe si politik\u00eb kryene\u00e7e, nj\u00ebra pa legjitimitet t\u00eb plot\u00eb politik dhe tjetra pa i p\u00ebrmbushur obligimet njohje t\u00eb realitetit shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>2. Shqiptaret pa strategji shtet\u00ebrore, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pamund\u00ebsuar pik\u00ebrisht pasi q\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet ka ardhur strukturat e krahut t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, e cila ishte e pap\u00ebrgatitur me dije p\u00ebr shtetin dhe strukturat e shtetit. N\u00eb politik\u00eb u fut\u00ebn komandant, miq e dajallar\u00eb far\u00eb e fis kandar\u00ebsh.
