Andaj duke pasur respekt ndaj vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb KMKK n\u00eb krye me patriot\u00ebt e saj, \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme q\u00eb ky objekt n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr t\u00eb restaurohet,sepse vet\u00ebm k\u00ebshtu mund t\u00eb ju l\u00ebm\u00eb n\u00ebn kujtes\u00eb brezave q\u00eb vijn\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn ton\u00eb me plot\u00eb lavdi. Harresa dhe mosrespekti p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, nga ana e institucioneve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse krijon kushte t\u00eb pafavorshme n\u00eb opinion brenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit. K\u00ebshtu, ne duhet t\u00eb kthejm\u00eb syt\u00eb dhe kok\u00ebn shpeshher\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i kushtuar v\u00ebmendje objekteve kulturore dhe historike, q\u00eb na b\u00ebjn\u00eb krenar si popull duke e ngritur lart\u00eb luft\u00ebn ton\u00eb p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Nga Konferenca e Londr\u00ebs me 1913, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysma e terriotreve shqiptare ju dhuruan Greqis\u00eb dhe Serbis\u00eb. Edhe pse m\u00eb 28 N\u00ebntor u shpall\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, gjysma e popullsis\u00eb autoktone shqiptare mbeti n\u00ebn sundimin sllav. Duke par\u00eb vuajtjet dhe padrejt\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb ushtroheshin ndaj popullat\u00ebs civile shqiptare, atdhetar\u00ebt Bedri Pejani, Sali Nivica, Niman Ferizi, Halim Gostivari, Hysni Curri dhe Hoxh\u00eb Kadri Prishtina, m\u00eb 1 maj 1918, krijojn\u00eb Organizat\u00ebn politiko-atdhetare \u201cKomiteti p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, shkurt KMKK. T\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqur me vendimet e Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Londr\u00ebs me 1913, patriot\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, vazhduan n\u00eb betej\u00ebn e tyre diplomatike ndaj shteteve evropiane, duke k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb drejtat themelore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb shtypur e t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekur. K\u00ebshtu, nga Shkodra e lasht\u00eb fillon veprimtaria e cila n\u00eb vet\u00ebvete ng\u00ebrthen nj\u00eb mision madhor sa human dhe hyjnor, i cili b\u00ebhet shpres\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00ebndrrat e mohuara shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Programi i KMKK, kishte dhjet\u00eb pika kryesore t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrmbanin k\u00ebrkesat q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidheshin me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen shqiptare n\u00eb Ballkan. \u201cN\u00eb Kuvend merrinin pjes\u00eb edhe 10 an\u00ebtar\u00eb n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e nderit pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vote. Pas nj\u00eb debati tri or\u00ebsh do t\u00eb zgjedhet KMKK me k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje: Hoxh\u00eb Kadri Prishtina Kryetar, Hysni Curri \u2013 N\u00ebnkryetar, Halim Gostivari &#8211; N\u00ebnkryetar(t\u00eb dy p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr luft\u00eb t\u00eb arnatosur) dhe Bedri Pejani \u2013 Sekretar. An\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb komitetit u zgjodh\u00ebn: Sali Gjuka, Isuf Veseli, Sadik Ram\u00eb De\u00e7ani, Neshi Hoxh\u00eb Sadiku, Avdush Kastrati, Jahja Begolli, Hamdi Zajmi, Niman Ferizi, Rrok Perolli, Tahir Zajmi, Kahreman Begolli dhe Ibrahim Gjakova-Caushi. <\/p>\n<p>U zgjodh\u00ebn edhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e nderit: Hasan Prishtina (mungonte sepse ishte n\u00eb Vien\u00eb ku kishte shkuar me 36 prij\u00ebs shqiptar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vizituar Familjen e Franc Jozefit q\u00eb kishte vdekur koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb)Bajram Curri, Mehmet Delia, Azem Bejta, Naxhip Draga, Aqif Blyta, Ram\u00eb Vllasa, Ilaz Ra\u00e7aku, Nak Berisha, Dan Doroci. P\u00ebr KMKK, sekretar \u2013 Bedri Pejani, Z. Kryetari \u2013 Hysni Curri\u201d Aktivitetet e KMKK,u shtrin\u00eb p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb trevave brenda dhe jasht\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat mbet\u00ebn n\u00ebn sundimin e huaj. Q\u00ebllimi ishte t\u00eb mbrohej populli i Kosov\u00ebs i cili m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti p\u00ebrjetoi gjenocidin serbo-sllav,pasi q\u00eb u shk\u00ebput me dhun\u00eb nga trungu am\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Poashtu, kthimi i t\u00eb gjitha trojeve shqiptare t\u00eb coptuara n\u00ebn nj\u00eb ombrell\u00eb, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb Natyrale. Vepra e KMKK, sh\u00ebnoi nj\u00eb pike kthese n\u00eb koh\u00ebrat e v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr kombin ton\u00eb. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj veprimtarie u rikthye shpresa p\u00ebr popullin, vullneti p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u dor\u00ebzuar n\u00ebn sundimin serbo-sllav i cili kishte pasoja fatale p\u00ebr mij\u00ebra shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm. P\u00ebrmes KMKK, u d\u00ebshmua edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb para Fuqive Evropiane se populli shqiptar\u00eb nuk njeh\u00eb dor\u00ebzimin dhe se e drejta e tij p\u00ebr liri dhe pavar\u00ebsi do t\u00eb triumfoj pavar\u00ebsisht rrethanave.
