Evropa po manifeston mos unitet dhe jo vendosm\u00ebrin\u00eb e saj si p\u00ebrher\u00eb.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>XHYLIJE IBRAHIMI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Merita t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00ebn e shtetit shqiptar si dhe p\u00ebr themelimin e shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, dy k\u00ebto ngjarje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb kombit shqiptar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shekull, kan\u00eb SHBA-t\u00eb, q\u00eb nga presidenti Uillson e k\u00ebndej. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb president\u00ebt amerikan\u00eb, cili m\u00eb shum\u00eb e cili m\u00eb pak, mbajt\u00ebn q\u00ebndrim korrekt n\u00eb raport me shqiptar\u00ebt, duke filluar nga ekzistenca e shtetit shqiptar, pavar\u00ebsia e Kosov\u00ebs, forcimi i faktorit shqiptar n\u00eb Maqedoni si dhe proceset tjera q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Ballkan.<\/p>\n<p>Evropian\u00ebt, p\u00ebr dallim prej amerikan\u00ebve, asokohe kishin mendime t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00ebn e popullit shqiptar dhe dilema t\u00eb tilla tani po shprehin edhe ndaj Kosov\u00ebs, nj\u00ebqind vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb, ndon\u00ebse jo gjithaq n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb hapur.<\/p>\n<p>Qysh n\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebn e Paqes n\u00eb Paris (1919) kishte prej atyre q\u00eb mendonin se Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb duhet ndar\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet Greqis\u00eb, Serbis\u00eb dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi. Po t\u00eb realizohej ky skenar, n\u00ebse Amerika do t\u00eb pajtohej me disa shtete t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, pjesa veriore e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe Shkodr\u00ebn, do t`i jepej Malit t\u00eb Zi, pjesa qendrore, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe Durr\u00ebsin, do t`i jepej Serbis\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa pjesa jugore, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe Vlor\u00ebn, do t`i jepej Greqis\u00eb. Kjo arsyetohej duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb nj\u00eb popull jo i qet\u00eb, mal\u00ebsor dhe pa nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb organizuar mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta loj\u00eb pak a shum\u00eb po luhet edhe sot me Kosov\u00ebn. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e territorit iu dha Maqedonis\u00eb, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u2013 Malit t\u00eb Zi, nd\u00ebrsa tani po i imponohet ndarja e pjes\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb territorit t\u00eb saj m\u00eb t\u00eb vlefsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb, si kusht p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve dhe pranimin n\u00eb OKB.<\/p>\n<p>Cop\u00ebtimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, asokohe u kund\u00ebrshtua nga amerikan\u00ebt. Xhejms Shotvell, kryetar i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb gjeograf\u00ebve amerikan\u00eb, konstatonte se zgjidhja e k\u00ebtij problemi duhej t`i besohej drejtp\u00ebrdrejt SHBA-s\u00eb, pasi q\u00eb shtetet e Evrop\u00ebs dhe monarkit\u00eb e Ballkanit, nuk gjenin gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt rreth k\u00ebtyre problemeve, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb tyre. Shotvelli \u00ebsht\u00eb i mendimit se \u00e7\u00ebshtja shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb dyfish e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr SHBA-n\u00eb dhe se zgjidhja e saj mund t`i besohet Amerik\u00ebs, si nj\u00eb forc\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ka interesa t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Paris ishin mbledhur burra shteti, diplomat\u00eb, bankier\u00eb, ushtarak\u00eb, profesor\u00eb, ekonomist\u00eb dhe gjykat\u00ebs nga t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt e bot\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe v\u00ebnien e paqes bot\u00ebrore. Nj\u00eb prej k\u00ebtyre \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve, ishte edhe ajo shqiptare, ngase pa v\u00ebnien e paqes n\u00eb Ballkan, nuk mund t\u00eb kishte paqe n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Francez\u00ebt po p\u00ebrpiqen ta marrin k\u00ebt\u00eb rol edhe tani, pas gati 100 vitesh, n\u00eb raport me Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Roli i SHBA-ve, si at\u00ebher\u00eb me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb (1919), si m\u00eb von\u00eb me Kosov\u00ebn (1999), ishte vendimtar p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Ishte Amerika ajo q\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahu lirin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj nga Serbia. Shpresat e shqiptar\u00ebve jan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur te Amerika edhe k\u00ebsaj here, 100 vjet pas konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Parisit, kur pritet t\u00eb vendoset e ardhmja e Kosov\u00ebs. Evropa po manifeston mos unitet dhe jo vendosm\u00ebrin\u00eb e saj si p\u00ebrher\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb qart\u00eb n\u00eb raport me shqiptar\u00ebt, Amerika meriton statusin e kombit t\u00eb privilegjuar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pa p\u00ebrkrahjen e Amerik\u00ebs, Kosova nuk mund ta p\u00ebrmbyll\u00eb procesin e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb OKB dhe organizatat e mekanizmat tjer\u00eb euro-atlantik dhe ndodhet p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb rreziku p\u00ebr zhb\u00ebrje t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, n\u00ebse hyn\u00eb n\u00eb kurthin e korrigjimit t\u00eb kufijve.<\/p>\n<p>Forcimi i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Ballkan, nuk po mir\u00ebpritet nga disa shtete fqinje, sidomos nga Serbia dhe aleat\u00ebt e saj.
