Shumica e k\u00ebsaj popullate vazhdon t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb n\u00eb rajonin e Gjilanit dhe gjetiu n\u00ebp\u00ebr Kosov\u00eb, me shum\u00eb probleme t\u00eb pazgjidhura t\u00eb banimit, pun\u00ebs, dokumenteve personale dhe t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi i marr\u00ebveshjes ishte q\u00eb lufta p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Lugin\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdohet tutje me mjete politike. K\u00ebshtu kishin shpresuar asokohe edhe krahu politik dhe ushtarak n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ata besonin n\u00eb ngritjen e nj\u00eb policie shum\u00eb etnike, ku do t\u00eb kishte hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ktheheshin n\u00eb vatrat e tyre, pasi lufta kishte p\u00ebrfunduar. Marr\u00ebveshja parashihte amnisti p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Shpresat e faktorit shqiptar n\u00eb Lugin\u00eb, mb\u00ebshteteshin m\u00eb tep\u00ebr te faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, se sa te Beogradi.<\/p>\n<p>Mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje, pala shqiptare e b\u00ebri plot\u00ebsisht demilitarizim, nd\u00ebrsa serb\u00ebt nuk iu p\u00ebrmbajt\u00ebn marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr t\u00ebrheqjen e ushtris\u00eb n\u00eb pozicione paq\u00ebsore, t\u00ebrheqjen e t\u00eb gjitha forcave speciale t\u00eb policis\u00eb dhe vendosjen n\u00eb terren t\u00eb policis\u00eb lokale multietnike, e cila do t`i p\u00ebrgjigjej struktur\u00ebs nacionale t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n<p>Madje, pas n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes paq\u00ebsore, forcat serbe reaguan duke vrar\u00eb Ridvan Qazimin (komandant Leshi), duke u p\u00ebrpjekur fillimisht q\u00eb rastin ta paraqesin si konflikt mes shqiptar\u00ebve. M\u00eb von\u00eb, Beogradi tha se komandant Lleshi ishte vrar\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikt nd\u00ebrmjet pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7PMB-s\u00eb dhe forcave serbe. N\u00eb ato momente, komandant Lleshi kishte dal\u00eb n\u00eb terren, jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar, por t\u00eb ndikuar n\u00eb qet\u00ebsimin e situat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Sidoqoft\u00eb, lufta e armatosur ri-solli n\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen e faktorit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e pazgjidhur t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs. Shqiptar\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr munges\u00ebn e mir\u00ebkuptimit nga qeveria e Beogradit, por ata ishin t\u00eb vendosur q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb procesi politik t`i zgjidhin t\u00eb gjitha problemet dhe t`i realizojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Kthimi i madh i popullat\u00ebs s\u00eb zhvendosur, i planifikuar p\u00ebr 2 qershor t\u00eb atij viti, nuk ndodhi as at\u00ebher\u00eb dhe asnj\u00ebher\u00eb tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb von\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Tani ka ardhur koha q\u00eb Lugina e Preshev\u00ebs t`i kthehet Kosov\u00ebs. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe vullnet i popullit t\u00eb saj, i cili dhunsh\u00ebm ishte ndar\u00eb prej trungut t\u00eb saj.
