Ishte Presidenti Rugova ai q\u00eb pas takimeve t\u00eb para n\u00eb Washington me udheheq\u00ebs amerikan kishte marr\u00eb sinjalet e forta se Kosova do vnohej n\u00ebn mbikqyrjen amerikane. Ato dekada e vite ne i besonim Rugov\u00ebs, por kishte edhe asi taravolash q\u00eb kritikonin Rugov\u00ebn se nuk po tegon ma shum\u00eb se si do jet\u00eb finalja! Rugova ishte ai q\u00eb n\u00eb ato vite t\u00eb ngjeshura diplomatike p\u00ebr shum\u00eb \u00e7ka nuk ju tregonte as bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb af\u00ebrt t\u00eb tij, e l\u00ebre ma t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fjala.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/rama_vuciq.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Por Rugova me nji fjali e thoshte t\u00eb t\u00ebren: Kosova duhet t\u00eb v\u00ebhet n\u00ebn PROTEKTORAT nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar! Me k\u00ebt\u00eb fjali kush donte duhej t\u00eb kuptonte se sipas konstelacioneve t\u00eb asaj kohe, nj\u00eb dit\u00eb per\u00ebndimi do nd\u00ebrhynte kund\u00ebr Serbis\u00eb dhe si rrjedhoi do pasonte protektorati nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar si faz\u00eb kalimtare p\u00ebr njohjen formale t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu edhe rrodh\u00ebn gj\u00ebrat nd\u00ebr vite, ku pas nji lufte ajerore e diplomatike NATO- SHBA e gjunj\u00ebzuen Serbin\u00eb&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Me 2007 n\u00eb Tirane djali i Xhorxh Bush it senior Gjorgj W. Bush n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb e shpalli t\u00eb njohur Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs si shtet t\u00eb pavarun, q\u00eb do shpallej formalisht me 2008.<br \/>\n&#8230;<br \/>\nKa vite q\u00eb R. E Kosov\u00ebs pengohet nga Rusia, Kina e Serbia me aleat t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb tyne q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb an\u00ebtare e OKB-s\u00eb, ky nji problem shum\u00eb i madh\u00eb p\u00ebr ecjen tutje edhe p\u00ebr n\u00eb BE dhe organizata t\u00eb tjera nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Me shum\u00eb dialogime e biseda me Serbin\u00eb, mjerisht\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr qashtje t\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjidhur asgj\u00eb, perkundrazi Serbia tashma po ka suksese edhe n\u00eb kthimet e njohjeve t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsise s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga disa t\u00eb tilla q\u00eb kishin pranue para vitesh pavar\u00ebsin e Kosov\u00ebs.E gjitha kjo si pasoj edhe e ndryshimeve n\u00eb politikat bot\u00ebrore duke ditur se Rusia tashma ka forcue pozitat n\u00eb politik\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, nd\u00ebrsa BE asht\u00eb duke p\u00ebsue fiasko n\u00eb stabilitetin e saj, si dhe dlaja e Britanis\u00eb e dob\u00ebsimi i Gjermanis\u00eb nga BE e kan\u00eb shendrrue k\u00ebt\u00eb organizat\u00eb evropiane n\u00eb nji luan t\u00eb plagusur.<\/p>\n<p>SHBA nga ana tjet\u00ebr qysh nga zgjedhjet e fundit si kurr m\u00eb par\u00eb ka aq shum\u00eb p\u00ebrqarje brenda dy partive dhe brenda vet amerikan\u00ebve sa q\u00eb edhe administrata e edhe roli i Presidentit disi duken t\u00eb dob\u00ebsuara n\u00eb globalitetin e koh\u00ebs. Nga t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto megjithat\u00eb duket se p\u00ebr mos t\u00eb humbur, dhe q\u00eb mos t\u00eb mohohen vet investimet e dekadave p\u00ebr, dhe rreth Kosov\u00ebs e shtetit t\u00eb saj, investimet miliard\u00ebshe n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb caktuara si ato ushtarake e diplomatike, SHBA ka nd\u00ebrmarr iniciativ\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb gjindet nji zgjidhje p\u00ebrfundimtare rreth detyrimit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb t\u00eb njoh Kosov\u00ebn, e ku pazaret nd\u00ebrmjet dy shteteve do t\u00eb jen\u00eb jo t\u00eb lehta t\u00eb pranueshme, por presioni amerikan do t\u00eb prodhoi nji fund.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fjala.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/thaci_vuciq1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb edhe ne qytetar\u00ebt e thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me ato pak info nga mediat e dijm\u00eb se te e fundit qysh e ka nis \u00e7lirimin ton\u00eb SHBA ja ashtu edhe besimin e kemi te ajo q\u00eb do e p\u00ebrfundoi, pa marr\u00eb parasysh q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb loj\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Gjermania, Anglia, Franca, e t\u00eb tjera shtete mike, po edhe shtete anti Kosov\u00eb si Rusia e Kina por edhe Turqia!<\/p>\n<p>Tashma n\u00ebse jo publikisht\u00eb ne duhet ta kuptojm\u00eb indirekt se bisedat p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshjen e obligueshme qysh quhet, me Serbin po i udh\u00ebheq H. Thaqi, me rol kushtetues President i Kosov\u00ebs e q\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsishte i zgjedhur edhe me vota t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb. Ky President deshem ne e nuk deshem t\u00eb ndihemi mir\u00eb apo keq, mjerisht\u00eb ka marr\u00eb edhe besimin apo then\u00eb ka marr\u00eb ingerencat nga vet Qeverija e Kryeministri q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb bart\u00ebs legal i bisedimeve, pra dialogimit.<\/p>\n<p>Derisa k\u00ebto qashtje jan\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, H. Thaqi vazhdon ato q\u00eb ka nis para 10 muajsh n\u00eb New York ku me nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimin e administrat\u00ebs amerikane (sipas shum\u00eb diplomat\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar e edhe asi nga Serbia) dhe me Vuqiqin kan\u00eb vnue kornizat e nji marr\u00ebveshjeve, pastaj kjo ka vazhdue edhe n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb t\u00eb Austris\u00eb, dhe n\u00eb Paris para 5 muajve. Ne jemi vet\u00ebm lexues, dhe shikues t\u00eb p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm t\u00eb debatit q\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr k\u00ebto q\u00ebshtje, ne jemi jasht\u00eb rrhjedhave ngase me apo pa d\u00ebshir\u00ebn ton\u00eb H. Thaqi vazhdon tutje, ngase si e thash\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb ingerencave edhe nga qeverija ai asht\u00eb kryesori p\u00ebr negociata. Takimet e tija n\u00eb Paris para 3 dit\u00ebsh e forcuen t\u00eb v\u00ebrteten se marr\u00ebveshja thuaja asht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim e sip\u00ebr, e a asht\u00eb aty ndarja apo shkembimi e dijn\u00eb vetem Hashimi, Vuqiqi dhe fuqit\u00eb m\u00ebdha&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fillim e nisa me vitin 1990, me premtimin e Gjorgj Bushit se Serbija n\u00ebse e kalon vij\u00ebn e kuqe do ballafaqohet me SHBA n\u00eb, ashtu edhe ndodhi me 1999, gj\u00ebrat p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat kishte njohuri aso kohe Presidenti Rugova i mbante p\u00ebr vete duke ditur se kur thot\u00eb SHBA jemi me ju ashtu edhe do ndodh.<\/p>\n<p>Presidentit Rugova para dhe pas luft\u00ebs i besonin 80% e popullit shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Tash n\u00eb situat\u00ebn e vitit 2018 edhe pse kemi parlament e qeveri t\u00eb p\u00ebrgazme e me fajin e vet partive politike lejuem q\u00eb Presidenti ti ket\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kompetencat p\u00ebr dialogun, dhe kur e dijm\u00eb se H. Thaqi ka edhe t\u00eb kalueme t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb e besa edhe kriminale shumica absolute e popullit nuk i beson, i frik\u00ebsohet se do shkat\u00ebrroi shtetin me territore . Kjo edhe mundet t\u00eb ndodh, por neve si qytetar\u00eb e parti politike e media duhet t\u00eb faj\u00ebsojm\u00eb veten ton\u00eb ngase ne lejuem q\u00eb sot Kosova t\u00eb ket\u00eb qeveri kriminale dhe brenda me personalitete t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr krime e korupcion miliard\u00ebsh , me lidhje me erdoganizem e putinizem , shantizhim nga lista serbe dhe nji opozit\u00eb t\u00eb mjerueme e t\u00eb \u00e7kokordhueme, andaj edhe do jet\u00eb H. Thaqi ai q\u00eb ka me e nesnshkrue marr\u00ebveshjen me Vuqiqin.<br \/>\n&#8230;<br \/>\nA do jet\u00eb ky vit, dhe fillimi i vitit t\u00eb ardh\u00ebshem me nji marr\u00ebveshje gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse mes Kosov\u00ebs e Serbis\u00eb?
