{"id":35081,"date":"2018-11-22T01:36:13","date_gmt":"2018-11-22T00:36:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fjala.info\/?p=35081"},"modified":"2018-11-22T01:36:13","modified_gmt":"2018-11-22T00:36:13","slug":"ska-cka-i-ban-magarit-e-i-sjell-samarit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jehonashqiptare.al\/fjala\/ska-cka-i-ban-magarit-e-i-sjell-samarit\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u2019KA \u00c7&#8217;KA I BAN MAGARIT E I SJELL SAMARIT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Gani Mehmeti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Mogerini, pas ngritje s\u00eb taks\u00ebs t\u00eb produkteve serbe dhe t\u00eb B e H nga Kosova<\/em><\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shprehje e popullit shqiptar t\u00eb shum\u00ebvuajtur dhe me padrejt\u00ebsit\u00eb e shumta t\u00eb shkaktuara nga vet\u00eb Evropa, qysh nga viti 1878, kur tokat shqiptare ia dhuroi Serbis\u00eb e pastaj edhe m\u00eb von\u00eb, m\u00eb 1912 e 1913.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb e deri sot, krejt k\u00ebto jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur apetitet ruso-serbe , n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrv\u00ebnies s\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs ndaj Rusis\u00eb dhe Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo loj\u00eb po b\u00ebhet edhe sot.<br \/>\nPopulli i Kosov\u00ebs shp\u00ebtoi edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1999 me nd\u00ebrhyrjen e NATO-s, me nduihm\u00ebn e SHBA dhe t\u00eb aleat\u00ebve tjer\u00eb dhe t\u00eb vet\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, k\u00ebsaj here. Me ndihm\u00ebn dhe bashk\u00ebpunimin e tyre u shpall edhe pavar\u00ebsia e Kosov\u00ebs, sipas Ahtisarit.<\/p>\n<p>Mbas Shpalljes s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u201cdrejt\u00ebsin\u00eb\u201d e mori Evropa p\u00ebrmes EULEX-it. Me t\u00ebrheqjen e SHBA-ve nga bisedimet, disa shtete t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs nis\u00ebn t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb s\u00ebrish at\u00eb fytyr\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb tyre karshi Kosov\u00ebs. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, ata shpik\u00ebn tani mbajtjen e bisedimeve \u201cteknike\u201d me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb pajtojn\u00eb Serbin\u00eb, se Kosova ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shtet, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka, edhe shpik\u00ebn at\u00eb FUSNOT\u00cbN p\u00ebr ta pezulluar pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs si shtet! Me k\u00ebto kushte, Serbia hyri n\u00eb bisedime me Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova e shkret\u00eb nuk kishte p\u00ebr \u00e7ka t\u00eb paraqiste kushte, dhe po i shkonte Serbis\u00eb prapa: gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb po k\u00ebrkonte ajo, Kosova i pranonte.<\/p>\n<p>U mor\u00ebn edhe shum\u00eb vendime gjat\u00eb bisedimeve \u201cteknike\u201d me Serbin\u00eb. Kishte ndonj\u00ebr\u00ebn edhe n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por q\u00eb Serbia kurr\u00eb nuk i zbatoi, dhe kurr\u00eb, askush nuk reagoi. U ankua disa her\u00eb Ekipi negociator i Kosov\u00ebs, por nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsusesit nga BE heshtnin! Nuk e detyruan Serbin\u00eb t\u00eb zbatonte vendimet e n\u00ebnshkruara. K\u00ebshtu kemi l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr Serbi, por shqiptar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb targa Serbis\u00eb, njohjen e diplomave, dor\u00ebzimin e pla\u00e7kitur t\u00eb kadastrit, etj. por nuk u zbatua asnj\u00ebher\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kurr\u00eb nuk u qortua e as u k\u00ebrkua nga BE prej Serbis\u00eb t\u00eb zbatonte at\u00eb q\u00eb e kishte n\u00ebnshkruar. Evropa heshti vazhdimisht ndaj Serbis\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkaq, kur Kosova vuri n\u00eb zbatim taks\u00ebn prej 10% t\u00eb mallrave t\u00eb prodhuara n\u00eb Serbi dhe Bosnj\u00eb e Hercegovin\u00eb, Mogerini reagoi&#8230;! Nj\u00eb reagim m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb e pati sot, kur ajo ardh\u00ebron q\u00eb t\u00eb shfuqizohet vendimi p\u00ebr ngritjen e taks\u00ebs 100% p\u00ebr k\u00ebto produkte.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebsaj i thon\u00eb: Kur s\u2019ke \u00e7ka i b\u00ebn magarit,i sjell samarit! Sepse Serbis\u00eb nuk po kan\u00eb \u00e7ka i b\u00ebjn\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa Kosov\u00ebs po.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrse nuk reaguan e nuk po reagojn\u00eb ndaj Serbis\u00eb kur ajo lobon kund\u00ebr inkuadrimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare? Mos qenka e lejueshme edhe p\u00ebr Mogerinin ky veprim i Serbis\u00eb, apo, mos edhe qenka duke e m\u00ebsuar se si t\u00eb veproj\u00eb Serbia kund\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebs! P\u00ebrse nuk i ngrehen vesh\u00ebt edhe Serbis\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm Kosov\u00ebs?<\/p>\n<p>Ky veprim i Mogerinit, si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese e Bashkimit Evropian, \u00ebsht\u00eb sjellje me dy kute, ndryshe ndaj Kosov\u00ebs dhe ndryshe ndaj Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse heshtet p\u00ebr veprimet e nd\u00ebrhyrjes s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb kund\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebs, le t\u00eb heshtet edhe kur Kosova nd\u00ebrmerr masat e reciprocitetit me Serbin\u00eb. Kosova nuk ka pri n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim.
