N\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e par\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhur ngjarjet q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me zhvillimet historike t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, p\u00ebrderisa autori ishte duke punuar n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00ebn ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Autori i k\u00ebtij libri, shk\u00eblqesia e tij, Ismail Qemal Bej Vlora nis librin e tij autobiografik me p\u00ebrshkrimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar pastaj m\u00eb tutje n\u00eb prezantimin e disa sh\u00ebnimeve p\u00ebr trungun e tij familjar, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb ta pasqyroj\u00eb lasht\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj dere fisnike vlonjate, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn thot\u00eb: &#8220;Themeluesi i der\u00ebs Vlora, prej nga vija un\u00eb, ka qen\u00eb Sinan Pasha, i cili pasi kishte pasur postin e Vezirit t\u00eb Madh, vajti n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Sulejman t\u00eb Madh\u00ebrishmit, si Kapiten Pasha, ose Kryeadmiral i Flot\u00ebs Ushtarake. Ai u ngul me banim aty p\u00ebrfundimisht dhe po atje i mbylli dit\u00ebt e jet\u00ebs&#8221; (f.25,26).<\/p>\n<p>Me rastin e p\u00ebrshkrimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj historie familjare, ai m\u00eb tutje kthen kujtes\u00ebn mbrapa edhe n\u00eb pasqyrimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve n\u00eb raport me pushtetin osman, me \u00e7&#8217;rast thekson: &#8220;P\u00ebr m\u00eb se kat\u00ebr shekuj familja e jon\u00eb ka g\u00ebzuar respekt t\u00eb lart\u00eb nga Perandoria Osmane, ndon\u00ebse her\u00eb pas here edhe ka vuajtur s\u00eb tep\u00ebrmi nga mbrapshtit\u00eb e sundimtar\u00ebve absolut\u00eb osman\u00eb. Nganj\u00ebher\u00eb, kur i kaloj n\u00eb kujtes\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha peripecit\u00eb e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb st\u00ebrgjysh\u00ebrve t\u00eb mi, habitem si ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb, me gjith\u00eb trajtimet e padrejta t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura vazhdimisht, kjo familje t\u00eb ket\u00eb mbetur e lidhur me Perandorin\u00eb&#8221; (f.26).<\/p>\n<p>Pos tjerash, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr hasim edhe n\u00eb shpjegime p\u00ebr koh\u00ebrat e hershme t\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimit njer\u00ebzor, ku autori, Ismail Qemal Bej Vlora ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim dokumentimin e lasht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb popullit shqiptar si pasardh\u00ebs t\u00eb pellazg\u00ebve. K\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb kujtimet e tij ai flet edhe p\u00ebr Janin\u00ebn, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin vend kishte kryer studimet, e n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin rajon zbulon gjurm\u00ebt e qytet\u00ebrimit pellazg, nga ku kishte mbir\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimi njer\u00ebzor, e prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve buron gjeneza e shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Libri n\u00eb vete p\u00ebrmban nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb trajtuara n\u00eb form\u00eb bisedash, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb mes t\u00eb pushtetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb, e ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb edhe t\u00eb bisedave me diplomat\u00eb t\u00eb akredituar, qofshin ato me karakter t\u00eb bisedave t\u00eb lira apo zyrtare, institucionale apo shoq\u00ebrore, brenda zyrave t\u00eb institucioneve apo jasht\u00eb tyre. Ato biseda na japin mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb para vet\u00ebs ta kemi nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillimeve historike p\u00ebr ngjarjet e caktuara t\u00eb asaj kohe dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht ta kuptojm\u00eb edhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si ka funksionuar shteti otoman.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr autori na ofron mjaft t\u00eb dh\u00ebna, t\u00eb cilat e pasqyrojn\u00eb edhe historin\u00eb ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb raport me pushtetin osman, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb ngjarjet q\u00eb do t\u00eb pasojn\u00eb pas marrjes s\u00eb vendimit nga Porta e lart\u00eb p\u00ebr zbatimin e ligjit t\u00eb &#8220;Tanzimatit&#8221; n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb pati edhe gjakderdhje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha pas kryengritjes s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve etj.<\/p>\n<p>Pos sh\u00ebnimeve t\u00eb cekura, dhe prezantimit t\u00eb let\u00ebrk\u00ebmbimeve me personalitete t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme jasht\u00eb qeveris\u00eb perandorake, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti me kolonelin anglez Gordon, ai n\u00eb librin e tij shkruan edhe p\u00ebr ngjarje q\u00eb ishin rrjedhoj\u00eb e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb shtetit, si\u00e7 ishte rasti i shkarkimit t\u00eb reformatorit t\u00eb madh me pik\u00ebpamje liberale, Vezirit t\u00eb Madh &#8211; Mit&#8217;hat Pash\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1877 dhe dh\u00ebnia e dor\u00ebheqjes nga detyra e autorit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre kujtimeve, mandej internimi i tij n\u00eb Anadoll, e q\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb Sulltani do ta em\u00ebroj\u00eb guvernator n\u00eb Bejrut, si dhe vali e guvernator n\u00eb shum\u00eb rajone tjera t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane.<\/p>\n<p>Pas Revolucionit Xhonturk t\u00eb vitit 1908, Ismail Qemali zgjidhet p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i sanxhakut t\u00eb Beratit n\u00eb parlamentin osman, mandej n\u00eb vitin 1909 zgjidhet edhe kryetar parlamenti, por pas pak dit\u00ebsh detyrohet t\u00eb largohet nga Stambolli p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb. Pas k\u00ebsaj kohe, karriera e tij politike do t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebndrim, ja se \u00e7ka thot\u00eb Ismail Qemal Bej Vlora, n\u00eb librin e tij: &#8220;Veziri i madh, Qamil Pasha, nguli k\u00ebmb\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndroja p\u00ebrkrah tij dhe m\u00eb ofroi nj\u00eb portofol n\u00eb qeveri. N\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tjera do ta kisha pranuar k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb nderuar me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi, por tani nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb m\u00eb shtr\u00ebngonte ta hidhja posht\u00eb. Nuk e kisha m\u00eb vendin aty, e kisha tek atdheu im, t\u00eb cilit ia kisha borxh t&#8217;i sh\u00ebrbeja deri n\u00eb fund&#8221; (f.415).<\/p>\n<p>Pos rrjedhave t\u00eb shum\u00eb ngjarjeve brenda Perandoris\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr trajtohen edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb politik\u00ebs bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb koh\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb zhvillimeve tjera, si\u00e7 ishin: lufta franko-prusiane dhe pasojat e saj n\u00eb Lindje, Traktati i Parisit, misionet e Bismarkut n\u00eb Lindje, kryengritja bullgare dhe shtypja e saj, lufta ruso-turke, Traktati i Sh\u00ebn Stefanit, Konferenca e Londr\u00ebs etj.<\/p>\n<p>Meq\u00eb autori i k\u00ebtij libri, nd\u00ebrron jet\u00eb n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb dyshimta, para se ta p\u00ebrfundonte s\u00eb shkruari k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr, ky botim i p\u00ebrgatitur n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn angleze do t&#8217;i rrumbullakoj\u00eb ngjarjet nga kujtimet e Ismail Qemal Bej Vlor\u00ebs me nj\u00eb shkrim t\u00eb tij, i cili qe publikuar si artikull n\u00eb vitin 1917.<\/p>\n<p>Ky shkrim fillon me p\u00ebrshkrimin e nj\u00eb telegrami t\u00eb dt. 26 korrik t\u00eb vitit 1880, q\u00eb i adresohej Lordit Granville nga Lordi Goschen, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs i fuqish\u00ebm i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, asokohe ambasador n\u00eb Stamboll, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin shkruan: &#8220;Si rac\u00eb e lasht\u00eb dhe e shquar po aq sa t\u00eb tjerat me t\u00eb cilat kufizohen, ata (shqiptar\u00ebt) kan\u00eb par\u00eb sesi komb\u00ebsit\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre racave fqinje jan\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje nga fuqit\u00eb Evropiane t\u00eb ndryshme, me \u00e7ka u jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur aspiratat p\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00eb komb\u00ebtare m\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur. Ata kan\u00eb par\u00eb bullgar\u00ebt plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb \u00e7liruar dhe zot\u00ebr t\u00eb Rumelis\u00eb Lindore. Ata kan\u00eb par\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e flakt\u00eb t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7liruar territorin e banuar prej grek\u00ebve nga sundimi turk.<\/p>\n<p>Ata i kan\u00eb par\u00eb sllav\u00ebt n\u00eb Malin e Zi t\u00eb mbrohen nga perandoria e madhe sllave e veriut me energji e vendosm\u00ebri. Ata kan\u00eb par\u00eb sesi \u00c7\u00ebshtja Lindore \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjidhur duke u bazuar n\u00eb parimin e komb\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe sesi Gadishulli Ballkanik ka ardhur ca nga ca duke u ndar\u00eb, si\u00e7 ka ndodhur n\u00eb fakt, nd\u00ebrmjet racave t\u00eb ndryshme mbi baz\u00ebn e atij parimi. Nd\u00ebrkaq, ata shohin sesi vet\u00eb nuk po g\u00ebzojn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin trajtim. Komb\u00ebsia e tyre po shp\u00ebrfillet, kurse territori i banuar prej shqiptar\u00ebsh po u jepet n\u00eb veri malazez\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur Malin e Zi, n\u00ebn mbrojtjen e Rusis\u00eb, dhe n\u00eb jug Greqis\u00eb, n\u00ebn mbrojtjen e Anglis\u00eb dhe Franc\u00ebs&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse do formuar nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e fort\u00eb, arsyeja p\u00ebr pushtimin nga nj\u00eb Fuqi e huaj n\u00eb rastin e shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes s\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane do t\u00eb jet\u00eb mjaft e dob\u00ebt. Nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e bashkuar do t\u00eb bllokonte hyrjet e mbetura nga veriu, kurse Gadishulli Ballkanik do t\u00eb mbetej n\u00eb duart e racave q\u00eb banojn\u00eb aty dhe n\u00ebn pushtetin e tyre. P\u00ebrndryshe shqiptar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb pakap\u00ebrcyeshme n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur t\u00eb kemi turbullira. Nj\u00eb popullsi n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe myslimane do t\u00eb ishin burim v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsish t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr vendet sllave a greke p\u00ebrreth&#8230; Mendoj se, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjes\u00ebtim me mas\u00ebn q\u00eb shtet\u00ebsia shqiptare mund t\u00eb vendosej, gjasa e nd\u00ebrhyrjes s\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs n\u00eb Gadishulli Ballkanik do t\u00eb pak\u00ebsohej&#8221; (f.398,399).<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizim vizionar t\u00eb Lordi Goschen t\u00eb cilin e ka shprehur n\u00eb telegramin e cekur, Ismail Qemal Bej Vlora n\u00ebnvizon: &#8220;Kjo paraqitje e sh\u00ebnuar d\u00ebshmon sa e drejt\u00eb ka qen\u00eb pik\u00ebpamja dhe sa e madhe mpreht\u00ebsia e nj\u00eb shtetari anglez, i cili shum\u00eb koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm e kuptonte dhe e p\u00ebrcaktonte statusin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe pozit\u00ebn, q\u00eb me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb i takonte &#8230;&#8221; (f.399).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vazhdim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pjese t\u00eb librit, autori flet edhe p\u00ebr doket e zakonet e shqiptar\u00ebve, organizimin e brendsh\u00ebm sht\u00ebpiak, p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e gruas, p\u00ebr mbajtjen e fjal\u00ebs dhe nderit, p\u00ebr bes\u00ebn dhe besnik\u00ebrin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij populli etj.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre shpjegimeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb lidhur me bes\u00ebn apo fjal\u00ebn e dh\u00ebn\u00eb, ai sqaron: Shqiptari nuk e ka p\u00ebrfill\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e dh\u00ebn\u00eb vet\u00ebm at\u00ebher\u00eb kur pala tjet\u00ebr e ka thyer at\u00eb, dhe m\u00eb tutje shkruan: &#8220;&#8230; Kur Turqia, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Muradit t\u00eb II, kishte pushtuar shtetet e tjera t\u00eb Ballkanit, ajo u ndal prej q\u00ebndres\u00ebs s\u00eb befasishme e t\u00eb vendosur t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb kreu i dashur e i respektuar i vendit tim ishte Gjon Kastrioti. I ndodhur p\u00ebrball\u00eb dy rrug\u00ebve, t\u00eb vazhdon nj\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb pasigurt kund\u00ebr forcave m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb Sulltanit apo t\u00eb pranonte nj\u00eb zgjidhje miq\u00ebsore me t\u00eb, ai q\u00ebndroi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00ebn, si plan q\u00eb i garantonte autonomin\u00eb e vendit t\u00eb tij. Ai madje i d\u00ebrgoi t\u00eb kat\u00ebr bijt\u00eb n\u00eb Edrene, kryeqytet i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm i Perandoris\u00eb, si peng; dhe p\u00ebr dhjet\u00eb vjet me radh\u00eb i mbeti rrept\u00ebsisht besnik marr\u00ebveshjes.<\/p>\n<p>Pra Gjergji, m\u00eb i vogli i djemve, b\u00ebmat e shquara t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit n\u00eb luft\u00eb m\u00eb pas hyn\u00eb n\u00eb thesarin e legjendave komb\u00ebtare, kur luftoi me emrin Sk\u00ebnderbeg, qysh n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb njom\u00eb ishte n\u00eb oborrin e Muradit II, i cili i dha edukim t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer dhe e \u00e7monte shum\u00eb. Konsiderat\u00ebs s\u00eb Sulltanit p\u00ebr t\u00eb, Gjergj Kastrioti i p\u00ebrgjigjej me p\u00ebrkushtim t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo, kur Gjon Kastrioti vdiq dhe si trash\u00ebgimtar duhet t\u00eb shkonte i biri Gjergj, Sulltani, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb ta d\u00ebrgonte djaloshin n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, d\u00ebrgoi atje trupa p\u00ebr t\u00eb pushtuar Kruj\u00ebn, kryeqendr\u00ebn e vendit. Pavar\u00ebsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb mori fund; por, po ashtu, mori fund edhe besnik\u00ebria e Gjergj Kastriotit&#8221; (f.405,406).<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij shpjegimi, lidhur me Sk\u00ebnderbeun &#8211; Gjergj Kastriotin, po n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kapitull, autori i k\u00ebtij libri n\u00eb mes tjerash shkruan: \u201cP\u00ebr tridhjet\u00eb vjet me radh\u00eb Evropa oshtiu nga gj\u00ebmimi i arm\u00ebve dhe lavdia e emrit t\u00eb tij, n\u00eb nj\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb kund\u00ebr fuqis\u00eb turke, deri at\u00ebher\u00eb e par\u00eb si e pamposhtur. N\u00eb prag t\u00eb vdekjes, ai ia besoi t\u00eb birin, ende i mitur, Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Venedikut, i bindur se kjo qe m\u00eb e mira q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebnte p\u00ebr trash\u00ebgimtarin e fronit e p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb e vendit t\u00eb vet. N\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u2019ia merrte t\u00eb birin n\u00eb mbrojtje, Venediku ia dor\u00ebzoi vendin e tij Turqis\u00eb; dhe k\u00ebshtu, edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb Perandoria Osmane mori me ujdi at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk mund ta merrte me forc\u00ebn e arm\u00ebve\u201d (f.406).<\/p>\n<p>Pos p\u00ebrshkrimit t\u00eb ngjarjeve t\u00eb caktuara nga koha e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane dhe prezantimit t\u00eb zhvillimeve historike t\u00eb cilat Ismail Qemal Bej Vlora si nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar kohe n\u00eb cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit qeveritar, pastaj si funksionar-qeveritar, diplomat e deputet i atij shteti q\u00eb ishte p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb bukur t\u00eb gjat\u00eb kohore, n\u00eb librin e tij &#8220;Kujtime&#8221; pasqyron nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe an\u00ebn shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt e identifikonin fen\u00eb me kombin, e q\u00eb ky parim i asaj kohe p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt nuk vlente. K\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr p\u00ebr k\u00ebto veti autori shkruan:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNdon\u00ebse n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi ndikimi i fes\u00eb n\u00eb mendjen dhe shpirtin e njer\u00ebzve nuk mund t\u00eb mohohet, po ashtu as fuqia q\u00eb Islami ka pasur n\u00eb asimilimin e racave (lexo: kombeve, ngase shpeshher\u00eb Ismail Qemali i identifikon racat me kombe, vr. Po aty, ai vazhdon me shpjegim dhe shkruan: \u201c&#8230; edhe pse jan\u00eb t\u00eb devotsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr fet\u00eb e tyre gjegj\u00ebse&#8230; ata nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb dallimesh mes tyre p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb fes\u00eb dhe askush syresh nuk i jep vetes, po p\u00ebr k\u00ebsi shkaku, ep\u00ebrsi apo privilegje\u201d (f.407).<\/p>\n<p>Nism\u00ebn p\u00ebr shpalljen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Ismail Qemal Bej Vlora e p\u00ebrshkruan n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr, si vijon: &#8220;&#8230; Rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb kthimit u ndala n\u00eb Bukuresht, ku jetonte nj\u00eb koloni e madhe shqiptare. Nga mbledhja q\u00eb b\u00ebra atje, pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb bashkatdhetar\u00eb t\u00eb mi vendos\u00ebn t\u00eb ktheheshin me mua n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. U telegrafova t\u00eb gjitha krahinave t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb njoftuar se po vija, dhe deklarova, se kishte ardhur koha p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur aspiratat tona komb\u00ebtare. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht k\u00ebrkova q\u00eb nga \u00e7do krahin\u00eb e vendit t\u00eb niseshin delegat\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku do t\u00eb mbahej nj\u00eb kuvend komb\u00ebtar\u00eb&#8221; (f.415,416).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Meq\u00eb Vlor\u00ebn e kishte bllokuar flota greke, u g\u00ebzova q\u00eb zbrita n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs&#8221;&#8230; (f.416).<br \/>\n&#8220;Aty vum\u00eb re se populli i Durr\u00ebsit nuk dinte kurrgj\u00eb fare p\u00ebr \u00e7ka kishte pas ndodhur rreth e rrotull. I g\u00ebnjyer prej lajmeve t\u00eb rralla t\u00eb ardhura n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet kanalesh t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme, ata kujtonin se ushtria turke ishte fitimtare, se kishte pas pushtuar Filipopolin dhe se po marshonte t&#8217;i binte Sofjes dhe Beogradit. Ata madje as e dinin se serb\u00ebt ndodheshin para portave t\u00eb tyre. Ardhja e jon\u00eb shkaktoi nj\u00ebfar\u00eb ankthi n\u00eb qytet, i cili nxitej nga elementi turk, &#8230;&#8221; (f.416,417).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Rrug\u00ebn e b\u00ebm\u00eb me kuaj dhe, para se t\u00eb sosnim te vendi i par\u00eb, ku do t\u00eb pushonim, mora vesh nga nj\u00ebri prej paris\u00eb s\u00eb krahin\u00ebs, i cili erdhi tek un\u00eb, se komandanti turk i Janin\u00ebs i kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb urdh\u00ebr me telegram xhandarm\u00ebris\u00eb vendore t\u00eb m\u00eb arrestonin e t\u00eb m\u00eb shpinin te shtabi i tij&#8221; (f.417).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&#8230; Duke iu shmangur rrug\u00ebs ku na kishin v\u00ebn\u00eb re, mor\u00ebm nj\u00eb drejtim m\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt dhe n\u00eb fund sos\u00ebm n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb. K\u00ebtu pritja qe ku e ku m\u00eb e ndryshme se ajo n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs. Qyteti im i lindjes ishte ndezur i t\u00ebri nga flaka e patriotizmit dhe kudo populli na p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeste me gaz e hare. Brenda pak kohe u gjenda n\u00eb mes t\u00eb tet\u00ebdhjetetre delegat\u00ebve, mysliman\u00eb e t\u00eb krishter\u00eb, t\u00eb ardhur nga t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, nga ato t\u00eb pushtuarat ose jo prej ushtrive nd\u00ebrluftuese&#8230;&#8221; (f.417).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Porta e lart\u00eb, sapo mori njoftimin p\u00ebr shpalljen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, u vu kund\u00ebr aspiratave tona&#8221; (f.419).<br \/>\nAutori i k\u00ebtyre kujtimeve, si\u00e7 edhe e kemi cekur m\u00eb lart, ishte i pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb pozita t\u00eb tilla shtet\u00ebrore q\u00eb nga mosha e re, t\u00eb cilat pozita ia mund\u00ebsuan prezenc\u00ebn pran\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve m\u00eb ky\u00e7 dhe me ndikim m\u00eb n\u00eb Perandori.
