Valon Jashari, \u201cKryengritja \u00c7lirimtare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb Lindore gjat\u00eb viteve 1999-2001\u201d (Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb). \u00cbsht\u00eb libri i par\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb historike, q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi shtjellon kryengritjen \u00e7lirimtare n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb, (U\u00c7PMB-n\u00eb). Recensent\u00eb t\u00eb librit jan\u00eb Prof. Asoc. Dr. Nuri Bexheti, dhe Prof. Dr. sc. Ardian Emini.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me shum\u00eb studiues t\u00eb fush\u00ebs q\u00eb e konsiderojn\u00eb se ende nuk ka ardhur koha p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar historin\u00eb e sapo ndodhur, megjithat\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtimi dhe q\u00ebllimi pozitiv b\u00ebn q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb ngjarjet bashk\u00ebkohore nuk duhet p\u00ebrshkruar dhe analizuar.<\/p>\n

Studimi i luft\u00ebrave \u00e7lirimtare \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga temat m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr t\u00eb hulumtuar. Duke iu qasur nga dimensioni teorik, kritik dhe historiografik, k\u00ebsaj periudhe t\u00eb historis\u00eb me t\u00eb re shqiptare, ky botim synon q\u00eb t\u00eb jep njohuri t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb historike e cila deri m\u00eb tani \u00ebsht\u00eb e paprekur nga studiuesit e historis\u00eb. Kjo periudh\u00eb historike nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb stdiuar sa duhet, dhe si pasoj\u00eb nuk njihet mir\u00eb. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i mundur p\u00ebrdorimi i burimeve m\u00eb me interes.<\/p>\n

Mungesa e dokumentacionit si nga ana e kryengrit\u00ebsve ashtu edhe nga ana e shtetit serb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dukuri shum\u00eb e shpesht gjat\u00eb veprimeve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe. Edhe pse materialet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb, mund t\u00eb zb\u00ebrthehen vet\u00ebm n\u00eb vitet q\u00eb vijn\u00eb, por materialet q\u00eb kemi siguruar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb pjes\u00ebrishme dhe delikate. Pra, si rrjedhoj\u00eb e ndiejm\u00eb p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb ta njoftojm\u00eb lexuesin, si tipar\u00eb zot\u00ebrues i k\u00ebti libri p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb historike \u00ebsht\u00eb eksperienca personale dhe pjes\u00ebmarrja direkte n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kryengritje \u00e7lirimtare, si dhe dokumente q\u00eb deri m\u00eb tani nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb publikuara.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb rrethanat e gjendjes politike q\u00eb mbret\u00ebron sot n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb Lindore gjegj\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb, q\u00eb ende \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn okupimin Serb, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, qasja p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar, studiuar k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb problematike dhe me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi shum\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, si dhe me nj\u00eb rrezik serioz. K\u00ebtu nuk duhet p\u00ebrjashtuar faktin as edhe nga pala shqiptare duke pasur parasysh\u00eb specifikat e asaj lufte \u00e7lirimtare, ku qasja ishte shpeshher\u00eb edhe e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb dep\u00ebrtohej p\u00ebr grumbullim t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, d\u00ebshmive, dokumenteve nga akter\u00ebt e nj\u00ebr\u00ebs brigad\u00eb tek ata t\u00eb brigad\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr, pasi q\u00eb edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite kufizohen n\u00eb deklaratat e tyre.<\/p>\n

V\u00ebsht\u00ebrsia e grumbullimit t\u00eb informacionit baz\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb sfiduese por nga q\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekja, p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrohej q\u00eb sadopak p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb luft\u00eb \u00e7lirimtare t\u00eb hidhet nj\u00eb drit\u00eb sado modeste e q\u00eb brezat n\u00eb vazhdim t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pun\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb duhur p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje historike. Qasja n\u00eb shtypin ditor\u00eb-gazeta \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb n\u00eb vehte p\u00ebr nj\u00eb historian, pasiq\u00eb n\u00ebse i referohemi mediave t\u00eb huaja n\u00eb Europ\u00eb dhe bot\u00eb, e kan\u00eb t\u00eb ndaluar ti referohen t\u00eb gjitha mediave t\u00eb shkruara n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebri, Serbi dhe Maqedoni, pasi q\u00eb shtypi \u00ebsht\u00eb i pa besuesh\u00ebm nga k\u00ebto vende. Si historian shtypi m\u00eb shum\u00eb i ka sh\u00ebrbyer si nj\u00eb orientues kronologjik dhe m\u00eb tep\u00ebr si referenca p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjurmuar m\u00eb pastaj m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrmes metodave shkencore p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb problematik t\u00eb caktuar t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe historike q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb mundur t\u00eb m\u00eb ket\u00eb ikur gjat\u00eb trajtimit.<\/p>\n

Historiografia shqiptare p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb historike deri m\u00eb tani e ka l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn hije dhe pluhuri i harres\u00ebs tash pas dy dekadave vet\u00ebm se ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb rezultatet e saja, pasi q\u00eb disa nga akter\u00ebt m\u00eb kryesor t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj lufte vet\u00ebm se kan\u00eb vdekur, nga padituria n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste edhe dokumentacioni \u00ebsht\u00eb humbur. Ikja n\u00eb koh\u00eb ndikon direkt q\u00eb edhe ata akter q\u00eb jan\u00eb, t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb kujtes\u00eb jo shum\u00eb t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt. Pamund\u00ebsia q\u00eb n\u00ebn okupimin Serb n\u00eb nivel lokal, si dhe mungesa e vullneti si dhe vet\u00ebdija e ul\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb krijohet nj\u00eb fond arkivor p\u00ebr at\u00eb luft\u00eb \u00e7lirimtare jan\u00eb nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb n\u00eb vete.<\/p>\n

Procesverbalet e takimeve t\u00eb strukturave udh\u00ebheq\u00ebse t\u00eb U\u00c7PMB-s\u00eb, si ai i takimit t\u00eb Breznic\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat deri m\u00eb tani nuk jan\u00eb botuar asnj\u00ebher\u00eb, dhe q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb dor\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb, pasi q\u00eb direkt trajtohen ngjarjet me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj lufte. Pa dyshim qasja n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sa m\u00eb analitike duke iu p\u00ebrmbajtur metodave historike p\u00ebr nj\u00eb studim t\u00eb mir\u00ebfill\u00ebt, dhe jo vet\u00ebm duke e par\u00eb n\u00ebn syrin e nj\u00eb ballkanasi apo edhe nj\u00eb ish-veterani apo historiani shqiptar, por autori \u00ebsht\u00eb munduar t\u00eb zhvishet n\u00eb maksimum nga shkalla e nacionalizmit duke i l\u00ebn\u00eb rrug\u00eb argumentit dhe qasjes n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sa m\u00eb objektive, dhe duke u munduar t\u00eb shikoj edhe me syrin e nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmitari okular e bashk\u00ebkohaniku e akteri por me mendjen e nj\u00eb historiani t\u00eb shekullit XXI.<\/p>\n

Ditar\u00ebt e luft\u00ebs jan\u00eb nj\u00eb burim shum\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb at\u00eb ngjarje edhe n\u00ebn rezolucionin e nj\u00eb veterani direkt q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb ngjarje historike. Gjith\u00ebsesi ditar\u00ebt e luft\u00ebs i ka trajtuar shum\u00eb me kujdes, pasi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb normale n\u00eb nj\u00eb luft\u00eb gj\u00ebrat edhe t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00ebn frym\u00ebn e propagand\u00ebs s\u00eb caktuar, si dhe t\u00eb emocioneve personale t\u00eb \u00e7do ditar\u00ebshkruesi.<\/p>\n

Intervistat dhe bisedat e zhvilluara jan\u00eb thuaj\u00ebse brenda nj\u00eb periudhe mbi nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb, dhe ka pasur raste q\u00eb nj\u00eb akter\u00eb t\u00eb intervistohet mbi dy her\u00eb duke iu kthyer, pasi q\u00eb grumbullimi i informacionit baz\u00eb impononte nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb. Gjithashtu qasja n\u00eb intervista ka qen\u00eb puna m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. Duke u nisur nga fakti se shpeshher\u00eb ka hasur n\u00eb intervista jo korrekte duke pretenduar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ngjarje, apo duke paragjykuar, apo duke iu dh\u00ebn\u00eb konatacion t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt me realitetin apo edhe duke i zmadhuar, \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb vrapohej deri tek burimi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb verifikuar at\u00eb ngjarje. Pastaj, analizimi dhe krahasimi i intervistave p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb caktuar, dhe krejt n\u00eb fund p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb mendimin rreth asaj ngjarje, p\u00ebrmes metod\u00ebs analizuese, kritike e t\u00eb sintez\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Gjithashtu edhe intervistat me lider t\u00eb partive politike t\u00eb mbledhura si n\u00eb shtyp si n\u00eb komunikatat p\u00ebr media, b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ballafaqohej me konceptin si brenda luft\u00ebs si at\u00eb jasht\u00eb luft\u00ebs nga ana e nivelit t\u00eb partive politike lokale q\u00eb pa dyshim jan\u00eb bashk\u00ebakter t\u00eb atyre pro\u00e7eseve politike, sidomos gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb negociatave.<\/p>\n

Kjo periudh\u00eb historike \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb organike e lidhur me historin\u00eb e popullit shqiptar dhe e integruar me at\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb bot\u00ebrore. P\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe historike, nuk i duhet referuar aq shum\u00eb logjik\u00ebs s\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe bot\u00ebrore, se sa asaj rajonale, ngushtesisht ballkanike. Vet\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebrballkanike jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar nga evolucioni i brendsh\u00ebm i secilit nga k\u00ebto vende. Lufta p\u00ebr pushtet, kund\u00ebrv\u00ebnia e klasave dhe antagonizmat komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb linjat politike q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mish\u00ebrojn\u00eb diskutimet e ndryshme ideologjike. Dhe me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb thuhet se \u201cBallkani prodhon m\u00eb tep\u00ebr histori sesa \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb konsumoj\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n
