Sipas Pa\u0161i\u0107 dhe Grui\u0107 Shqip\u00ebria nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr autonomi, mal\u00ebsor\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb fakt serb\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebria i p\u00ebrkiste vet\u00ebm perandoris\u00eb s\u00eb Dushanit, Durr\u00ebsi, Lezha dhe Sh\u00ebngjini ishin dikur ve\u00e7se porte serbe. Shkurt e thjesht, Europa t\u00ebr\u00eb duhet ta dij\u00eb q\u00eb serb\u00ebt duan nga Shqip\u00ebria ve\u00e7 at\u00eb q\u00eb dikur u p\u00ebrkiste atyre.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi k\u00ebtu q\u00eb t\u00eb hulumtohen arsyet psikologjike t\u00eb parap\u00eblqimit ndaj historis\u00eb tek politikan\u00ebt sllavojugor\u00eb e as t\u00eb provohen dhe t\u00eb kritikohen metodat e p\u00ebrdorura nga sllavojugor\u00ebt p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e titujve t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs historike. As nuk duam t\u00eb merremi me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen se si \u00e7asti historik do t\u00eb merret parasysh n\u00eb ndarjen e ardhshme t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb europiane. Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtyre rreshtave, \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb skicohet nj\u00eb pamje objektive e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb mesjetare (paraturke), p\u00ebrmes s\u00eb cil\u00ebs gjithsecili do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb shoh\u00eb qart\u00eb. S\u00eb pari, q\u00eb serb\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb vetmit q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ngren\u00eb t\u00eb drejta ligjore ndaj Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb; s\u00eb dyti, q\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ka edhe \u00e7aste, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb sillen n\u00eb loj\u00eb si p\u00ebr anektimin ashtu edhe p\u00ebr autonomin\u00eb e saj; s\u00eb treti e s\u00eb fundmi, q\u00eb shtetar\u00ebt serb\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb mos kishin folur p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00eb historike pik\u00ebrisht teksa flasin lidhur me portin kryesor shqiptar (Durr\u00ebsin) t\u00eb synuar p\u00ebr pushtim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria mesjetare sikurse edhe e sotshmja nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte nj\u00eb koncept t\u00eb ngurt\u00eb gjeografik. Fillimisht (deri n\u00eb shekullin XIII) e lidhur me nj\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl n\u00eb qytetin e Kruj\u00ebs n\u00eb qend\u00ebr, emri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb u rrit nga kjo zon\u00eb e ngusht\u00eb deri n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb e malet e Himar\u00ebs n\u00eb jug dhe deri n\u00eb Bar, madje deri n\u00eb Kotor n\u00eb veri. N\u00eb shkenc\u00ebn e historis\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb pra nj\u00eb koncept konvencional dhe n\u00ebnkupton rajonin malor n\u00eb kat\u00ebrk\u00ebnd\u00ebshin Bar \u2013 Prizren \u2013 Oh\u00ebr \u2013 Vlor\u00eb. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb hap\u00ebsira, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat shtresat primare etnike (ilire, trake) t\u00eb bregdetit adriatik thuajse plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb zhveshura n\u00ebn nd\u00ebrtimet e reja sekondare dhe terciare greke, romane dhe sllave ngrihen nj\u00ebjt\u00eb si nj\u00eb monolit graniti i rrethuar nga dredhka i popullit dikur t\u00eb madh ilir.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kryq\u00ebzimin e diagonaleve t\u00eb kat\u00ebrk\u00ebnd\u00ebshit t\u00eb sapop\u00ebrmendur emri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ishte i pranish\u00ebm q\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebt e ilir\u00ebve t\u00eb lasht\u00eb; k\u00ebtu ndodhej qendra e fisit me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin em\u00ebr me qytetin Albanopolis (tek Ptolemeu), prej nga ku ky em\u00ebr sidomos n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb mesjet\u00ebs si pasoj\u00eb e l\u00ebvizjeve ekspansive t\u00eb barinjve shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb maleve gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb u p\u00ebrhap n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb homogjene etnike por t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb,dhe prej Arbanonit t\u00eb Bizantit, Rabanit te serb\u00ebve, Regnum Albanie t\u00eb Anzhuin\u00ebve krijoi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Dalmat\u00ebve dhe Venecian\u00ebve e deri Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e sotshme, nj\u00eb koncept m\u00eb shum\u00eb etnografik me p\u00ebrmasa shum\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse, por mjaft t\u00eb pacaktuar nga ana jugore.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo zon\u00eb ishte gjithmon\u00eb nj\u00eb rajon kufitar par excellence, nj\u00eb kufi i gjuh\u00ebve, feve dhe fuqive. Produkti i kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb Lindjes dhe Per\u00ebndimit: bota greko-latine, gjithashtu bizantine-romane e qyteteve bregdetare vjen k\u00ebtu n\u00eb af\u00ebri t\u00eb madhe me p\u00ebrzierjen barbare t\u00eb elementit autokton shqiptar dhe atij serb t\u00eb dep\u00ebrtuar. Nj\u00ebrin pran\u00eb tjetrit, tek drejtuesit e fiseve shqiptare ndeshim titullin bizantin protosebastos, sebastos, titullin latin comes dhe miles, at\u00eb sllav kaznac dhe vojevoda. N\u00eb rajonin e Durr\u00ebsit kufizohen tre zona t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve mesjetare t\u00eb dokumentave: latinishtja, greqishtja dhe sllavishtja, sikurse edhe sot n\u00eb vilajetin e Shkodr\u00ebs ndeshen t\u00eb gjith\u00eb tipet e kostumit popullor ballkanas: greku, rumano-bullgari, boshnjako-dalmati dhe serbo-malazezi. Katolicizmi gjendej k\u00ebtu n\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme me ortodoksin\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb metropoliti i Durr\u00ebsit merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb sinodin e Kostandinopoj\u00ebs, peshkopi i tij ndihm\u00ebs, peshkopi i Kruj\u00ebs, shfaqet n\u00eb rajonin e brendsh\u00ebm si nj\u00eb i besuar i Pap\u00ebs n\u00eb kryengritjen e princit shqiptar kund\u00ebr mbretit p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00ebs serb (1319). Krer\u00ebt e dinastive shqiptare l\u00ebkunden shpesh mes dy kishave, m\u00eb von\u00eb mes katolicizmit dhe islamit.<\/p>\n<p>Ndaj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7udi q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes perceptimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre hap\u00ebsirave si orientale ashtu edhe oksidentale, tema Dyrrahium n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e fuqis\u00eb bot\u00ebrore bizantine u kthye n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb intrigave dhe sip\u00ebrmarrjeve si kund\u00ebr verilindjes sllave ashtu edhe kund\u00ebr Italis\u00eb. Por pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye Shqip\u00ebria mesjetare p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte gjithmon\u00eb baz\u00ebn e operacioneve t\u00eb fuqive per\u00ebndimore kund\u00ebr Bizantit. Mbi t\u00eb u p\u00ebrqendruan fillimisht edhe sulmet e norman\u00ebve dhe napolitan\u00ebve. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur n\u00ebn Pap\u00ebn Johan XXII Europa \u00ebnd\u00ebrronte p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kryq\u00ebzat\u00eb drejt Palestin\u00ebs, n\u00eb Bar ndodhej nj\u00eb arqipeshkv, domenikani Guillelmus Adae, nj\u00eb eksplorues per\u00ebndimor, i cili v\u00ebzhgimet e tij politike, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt Shqip\u00ebria luan nj\u00eb rol p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u n\u00ebnvler\u00ebsuar, i p\u00ebrmblodhi n\u00eb \u201cDirectorium ad passagium faciendum\u201d (1332).<\/p>\n<p>Pra m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00ebqind vite para luft\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe t\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut kund\u00ebr turqve, ideja e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb pozicionit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb aty-k\u00ebtu ka p\u00ebrshkuar mendje t\u00eb caktuara; n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme dhe t\u00eb plot\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi ndodhi p\u00ebrmes luft\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Europa t\u00ebr\u00eb u p\u00ebrfshi pjes\u00ebrisht me interes t\u00eb lart\u00eb, pjes\u00ebrisht n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive. Shqip\u00ebria at\u00ebher\u00eb u b\u00eb e famshme dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb fam\u00eb i detyrohet pozicionit t\u00eb saj gjeografik. Lufta e Sk\u00ebnderbeut ishte epopeja e nj\u00eb vendi t\u00eb spikatur kufitar, p\u00ebr k\u00ebng\u00ebn e fundit t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit punon pik\u00ebrisht e tashmja&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Por Shqip\u00ebria nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb vend kufitar; n\u00eb vetvete Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb monada e Ballkanit, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn pasqyrohet krejt kozmosi i Ballkanit me nuancat e tij latine, greke, romane, bizantine, italiane dhe sllave, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin ende sot shk\u00eblqejn\u00eb kristale t\u00eb shumt\u00eb t\u00eb gjendjes fillestare, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin ende sot \u00ebsht\u00eb e dukshme ajo histori baz\u00eb e gadishullit Ballkanik, k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulja e t\u00eb cilit gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb Ballkanit iu nguliti nj\u00eb fizionomi t\u00eb nj\u00ebtrajtshme dhe ndikoi n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb karakteri t\u00eb nj\u00ebtrajtsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs gadishullore mesjetare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*<\/p>\n<p>Karakteristika e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb mesjetare \u00ebsht\u00eb ende e pranishme sot, dhe pik\u00ebrisht atributet e vendit kufitar dhe te monad\u00ebs s\u00eb Ballkanit, pra \u00e7astet etnike dhe kulturore, jan\u00eb ata, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nga nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim historik flasin p\u00ebr autonomin\u00eb dhe neutralizimin e k\u00ebtij vendi.<\/p>\n<p>Por edhe vet\u00eb historia politike e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb paraturke p\u00ebrmban disa shfaqje t\u00eb cilat pa frik\u00eb mund t\u00eb perceptohen si b\u00ebrtham\u00eb e nj\u00eb trajte autonome, dhe t\u00eb m\u00ebvet\u00ebsishme. Nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb, tema bizantine Dyrrahium, q\u00eb n\u00eb shekullin XI mbret\u00ebrohet nga nj\u00eb duk\u00eb dhe q\u00eb nga venecian\u00ebt (1204) u kthye n\u00eb dukat\u00ebn Dyrrahi e m\u00eb pas nga anzhuin\u00ebt (n\u00eb 1272) u kthye n\u00eb Regnum Albaniae. Lufta e Sk\u00ebnderbeut zgjoi n\u00eb krejt Europ\u00ebn konceptin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb m\u00ebvet\u00ebsishme, dhe ka d\u00ebshmi q\u00eb ideja e nj\u00eb Regnum Albaniae n\u00eb tok\u00ebn shqiptare deri n\u00eb shekullin XVII ka mbetur n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb. Por nga ana tjet\u00ebr shohim q\u00eb n\u00eb shekullin XIII n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Kruj\u00ebs (1200 deri 1250) nj\u00eb dinasti drejtuese shqiptare (princa), n\u00eb shum\u00eb breza (Progoni, Gjini, Dhimitri, Golemi) zhduken n\u00ebn presionin e fuqive t\u00eb huaja (por ndoshta vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr syt\u00eb tan\u00eb), por p\u00ebr t\u2019u shfaqur menj\u00ebher\u00eb me fillimin e r\u00ebnies s\u00eb perandoris\u00eb serbe, tashm\u00eb n\u00ebn em\u00ebr t\u00eb ri (Topia, Dukagjini, etj.)<\/p>\n<p>Por nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi edhe mund t\u00eb pranohet q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria (e sotshme) asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb njohur si t\u00ebr\u00ebsi politike, \u00ebsht\u00eb po aq e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, q\u00eb historia Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb e njeh vet\u00ebm n\u00eb dy madje tre t\u00ebr\u00ebsi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb, nga nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim historik asnj\u00eb nga fuqit\u00eb e sotshme nuk mund t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ekskluzive mbi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Luhatjet e sferave t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb fuqis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb mesjetare mund t\u00eb v\u00ebzhgohen m\u00eb s\u00eb miri, n\u00ebse kuptohen kthesat kryesore n\u00eb fatet politike t\u00eb qyteteve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta shqiptare. Por ndoshta ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb paraqitje tabelare t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre kthesave. Do t\u00eb mjaftonte t\u00eb konstatohej q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria e veriut me qytetin Shkod\u00ebr dhe portin e saj shum\u00eb t\u00eb vizituar S. Sergius n\u00eb gryk\u00ebderdhjen e lumit Bun\u00eb, m\u00eb tej me qytetet Bar, Ulqin, Shas, Drivost, nga shekulli XI deri n\u00eb shekullin XV n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nuancat e mundshme, e pik\u00ebrisht si regnum Diocliae, si mbret\u00ebri e pjesshme n\u00ebn mbretin e ri (reges iuniores), pjes\u00ebrisht (Dulcigno) edhe si pron\u00ebsi e gruas s\u00eb sundimtarit, m\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00ebn familjen malazese Bal\u0161i\u0107, ndodhej n\u00ebn pushtetin e serb\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb b\u00ebrthama e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb rreth Durr\u00ebsit (qyteti n\u00eb vitin 1040 u ndodh p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht n\u00eb duart e bullgar\u00ebve) sikurse edhe jugu rreth Vlor\u00ebs u ndodh fillimisht n\u00ebn bizantin\u00ebt, m\u00eb pas p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr (1204 deri n\u00eb 1213) n\u00ebn Venedikun, m\u00eb pas n\u00ebn despot\u00ebt epirot\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt k\u00ebto qytete ia dhan\u00eb si prik\u00eb Manfredit t\u00eb Si\u00e7ilis\u00eb (1258), deri kur ajo ra n\u00ebn pushtetin e Anzhuve napolitan\u00eb. Mbreti serb Dushani pushtoi krejt zon\u00ebn e thell\u00eb me qytetin e Kruj\u00ebs (1343), gjithashtu edhe jugun me Vlor\u00ebn dhe Janin\u00ebn, por Durr\u00ebsi mbeti n\u00eb duart e anzhuin\u00ebve. (Por n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb shtrihej edhe pushteti nominal i mbretit hungarez Ludwig mbi Durr\u00ebsin.) N\u00eb vitin 1368 ra edhe Durr\u00ebsi, por jo n\u00eb duart e serb\u00ebve, por t\u00eb dinastit shqiptar Karl Topia. M\u00eb von\u00eb, por kjo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7ast, Durr\u00ebsi gjendet n\u00eb pron\u00ebsin\u00eb familjare t\u00eb Balshajve armiq me Topin\u00eb dhe Balsha II mban titullin e kontit t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit n\u00eb vitin 1385, por Durr\u00ebsi n\u00eb vitin 1392 i dor\u00ebzohet Venedikut jo nga Balshajt por nga Gjergj Topia.<\/p>\n<p>Nga Balshajt Venedikut n\u00eb vitin 1396 iu ofruan qytetet Shkod\u00ebr dhe Drivost, dhe republika u mendua p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb, n\u00ebse me pranimin e k\u00ebtyre qyteteve paqja me Hungarin\u00eb do t\u00eb prishej ose jo (si intromittendo dicta loca contrafaceremus paci Hungariae). Lezha, p\u00ebr fatet e m\u00ebhershme t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs nuk kemi informacion t\u00eb sakt\u00eb, kalon n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XIV n\u00eb dor\u00eb serbe dhe shqiptare, por i shkon Venedikut (ngjash\u00ebm me Durr\u00ebsin) jo nga dora serbe, por nga dora e familjes fisnike Dukagjini. M\u00eb von\u00eb ishte n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb Kastriot\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sipas origjin\u00ebs dhe mjedisit t\u00eb tyre sigurisht q\u00eb nuk ishin serb\u00eb.
