GUS Albania\u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb joqeveritare, jofitimprur\u00ebse, e pavarur, laike dhe demokratike. Aktive\u00a0si bart\u00ebse e solidaritetit dhe drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb sociale p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, e angazhuar prej vitesh n\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen e grupeve vulnerab\u00ebl, n\u00eb fuqizimin e figur\u00ebs fem\u00ebrore, dhe n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e\u00a0pjes\u00ebmarrjes rinore.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb takimeve t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb drejtuara nga gazetari Lavdrim Lita u n\u00ebnvizuan shkaqet individuale, nd\u00ebrpersonale, sociale dhe komunitare t\u00eb lindjes s\u00eb fenomenit, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb niveli i papun\u00ebsis\u00eb, kushtet socioekonomike, mungesa e kohezionit social, m\u00ebnjanimi i zonave periferike, rurale dhe malore si dhe manipulimi i narrativave fetare. U thelluan gjithashtu fazat dhe siptomat q\u00eb shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb radikalizimin e nj\u00eb individi dhe u propozuan nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00ebp\u00ebr shkolla, media dhe n\u00eb zona t\u00eb m\u00ebnjanuara nga institucionet qeveritare.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt doli t\u00eb jet\u00eb nevoja p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrballje parandaluese ndaj fenomenit, me q\u00ebllim ruajtjen e vlerave komunitare shkodrane duke b\u00ebr\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje q\u00eb n\u00eb zanafill\u00eb, duke filluar nga gjuha e urrejtjes dhe dallimet ndaj kategorive n\u00eb rrezik.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr pjesmarr\u00ebsit kan\u00eb qen\u00eb tre seancat e zhvillimit t\u00eb aft\u00ebsive. N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit IDM, n\u00eb p\u00ebrsonin e z.
