Si kreu i shtetit dhe si udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, bazuar n\u00eb tradit\u00ebn zakonore t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve historike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr subjektivizim kolektiv dhe bazuar n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn aktuale, Hashim Tha\u00e7i ka obligime t\u00eb pashmangshme q\u00eb t’u raportoj dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebshillohet me t\u00eb gjitha institucionet dhe faktor\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb di ose \u00e7far\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb lidhur me dialogun Serbi-Kosov\u00eb prej shkurtit 2017 deri tash dhe natyrisht \u00e7far\u00eb planifikon t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb si President 5-6 muajt e ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb vitit 2019.<\/p>\n

Si personi kryesor q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson unitetin e popullit t\u00eb Republik\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Hashim Tha\u00e7i, nuk mund lahet nga detyrimet kushtetuese, zakonore dhe morale duke biseduar ve\u00e7 me bashk\u00ebkryesuesit dhe\/apo an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Ekipit Shtet\u00ebror Dialogues.<\/p>\n

Hashim Tha\u00e7i duhet t’i b\u00ebj\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb pakut k\u00ebto 4 veprime m\u00eb e larg\u00ebta deri m\u00eb 31 janar 2019:<\/p>\n

1) Presidenti Tha\u00e7i, si\u00e7 obligon nocioni i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb unitetit dhe Neni 83 i Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duhet t\u00eb takohet, t’i informoj p\u00ebr rrjedhat e procesit dialogues Kosov\u00eb-Serbi dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj mendimet dhe planet e dy partive opozitare LDK dhe VV, pavar\u00ebsisht faktit q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb Ekipin Shtet\u00ebror. Presidenti i Kosov\u00ebs, zyrtarisht dhe publikisht, duhet t’i ftoj k\u00ebto parti t\u00eb ulen me t\u00eb n\u00eb Presidenc\u00eb ose t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb vet\u00eb n\u00eb selit\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb biseduar shtet\u00ebrisht me krer\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre partive. Q\u00eb t’mos u jepet mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb nj\u00ebra apo t\u00eb dy partit\u00eb t\u00eb luajn\u00eb politik\u00eb ditore, Presidenti duhet t\u00eb caktoj\u00eb nj\u00eb afat kohor disa javor t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm brenda t\u00eb cilit LDK dhe VV duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen. N\u00ebse thirrja e Presidentit refuzohet ose nuk merr p\u00ebrgjigje Presidenti duhet t\u00eb vazhdoj me hapat e m\u00ebposht\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

2) Presidenti Tha\u00e7i, si\u00e7 d\u00ebfton tradita historike e respektit dhe p\u00ebrfshierjes s\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs dhe si sanksionon Neni 60 i Kushtetut\u00ebs, duhet t\u00eb mbledh K\u00ebshillin Konsultativ p\u00ebr Komunitete, p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb ata n\u00eb dijeni p\u00ebr angazhimet presidenciale dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb pik\u00ebpamjet e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen n\u00eb projektet dhe platform\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs vis-a-vis Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

3) Presidenti Tha\u00e7i, si burim fillor dhe par\u00ebsor i kontributit p\u00ebr harmoni dhe bashkim popullor, duhet t\u00eb pik\u00ebpjeket edhe me disa nyje tjera t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb kuvendime me d\u00ebrgata speciale t\u00eb organizatave m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, t\u00eb ASHAK-ut, t\u00eb Universiteteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (punonj\u00ebsve dhe student\u00ebve), t\u00eb OVL t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, t\u00eb Medieve dhe t\u00eb OEK-ut.<\/p>\n

Presidenti Hashim Tha\u00e7i, si politikan dhe si lider, duhet t\u00eb largoj\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb pesh\u00eb prej shpatullave dhe sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb kompleksitet prej mendjes s\u00eb tij sepse shpatullat dhe mendjet individuale kurr\u00eb nuk mund ta ken\u00eb fuqin\u00eb e shpatullave dhe mendjeve t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb dhe aft\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie.
