Mentor Kikia<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kam shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb n\u00eb rrjet dhe media t\u00eb ndryshme online nj\u00eb shkrim, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fakt nj\u00eb ide dhe ftes\u00eb p\u00ebr diskutim.<\/p>\n

Po e p\u00ebrmbledh iden\u00eb n\u00eb pak radh\u00eb:
\nShum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb mendojn\u00eb se vendi ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ndryshim. Edhe un\u00eb ashtu mendoj. Por un\u00eb nuk mendoj se ndryshim \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsojm\u00eb PS-n\u00eb me PD-n\u00eb. Sepse t\u00eb dyja partit\u00eb kan\u00eb vjedhur dhe abuzuar me pushtetin nj\u00ebsoj, me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat ligje, me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat praktika dhe me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebt oligark\u00eb. T\u00eb dyja partit\u00eb kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord n\u00eb heshtje q\u00eb: T\u00eb mbajn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin ligj zgjedhor, q\u00eb u siguron atyre sundimin n\u00eb sken\u00ebn politike dhe i v\u00ebn\u00eb shkelmin \u00e7dokujt q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet tu hyj\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00eb. T\u00eb mbajn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin ligj p\u00ebr prokurimet publike, q\u00eb u siguron atyre paracaktimin e kompanive q\u00eb fitojn\u00eb tenderat (n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb u krijua oligarkia). T\u00eb mbajn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin ligj p\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb offshore<\/em>, p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilave vjedhin pa u nd\u00ebshkuar. T\u00eb mbajn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin ligj p\u00ebr koncensionet, p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilit qerasin oligark\u00ebt (kundrejt pages\u00ebs) me prona publike e HEC-e n\u00eb parqet komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

At\u00ebher\u00eb cili \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshimi, n\u00ebse nd\u00ebrrojm\u00eb qeverin\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte?<\/p>\n

Un\u00eb hodha nj\u00eb ide, q\u00eb energjit\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrohen n\u00eb ushtrimin e presionit publik (forma ka sa t\u00eb duash), n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb:
\n1-T\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb ligji zgjedhor
\n2-T\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb ligji i prokurimeve publike
\n3-T\u00eb ndalohet pjes\u00ebmarrja e kompanive ofshore n\u00eb tendra publike
\n4-T\u00eb nd\u00ebrpritet dh\u00ebnia e sh\u00ebrbimeve dhe veprave publike me koncension
\n5-T\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb, e t\u00eb mos bllokohet reforma n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n

Mund t\u00eb shtohen edhe t\u00eb tjera, ndaj \u00ebsht\u00eb ftes\u00eb p\u00ebr diskutim.<\/p>\n

Sepse un\u00eb mendoj se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ne mbyllim disa rubineta t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj korrupsioni dhe i hapet rruga alternativave t\u00eb reja edhe n\u00eb politik\u00eb. Ne fund te fundit permes politikes vijne zgjidhjet.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto ide i \u201cmaterializova\u201d n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrim me titull: \u201cUn\u00eb do t\u00eb jem n\u00eb protest\u00eb, por jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar dor\u00ebheqjen e Edi Ram\u00ebs<\/em>\u201d.
\nDhe \u00e7far\u00eb ndodhi: Disa fanatik\u00eb politik\u00eb e padyshim edhe modestisht t\u00eb ditur, as e lexuan fare shkrimin, por vet\u00ebm titullin, e vrapuan t\u00eb shanin autorin dhe ata qytetar\u00eb q\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtesnin iden\u00eb: Servil i Ram\u00ebs, byth\u00ebl\u00ebpir\u00ebs i Ram\u00ebs, k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb mbrosh hajdutin etj. etj. Disa e lexuan, por meq\u00eb nuk e kuptuan dot, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb edhe zgjidhje tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7 rrotacionit PD-PS (+ – LSI) shkuan prap\u00eb tek titulli e b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb si t\u00eb par\u00ebt. Disa kuptuan kuturru di\u00e7ka por me k\u00ebrkonin mua llogari p\u00ebr \u00e7’ka b\u00ebr\u00eb qeveria.<\/p>\n

Vler\u00ebsoj, jo ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb mendje me mua, por ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb frenojn\u00eb dalldin\u00eb politike, t\u00eb arsyetojn\u00eb, t\u00eb diskutojn\u00eb e t\u00eb japin ide. Sepse sot vendi ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebz q\u00eb japin ide, i mbrojn\u00eb ato dhe luftojn\u00eb t’i zbatojn\u00eb. Nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb, nga injoranca apo fanatizmi politik, b\u00ebrtasin n\u00eb mjegull. Sepse me t\u00eb b\u00ebrtitura sot as skuqet e as zverdhet njeri. Por q\u00eb nj\u00eb ide ta kuptosh, taksirat, duhet ta lexosh m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nje ske\u00e7 n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e komunizmit, tregonte p\u00ebr nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs biblioteke, q\u00eb s’kishte lexuar asnj\u00eb lib\u00ebr. Nj\u00eb lexues i k\u00ebrkoi t’i sygjeronte nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, e ai i sygjeroi “Papa jeshil”. Jeshil – tha ai – lidhet me barin, me natyr\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb k\u00ebqijat n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend nuk jan\u00eb rast\u00ebsi, por produkt i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr dy dit\u00eb me radh\u00eb kam patur nj\u00eb komunikim intensiv n\u00eb rrjetet sociale me qindra njer\u00ebz, thuajse t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb panjohur personalisht. Diskutimi lidhej me disa propozime q\u00eb un\u00eb b\u00ebra, n\u00ebn nj\u00eb titull politikisht provokativ (q\u00ebllimisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur debatin), lidhur me \u00e7far\u00eb hapash konkrete mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb ne si shoq\u00ebri, p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb frym\u00ebmarrje dhe liri politike dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb shigjetuar ligje konkrete q\u00eb mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb vjedhjen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ligjshme.<\/p>\n

Diskutova gjat\u00eb me shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz, deri n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e padurimit. E b\u00ebra p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr tu bindur edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb se:<\/p>\n

– Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rast\u00ebsi, q\u00eb n\u00eb epok\u00ebn e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb ftoht\u00eb ne kishim regjimin m\u00eb t\u00eb eg\u00ebr diktatorial n\u00eb Europ\u00eb.
\n– Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rast\u00ebsi q\u00eb n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn postkomuniste ne kemi tranzicionin m\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb Lindje dhe nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb korrupsionit qeveritar e shtet\u00ebror n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Europ\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

– Armiku m\u00eb i madh i vendit nuk jan\u00eb partit\u00eb, por vet\u00eb shoq\u00ebria, njer\u00ebzit e gatsh\u00ebm \u201ct\u00eb japin edhe jet\u00ebn p\u00ebr partin\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t’i v\u00ebn\u00eb bishtin m\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb gjithkujt q\u00eb mendon ndryshe nga partit\u00eb e tyre.
\n– U binda edhe se, nga opozita gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb po ikin ata q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb e arsyetojn\u00eb e po mbesin ata q\u00eb vet\u00ebm b\u00ebrtasin e shajn\u00eb. Dhe kjo e thellon kriz\u00ebn e shpres\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Por u binda edhe per di\u00e7ka tjeter. Ka shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se ku ndodhet ky vend tani, p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb ka nevoj\u00eb e \u00e7far\u00eb duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb. Ka shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb e duan k\u00ebt\u00eb vend e duan t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb ndershm\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu.
