– \u00c7’fuqizimin e gjykates Speciale e pengoi LVV dhe LDK, – Ambasadori Delawie ky \u00ebsht\u00eb tentim qe SHBA-ve ti futet thik\u00eb pas shpine.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ate nate ishte e premte 22 dhjetori 2017, \u00e7do gje ishte ne qe tepsi. Vreheshin shume punetor duke e rregullu shehsin per festat e fundvitit. Sheshi qysh tani kishte marr nje pamje dhe bukuri mahnitese. Anipse ishte vone atje ne Parlamentin e Kosoves nga te gjitha anet shiheshin dritat e ndezura. Aty po theheshin shtizat midis pozites dhe opozites per parametrat e buxhetit. Dosido buxheti kaloj, por derisa po disakutohej per bugjetin do hijena po silleshin neper sallen e Parlamentit, gadi si ne msheftesin me te madhe diqka po zihej, di\u00e7ka po nenshkruanin, por jo te gjithe deputetet.<\/p>\n

Pas pak atje nalt diku Kadri Veseli e kishte thirr me ngute si ne huti seancen e Kryesis se Parlamentit, di\u00e7ka e tmershme po i pregatitej Kosoves nga pushtetaret e vete. Kryesia ishte ne pritje sepse nuk e kishte kourumin LDK dhe LVV dhe Lista Serbe nuk ishte ne Kryesi, keshtuqe Seanca e Kryesise deshtoj. Por se shpejti u perhape si rrufeja lajmi se disa deputet nja 43 sish kishin mbledhe nenshkrimet per nisjen e nisjatives per rreximin apo shfuqizimin e Ligjit mbi Gjykaten speciale. Lajmi shpejte u dha edhe neper tv-te. Qyteti pernjhere i zdrite nga ky lajme i cili ne msheftesi ma te madhe ishte pregatit nga vete pushtetaret tane.<\/p>\n

Gjykata sepciale per gjykimin e krimeve gjate Luftes ne Kosove ishte formu ne gusht te vitit 2015 ne baze vendimit te miratuar nga Keshilli i Evropes dhe te SHBA. Ky Ligje se bsahku me Dhomat e specializuara ishte miratue me 2\/3 e deputeteve te Parlamentit te Kosoves. Nuk kishin marre pjesevetem deputetet e LVV. Per miratimin e ketij Ligji, bile, nuk ishin te disponuar as deputetet qe ta votojne, sidomos ata ta krahut te Luftes pra te PDK-se, por me insistimin e Hashim Thaqit Ligji kaloj, u miratu, per kete pue u bane edhe ndryshimet ne Kushtetuten e Kosoves.<\/p>\n

– Po pse pas tri vjetesh kur cdo gje ishte gadi te nise nga puna kjo gjykat disa shpiretra, disa fantazma qe gjenden ne kreun e Shtetit edhe ashtu te brishte te Kosoves u doli gjumi se dicka me kete Gjukaten speciale nuk qenka ne rregull?!.<\/p>\n

Ligjerishte \u00e7do gje ishte ne rregull qe nga Parlamenti e deri ne Keshillin e Evropes ishin marre me kohe te gjitha masat per fillimin e punes se kesaj Gjykate. Shume here ishte thane nga te gjitha burimet e fuqieshme nderkombetare se U\u00c7K-ja nuk eshte ne shenjester te kesaj Gjykate,se nuk do te preken vlerat U\u00c7K-se e cila vertete ka ba nje lufte clirimtare. por do te ndiqen ata te cilet ne emer te UCK i kane keqeperdore kete lufte.Me afrimin e punes shume shpejte u pa se kushe ka e ka mizen pas veshite me \u00e7’rast filluan edhe te trezohen shpirtetat e disa nga Komandantet qe do te preken nga kjo Gjykate. Me vete inisiativen e pushtetareve te Kosoves Shoqate e Veteranve te luftes filloj haptas te mbledhe nenshkrime per sh’fuqizimin e kesaj Gjykate, e ate nate edhe ne sallen e Parlamentit te Kosoves ne msheftesi me te madhe u mblodhen 43 nenshkrime per kete pune. U thirre Senca e Kryesise se Parlamentit, e cila si\u00e7 e pame deshtoj per munges kuorumi.<\/p>\n

Alarmi mori dheun, u ndegjue ne tere boten per kete tentative jo serioze te Parlamentit te Kosoves, te gjitha mediat boterore e kundershtuan kete nisjetive te parlamentarve te Kosoves si veprim i papjekur, i papritur dhe befasues duke i lajmeruar Qeveritaret e Kosoves se nese kjo pune nuk nderpritet Kosova do te kete pasoja te pariparueshme ne maredhenjet nderkombetare.Me te zeshmite ishin Ambasadoret e Kuintit, ambasadori Delawie reagoj shume ashper ndaj kesaj inisjative te pushtetareve te Koaoves, duke ju tregue se kjo loje e tyre do te kete pasoja shume te renda ne Maredhenjet midis Kosoves dhe SHBA, bile e quajti se kjo eshte thike pas shpine qe Kosova po i afute SHBA-ve, pra mikut strategjik te Kosoves pa te cilin Kosova kurr nuk do te ishte \u00e7lirue. Izeshem ishte edhe Amabasadori i Brotanis Onell i cila tha se kjo ishte nata me e gjate, me e keqe per Kosoven qe prej qlirimit te Kosoves dhe se Britani e Madhe kurr nuk do ta perkrah nje insiative te tille.<\/p>\n

Sote shume ashper reagoi edhe departmenti i shtetit e SHBA-ve. Sot deklarata e zedhenesit te SHBA-ve Heather Nouret ishte shume e fuqishme, kur tha se: SHBA jane shume te shqetesuara ne perpojekjete e fundit te Parlamentit te Kosoves per shfuqizimine e Ligjite per Gjykaten sepsiale te cilin SHBA te perkrahin fuqishem duke theksuar posaqerishte ate se: “u bajme thirrej udheheqesve te Kosoave qe t’i respektojne angazhimin e tyre ndaj punes se Dhomave te gjykates Speciale dhe te mos ndikojn ne autoritetin dhe juridiksionin e kesaj gjykate, e cila edhe eshte miratu me pajrimin e tyre. Perndryshe Kosova nese vepron ne te kunderten do te kete pasoja te pariparueshme ne maredhenjet midis SHBA dhe Kosoves, pra ndaj shtetit i cili e \u00e7liroi Kosoven ia dha lirin.<\/p>\n

Pra per kend po rrahin kumbonat, per ata qe e kane mizen pas veshit te cilet njehere e pergjithemon duhet te kuptojne se kjo Gjykate nuk eshte kunder U\u00c7K-se dhe vletat e saj, por per ata te cilet i keqperdoruan vrerat sublime te kesaj lufte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
