Rast\u00ebsisht, lexova nj\u00eb artikull, i cili b\u00ebnte fjal\u00eb mbi dy letrat e \u201cndjes\u00ebs dhe pendes\u00ebs\u201d q\u00eb ish Prokurori Hajredin Fuga dhe ish Gjyqtari i Kolegjit Penal t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb Jani Vasili, kishin shkruar mbi gjyqin e manipuluar dhe pushkatimin makab\u00ebr t\u00eb priftit Dom Shtjef\u00ebn Kurtit (dat\u00eb 20.10.1971). Letrat jan\u00eb shkruar me dor\u00ebn e tyre.<\/p>\n

Historia e k\u00ebtyre dy letrave, me dy fjal\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb si vijon. Nipi i Dom Shtjef\u00ebn Kurtit, Nikolin Kurti, i ka k\u00ebrkuar takim ish prokurorit dhe ish gjykat\u00ebsit t\u00eb xhaxhait t\u00eb tij, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e d\u00ebnuan at\u00eb me vdekje. Midis nipit dhe dy zot\u00ebrinjve u vendos nj\u00eb \u201cmarr\u00ebveshje e heshtur\u201d q\u00eb ata t\u00eb shkruanin n\u00eb let\u00ebr d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e tyre mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje rr\u00ebnqeth\u00ebse, por me kusht q\u00eb letrat t\u00eb b\u00ebheshin publike vet\u00ebm pas vdekjes s\u00eb tyre!<\/p>\n

Dhe nipi e mbajti fjal\u00ebn si burrat p\u00ebr mos publikimin e dy letrave, pa vdekur dy persekutor\u00ebt komunist\u00eb!<\/p>\n

Hajredin Fuga shkruan: \u201dUn\u00eb e kam ndjer\u00eb dhe e ndjej si detyrim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb shpreh ndjes\u00eb ndaj gjith\u00eb atyre personave q\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, humb\u00ebn njer\u00ebzit e tyre m\u00eb t\u00eb dashur<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Po ashtu, Hajredin Fuga p\u00ebr mos publikimin e letr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, justifikohet duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se \u201cJam i moshuar, i lodhur e i s\u00ebmur\u00eb dhe nuk jam n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb suportoj dot debatin, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb media p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n

Pse nuk k\u00ebrkoi ndjes\u00eb Fuga me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tij q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1990, por e k\u00ebrkoi k\u00ebt\u00eb ndjes\u00eb vet\u00ebm pas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb nipit t\u00eb Dom Kurtit? Pse nuk do mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballonte ai nj\u00eb debat publik p\u00ebr arsye sh\u00ebndeti apo moshe t\u00eb kaluar, kur ai nuk e pati problem q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte dikur d\u00ebnimin me vdekje t\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb moshuari 73 vje\u00e7ar? Po 73 vje\u00e7ari si arriti t\u00eb p\u00ebrballonte nj\u00eb gjyq t\u00eb manipuluar dhe si rrjedhoj\u00eb pushkatimin e tij?!<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa Jani Vasili thot\u00eb: \u201cI kam shprehur dhe i shpreh keqardhjen time t\u00eb thell\u00eb familjes, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb r\u00ebndes\u00eb t\u00eb madhe shpirt\u00ebrore, edhe p\u00ebr pamund\u00ebsin\u00eb time p\u00ebr t\u00eb shprehur hapur bindjen time n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, bindjen time p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn n\u00eb at\u00eb vendim\u201d.<\/p>\n

Edhe Vasili e shpreh ndjes\u00ebn e tij vet\u00ebm pas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb nipit t\u00eb Dom Shtjef\u00ebn Kurtit. Por, shpreh keqardhjen \u201cP\u00ebr pamund\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb shprehur HAPUR bindjen e tij n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn n\u00eb at\u00eb vendim<\/em>\u201d. O Zot \u00e7far\u00eb ironie makabre!<\/p>\n

N\u00ebse at\u00eb koh\u00eb Vasili nuk kishte pasur mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb shprehte hapur bindjen e tij, ky fakt nuk do thot\u00eb q\u00eb ai pranonte t\u00eb merrte patjet\u00ebr n\u00eb shqyrtim \u00e7\u00ebshtjen. Por, edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e tjera t\u00eb asaj kohe. Madje – pse jo – edhe t\u00eb dor\u00ebhiqej nga detyra e tij. Pasi n\u00ebse k\u00ebt\u00eb dor\u00ebheqje do e b\u00ebnin edhe prokuror\u00ebt, gjyqtar\u00ebt, hetuesit apo kriminel\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb asaj kohe, at\u00ebher\u00eb sistemi komunist do p\u00ebsonte nj\u00eb \u201cBLACK OUT\u201d t\u00eb V\u00cbRTET\u00cb, i cili do mund t\u00eb sillte edhe rr\u00ebzimin e tij. Ose \u201czbutjen\u201d e tij! Por, ja q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuan me \u201cpahir\u201d me at\u00eb sistem kriminal dhe sot justifikohen e k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ndjes\u00eb. Jo spontanisht, por vet\u00ebm pasi kjo ndjes\u00eb ju k\u00ebrkohet nga familjar\u00ebt e viktimave t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n

Fakt tjet\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb dy zot\u00ebrinjt\u00eb edhe pas vitit 1990 e vazhduan karrier\u00ebn e tyre \u201cbrilante\u201d n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, duke arritur majat e saja m\u00eb t\u00eb LARTA deri n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese!<\/p>\n

Ndjesa e dy zot\u00ebrinjve (dhe jo vet\u00ebm e tyre) do kishte VLER\u00cb vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse ajo ndjes\u00eb do b\u00ebhej menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1990 dhe ata do dor\u00ebhiqeshin nga sistemi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Por, pa ju mohuar atyre t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e ushtrimit t\u00eb profesionit t\u00eb avokatit. Pse jo edhe t\u00eb avokatit mbrojt\u00ebs t\u00eb viktimave t\u00eb tyre!<\/p>\n

Mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb ndonj\u00eb dit\u00eb (ose nat\u00eb!) q\u00eb persekutor\u00ebt kriminel\u00eb t\u00eb deklarojn\u00eb veten e tyre madje t\u00eb dhunuar, me justifikimin se n\u00ebse askush nuk do i b\u00ebnte opozit\u00eb n\u00eb forma t\u00eb ndryshme sistemit komunist, do sillte q\u00eb ata t\u00eb mos hetonin, gjykonin, apo d\u00ebnonin ask\u00ebnd. Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, ata nuk do kishin se p\u00ebrse t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin ndjes\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb(\u2026)!<\/p>\n
