Kjo monografi pastaj vazhdon me nj\u00eb historik p\u00ebr kryengritjet e llapian\u00ebve kund\u00ebr forcave pushtuese 500-vje\u00e7are turke, duke vazhduar me Kryengritjet e Llapit t\u00eb viteve 1910 dhe 1912, t\u00eb cilat d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se qysh m\u00eb 1910 disa pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Llapit \u00e7lirohen nga Perandoria Otomane para se t\u00eb shpallej Pavar\u00ebsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Autori Shefki P\u00ebrvetica n\u00eb vazhdim, holl\u00ebsisht do t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb p\u00ebr organizimin e jet\u00ebs kulturore n\u00eb Podujev\u00eb gjat\u00eb viteve \u201990 t\u00eb shek. XX dhe p\u00ebr aktivitetet e SHKAA \u201cRinia\u201d. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer me kujtimet e tij, ngase asokohe (1992-93) ishte inicues p\u00ebr formimin e k\u00ebsaj shoq\u00ebrie dhe nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh edhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs artistik i saj. Kjo pjes\u00eb, ku flitet p\u00ebr SHKAA \u201cRinia\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe kaptina bosht e t\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebtij libri, p\u00ebr shkrimin e t\u00eb cilit z. P\u00ebrvetica \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer me literatur\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme. Ai ka p\u00ebrdorur me sukses edhe materiale t\u00eb ndryshme, si fotografi, artikuj t\u00eb botuar n\u00eb shtypin ton\u00eb ditor, lista t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shoq\u00ebrie, t\u00eb grupit t\u00eb recitator\u00ebve etj. p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb sa m\u00eb i sakt\u00eb n\u00eb temat q\u00eb i trajton dhe ngjarjet e koh\u00ebn q\u00eb i p\u00ebrshkruan n\u00eb librin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Nga monografia \u201cDromca kulturore n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrflakur\u201d t\u00eb autorit Shefki P\u00ebrvetica m\u00ebsojm\u00eb se llapian\u00ebt gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me probleme dhe me represion nga regjimi serb prej vitit 1913, pastaj 1914-15, e sidomos gjat\u00eb viteve 1918-21 n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb SKS. K\u00ebt\u00eb trev\u00eb (Llapin) okupatori serb p\u00ebrpiqet p\u00ebr ta serbizuar me kolon\u00eb, por n\u00eb asnj\u00eb etap\u00eb historike nuk ia arriti q\u00ebllimit q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb mbesin pakic\u00eb, ose t\u2019 i detyrojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u shp\u00ebrngulur, edhe pse mbi ta ushtrohej terror sistematik shtet\u00ebror.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi n\u00eb lib\u00ebr paraqiten t\u00eb gjitha karakteristikat e Podujev\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Llapit, jepen sakt\u00ebsisht edhe specifikat e jet\u00ebs ekonomike, kulturore, sociale e shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb banor\u00ebve deri n\u00eb vitet e luft\u00ebs 1998 dhe 1999. Prandaj mund t\u00eb themi se tem\u00eb kryesore e monografis\u00eb, krahas aktiviteteve dhe organizimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs kulturore n\u00eb Podujev\u00eb, e ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht puna dhe veprimtaria e SHKAA \u201cRinia\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe lufta e lavdishme e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb kund\u00ebr forcave pushtuese dhe shoviniste serbe, t\u00eb cilat mbi popullat\u00ebn shqiptare zhvilluan nj\u00eb terror t\u00eb papar\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb histori t\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit, duke masakruar gra, pleq e f\u00ebmij\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Te kapitulli \u201cOFENSIVA E VITIT 1999\u201d, pasi q\u00eb Ushtria \u00c7lirimtare e Kosov\u00ebs bashk\u00eb me ndihm\u00ebn e forcave t\u00eb NATO-s kishte korr\u00eb suksese t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb \u00e7lirimin e vendit n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti n\u00eb \u00e7lirimin e Llapit, forcat okupatore shoviniste serbe kishin marr\u00eb ofensiv\u00eb t\u00eb madhe kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb rajonit t\u00eb Llapit, ku n\u00eb p\u00ebrballje me ta kishin r\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb heronj e d\u00ebshmor\u00eb n\u00eb altarin e liris\u00eb, e nj\u00ebri nd\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrmendet edhe Is\u00eb Arif Havolli (11.01.1943 \u2013 24.12.1998). Ai ishte nj\u00ebri nd\u00ebr ushtar\u00ebt dhe luft\u00ebtar\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb denj\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, q\u00eb ra heroikisht n\u00eb betej\u00ebn q\u00eb u zhvillua te Tabet e Llapashtic\u00ebs, m\u00eb 24 dhjetor 1998.<\/p>\n<p>Shefki P\u00ebrvetica te libri monografik \u201cDromca kulturore n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrflakur\u201d do t\u00eb na jep detaje edhe p\u00ebr Podujev\u00ebn e pas\u00e7lirimit (pas vitit 1999), ku me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb thekson n\u00eb faqet e librit se Podujeva prore ishte arsimdash\u00ebse dhe artdash\u00ebse, duke e forcuar k\u00ebt\u00eb mendim t\u00eb tijin me fakte konkrete.
