Ai u takua dit\u00ebn e mart\u00eb me dat\u00ebn 14 qershor 2016, n\u00eb Stokholml, n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e Suedis\u00eb me ministren e re p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim n\u00eb &#8220;Unionin Evropian&#8221; (UE) dhe Tregti t\u00eb jashtme me zonj\u00ebn Anne Linde.<\/p>\n<p>Ata biseduan p\u00ebr pozicionin rolin dhe dometh\u00ebnien e faktorit shqiptar n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Juglindore \u2013 Ballkan. Aty pati nj\u00eb takim me theks t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb 5 pika si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rreth Kosov\u00ebs<\/strong>:<br \/>\n1. Ndikimi q\u00eb duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb presion tek Beogradi zyrtar q\u00eb mos ta pengoj Kosov\u00ebn t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohet n\u00eb organizata t\u00eb ndryshme evropiane dhe bot\u00ebrore. Po ashtu edhe domosdoshm\u00ebria e L\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb Lir\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasve kosovar\u00eb p\u00ebrmes Liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rreth Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb<\/strong>:<br \/>\n2. T\u00eb ndikohet q\u00eb sivjet t\u00eb hapen negociatat me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb rreth integrimit n\u00eb &#8220;Unionin Evropian&#8221;, gj\u00eb e cila do t\u00eb ndikonte pozitivisht n\u00eb stabilitetin demokratik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, por do t\u00eb kishte efekt pozitiv n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb rajonin e Ballkanit.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Avni Dervishi\" src=\"http:\/\/fjala.info\/2016\/avni_dervishi.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"10\" \/> <strong>Rreth Maqedonis\u00eb<\/strong>:<br \/>\n3. Zoti Avni Dervishi n\u00eb pik\u00ebn p\u00ebr Maqedonin\u00eb njoftoj\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebt suedez se m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 1\/3 e banor\u00ebve n\u00eb Maqedoni jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dhe ata duhet t\u00eb konsiderohen si faktor n\u00eb shtetin e Maqedonis\u00eb dhe duhet t&#8217;i g\u00ebzojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e tyre, por t\u00eb cilat akoma nuk po respektohen nga Shkupi zyrtar. K\u00ebtu me theks t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb u bisedua p\u00ebr zgjedhjet e ardhshme t\u00eb planifikuara p\u00ebr at shtet, ku dihet se shumica e Diaspor\u00ebs nga ai vend jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dhe atyre padrejt\u00ebsisht iu pengohet dhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsohet pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb votime. Atyre ju ka mohuar e drejta edhe rreth regjistrimit t\u00eb tyre. Reprezaljet dhe terrori maqedonas q\u00eb po ushtrohet n\u00eb forma sistematike dhe t\u00eb organizuara kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve, po ashtu ishte n\u00eb diskutimin e dy pal\u00ebve qe zoti Dervishi krijoj nj\u00eb kureshtje dhe interesim tek pala suedeze q\u00eb &#8220;Qeveria Suedeze&#8221; t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr ngjarjet atje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rreth Malit t\u00eb Zi<\/strong>:<br \/>\n4. Pasi q\u00eb sivjet pritet t\u00eb rekomandohet hapja e negociatave p\u00ebr aderim n\u00eb Unionin Europian, duhet ti b\u00ebhet presion zyrtar Podgoric\u00ebs q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Malin e Zi tu respektohen t\u00eb drejtat e tyre t\u00eb garantuara nga ligjet e atij shteti. K\u00ebtu u cek domosdoshm\u00ebria q\u00eb Tuzit ti jipet e drejta p\u00ebr vet\u00ebqeverisje komunale. Pasi q\u00eb deri tani kjo nuk ka ndodhur pasi ata diskriminohen sepse jan\u00eb 75% shqiptar\u00eb atje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rreth Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs<\/strong>:<br \/>\n5. Unioni Europian \u00ebsht\u00eb duke b\u00ebr\u00eb negociata me Serbin\u00eb rreth integrimeve europiane dhe kjo duhet t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohet q\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs (Bujanoc, Preshev\u00eb, Medvegj\u00eb etj) tu respektohen t\u00eb drejtat e tyre njer\u00ebzore q\u00eb iu takojn\u00eb. K\u00ebtu u cek q\u00eb ti b\u00ebhet presion zyrtar Serbis\u00eb q\u00eb ta nd\u00ebrtoj nj\u00eb BB spital n\u00eb Bujanoc apo Preshev\u00eb ku do t\u00eb lindnin n\u00ebnat shqiptare. Po ashtu u propozua q\u00eb ti b\u00ebhet presion Beogradit q\u00eb ta hap nj\u00eb Kolegj apo Universitet n\u00eb Bujanoc ose Preshev\u00eb ku student\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb do t\u00eb kishin mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb studiojn\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe.<\/p>\n<p>Zoti.Avni Dervishi politolog intelektual dhe veprimtar i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare pos k\u00ebtij aktiviteti ne Suedi ka kryer edhe nj\u00eb ser\u00eb udh\u00ebtimesh me instanca t\u00eb larta politike edhe n\u00eb Britanin\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb dhe n\u00eb shtet tjera.
