N\u00ebse kjo e drejt themelore vazhdon t\u00eb shkelet edhe m\u00eb tutje q\u00eb ajo popullat\u00eb t\u00eb vuaj padrejt\u00ebsin\u00eb historike pavullnetin e saj, q\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj n\u00ebn okupimin serb, paqja dhe siguria n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Ballkanit vazhdimisht do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e rrezikuar.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo paqe nuk do t\u00eb rrezikohet si pasoj e ndonj\u00eb \u201cgrup i ekstremizmit politik\u201d si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebsuar ta quaj Serbia, por nga nj\u00eb mas\u00eb shumic\u00eb e asaj popullate q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb jetoj i lir\u00eb si gjith\u00eb popujt e Evrop\u00ebs. Popullata e Preshev\u00ebs, Bujanocit dhe Medvegj\u00ebs edhe pse e shp\u00ebrngulur mbi gjysma e saj, si pasoj e dhun\u00ebs dhe terrorit shtet\u00ebror serb, q\u00eb edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite vazhdon t\u00eb ushtroj mbi popullat\u00ebn shqiptare, \u00ebsht\u00eb e vendosur dhe jeton me ndjenj\u00ebn q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme shum\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt do t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb territoriale-politik me Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Se vendimet e deri m\u00eb tashme si\u00e7 ishte \u201cpaqja e Kon\u00e7ulit\u201d n\u00eb vitin 2001 ishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb vazhdim i kamufluar e perfid i pushtimit serb mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb shqiptare. Ky vendim afatshkurt\u00ebr dhe q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt ishte vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb e d\u00ebshmoj koha ku sot e k\u00ebsaj dite me qindra qytetar shqiptare dhe sidomos ish-veteran t\u00eb U\u00c7PMB-s\u00eb ndiqen dhe merren n\u00ebp\u00ebr biseda informative dhe keqtrajtohen fizikisht-psikikisht.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb bisedimet n\u00eb Bruksel mes Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Beogradit duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht edhe bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare se vendime afatshkurtra m\u00eb nuk i duhen rajonit. Pa dashur interferuar n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs duke t\u00ebrhequr paralele mes Veriut t\u00eb saj, por nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e qart\u00eb p\u00ebr Serbin se Presheva, Bujanoci dhe Medvegja me marr\u00ebveshje paq\u00ebsore ose me lufte do t\u00eb jen\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Derisa lider\u00ebt serb t\u00eb pjes\u00ebs Veriore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dalin me deklarat\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb luft\u00ebnxit\u00ebse, mbi \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb drejte neve shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs do t\u00eb na ndalohet e drejta jon\u00eb historike q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb zgjidhjen definitive t\u00eb statusit ton\u00eb politik. Serbia po mundohet q\u00eb me \u00e7do kusht t\u00eb rikthej situat\u00ebn n\u00eb favor t\u00eb saj, nga nj\u00eb shtet q\u00eb ka kryer krime e gjenocid n\u00eb disa vende t\u00eb Ballkanit, e t\u00eb luaj rrolin e nj\u00eb shteti q\u00eb kinse pretendon paqen dhe prosperitetin e saj me fqinj\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Beogradi \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimi m\u00eb i madh p\u00ebr stabilitetin dhe paqen n\u00eb rajon n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb moment, n\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb financon organizatat ekstremiste serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Maqedoni, Mali i Zi, Bosnje, gjithashtu edhe n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb, po ashtu financon dhe p\u00ebrkrah edhe ekstremizmin islamik q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00ebn direktivat e saja, sidomos n\u00eb Maqedoni, Lugin\u00eb t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs dhe Kosov\u00eb, dhe n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr mundohet me \u00e7do kushte t\u00eb sjell prezenc\u00ebn ruse n\u00eb rajon p\u00ebrmes projekteve t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n<p>Serbia dhe bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb pavar\u00ebsisht ideve, pik\u00ebpamjeve q\u00eb po d\u00ebgjohen \u00e7do dit\u00eb nga nj\u00eb e re, por deri m\u00eb tani asnj\u00ebher\u00eb publikisht nga kompetent\u00ebt ose iniciator\u00ebt e ides\u00eb s\u00eb korrigjimit t\u00eb kufijve, se Presheva, Bujanoci dhe Medvegja vet\u00ebm si t\u00ebr\u00ebsi territoriale me t\u00eb gjitha fshatrat n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje si\u00e7 jan\u00eb tani duhet ti bashkohen Kosov\u00ebs, dhe asnj\u00eb variant tjet\u00ebr nuk do t\u00eb garantonte paqen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb, por do t\u00eb ket\u00eb edhe kund\u00ebr efekt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Valon Jashari<\/strong>: * <em>Ma.sc.
