Shkruan Ndue Bacaj<\/strong><\/p>\n

Duket disi \u201cparadoksale\u201d t\u00eb thuhet se nga treva me anti-osmane e krejt Shqiperis\u00eb Etnike, Malesia e Madhe, t\u00eb ket\u00eb patur vezir. E kjo t\u00eb duket e till\u00eb, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb pikerisht kjo trev\u00eb, q\u00eb nd\u00ebr shekujt\u00a0\u00a0e shumt\u00eb t\u00eb pushtimit turko-osman nuk u pajtua kurr me reformat, taksat e sundimit aziatik, duke u kthyer keshtu n\u00eb treven simbol t\u00eb luftrave, perpjekjeve per liri dhe autonomi.<\/p>\n

Aq e madhe kishte qen\u00eb qendresa sa kishte detyruar nd\u00ebr shekuj perandorin\u00eb q\u00eb mal\u00ebsoreve tu linte nj\u00eb autonomi mjaft substanciale per at\u00eb koh\u00eb. Por ja q\u00eb edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte\u00a0 kishte ardhur nj\u00eb dit\u00eb dhe nga mali i njohur i Shkrelit, apo m\u00eb sakt\u00eb nga fisi i Malotajve, t\u00eb fshatit Bzhet\u00eb\u00a0 t\u00eb \u201clind\u00eb\u201d nj\u00eb vezir, i cili ishte \u201cpiketuar\u201d nga perandoria turko-osmane t\u00eb sundoj\u00eb pashallekun e Shkodr\u00ebs n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb XIX.<\/p>\n

Histori\u00a0 e Vezirit \u00a0Mehmet Luc\u00eb\u00a0 Malotaj<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Rreth vitit 1780 \u00a0nj\u00eb djalosh i ri nga fshati Bzhet\u00eb i Shkrelit me emrin Tom\u00eb\u00a0Luc\u00eb Malotaj, kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb sy t\u00eb autoriteteve turko-osmane. Kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb sy\u00a0 si djal\u00eb i shkath\u00ebt\u00eb, si djal i b\u00ebsh\u00ebm dhe q\u00eb b\u00ebnte shenj me inteligjenc\u00ebn e tij. P\u00ebr keto cil\u00ebsi Tom\u00eb Luc\u00eb Malotaj i ri njihej e admirohej jo pak nga fisi i tij Malotaj, fshati Bzhet\u00eb, por edhe nga jo pak t\u00eb ri e t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr shkrelas q\u00eb kishin pasur rastin ta njohin. Autoritetet vendore turko-osmane duke pasur si qellim \u201czbutjen\u201d dhe \u201cafrimin\u201d me \u00a0popullsin\u00eb shkrelase e mal\u00ebsore t\u00eb papajtuar thuajse kurr me pushtuesit turq, shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb edhe d\u00ebshiren e madhe q\u00eb kishte shprehur Tom\u00eb Luc\u00eb Malotaj per tu shkolluar, duke i propozuar Tom\u00ebs, q\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb fen\u00eb nga Kristiane-Katolike n\u00eb fen\u00eb Islame, dhe deshirat e tij do t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoheshin\u2026<\/p>\n

Tom\u00eb Luc\u00eb\u00a0 Malotaj si i ri me \u00ebnd\u00ebrra q\u00eb i kishte para se t\u00eb pranonte t\u00eb b\u00ebhej Musliman u kerkon autoriteteve turko-osmane n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr , perve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerave edhe plot\u00ebsimin e dy kerkesave: E para, ndertimin e nj\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsi per banoret e Bzhet\u00ebs, uj\u00ebsjeddh\u00ebs \u00a0q\u00eb fillonte \u00a0tek burimi i ujit n\u00eb Dragan (Xhaj) dhe p\u00ebrshkonte t\u00ebr\u00eb Bzhet\u00ebn deri n\u00eb \u201cfundin\u201d e saj tek sht\u00ebpia e Pal Qotes (sot e trashigimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij Nikoll\u00eb e Fran\u00a0 Pali), ku aty af\u00ebr njihet vendi ku thirret (edhe sot) Kodra e \u00c7esm\u00ebs.\u00a0 Gjat\u00ebsia e ketij uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsi ishte rreth 7.5 km. (Ky uj\u00ebsjedh\u00ebs i ndertuar nga autoritetet turke u shkat\u00ebrrua gjat\u00eb luftrave antiturke t\u00eb shkrelasve e mal\u00ebsor\u00ebve n\u00eb fillimet e viteve t\u00eb shek. XX. Tuba qeramike t\u00eb demtuar aty ketu i kam dalluar edhe un\u00eb si autori i ketij \u201cshkrimi\u201d, kur kam qen\u00eb agronom atje n\u00eb vitet 1989-1990<\/em>).<\/p>\n

N\u00eb keto kushte Tom\u00eb Luc\u00eb Malotaj u b\u00eb\u00a0Mehmet Luc\u00eb Malotaj<\/strong> (dikun thuhet edhe Ahmet<\/em>\u2026). Perandoria turko-osmane tashma Mehmet Luc\u00ebn e dergon per disa vite t\u00eb shkollohet dhe \u201cedukohet\u201d n\u00eb Stamboll\u00eb, ku edhe provohet n\u00eb nivele t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb administrates turke per disa vite\u2026<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb ketyre viteve Mehmet\u00a0Luca shfaq\u00eb cil\u00ebsi, inteligjenc\u00eb dhe aft\u00ebsi m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7far kishte qen\u00eb pritja e autoriteteve turke. Ishin vitet e zjarrta 1786-1796, kur bushatliu i madh Karamahmud Pasha kishte shpallur Konfederaten Ilirike dhe autonomin\u00eb nga perandoria turko-osmane, duke e qeverisur Vilajetin e Shkodres si nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb pavarur, t\u00eb lir\u00eb e deri t\u00eb njohur si t\u00eb till\u00eb nderkomb\u00ebtarisht. N\u00eb keto kushte kur perandoria turko-osmane ishte n\u00eb luft\u00eb me Karamahmund Pash\u00eb Bushatliun dhe Konfederaten e tij Iliriken, Stambolli kishte menduar q\u00eb pasi t\u00eb rr\u00ebzonte Karamahmud Pashen t\u00eb vendoste si vezir t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs shkrelasin Mehmet Luc\u00eb Malot\u00ebn<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n

Por mbasi vritet n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb trojeve etnike t\u00eb Konfederat\u00ebs Ilirike i madhi Karamahmud Pasha n\u00eb vitin 1796,\u00a0e zevendeson v\u00ebllai i tij Ibrahim Pasha, i cili i n\u00ebnshtrohet plot\u00ebsisht perandoris\u00eb\u00a0pushtuesve turko-osmane. N\u00eb vitin 1809, vezir i Shkodr\u00ebs b\u00ebhet Mustafa Pash\u00eb Bushatliu, por q\u00eb vehten e quajti Mustafa Pash\u00eb Shkod\u00ebrliu (Shkodrani). (Hamdi Bushati, Shkodra dhe Motet\u2026 vll.II, fq. 455, Shkod\u00ebr 1999<\/em>). Ky vezir apo vali,\u00a0 megjithse ishte nj\u00eb sherb\u00ebtor i bindur i pushtuesve turq, Stambolli\u00a0per interest e veta turke kishte vendosur ta zevendesonte si vezir me mal\u00ebsorin prej Shkrelit, Mehmet Luc\u00eb\u00a0Malot\u00ebn, t\u00eb cilin e \u201cemron\u201d vezir.<\/p>\n

Per k\u00ebt\u00eb Mehmet Luc\u00ebn e nis\u00eb me ferman per t’u pergatitur e vendosur n\u00eb krye t\u00eb vilajetit (apo pashallekut) t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs. Veziri Mustafa Pasha ishte njoftuar per k\u00ebt\u00eb zevendesim t\u00eb tij. Ai si nj\u00eb sherb\u00ebtor i bindur i perandoris\u00eb turko-osmane, nuk kishte \u201caft\u00ebsi\u201d ta kundershtonte ball\u00eb-perball\u00eb ket\u00eb ferman, por ai me administraten e tij nd\u00ebrmori veprime t\u00eb tjera tinzare, si duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb Stambollit se Mehmet Luc\u00eb\u00a0Malotaj, nuk ishte nj\u00eb musliman i mir\u00eb, madje ishte me hile, pasi ishte kthyer vetem ai musliman, dhe nuk kishte mundur t\u00eb muslimanizoj\u00eb as edhe nj\u00eb banor t\u00eb Shkrelit e m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb, duke perfshir\u00eb edhe bashk\u00ebfshatar\u00ebt e fisin e tij t\u00eb Malotajve. Gjithashtu me an\u00ebn e hafijeve ishte munduar t\u00eb perhapte fjal\u00eb nga m\u00eb denigrueset per Mehmet Luc\u00eb Malot\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Se sa i kishte degjuar fjal\u00ebt e Mustafa Pash\u00ebs \u201cporta e lart\u00eb\u201d, kjo nuk dihet me siguri, por me siguri dihet se nga smira, inati dhe dashakeq\u00ebsia e Mustafa Pash\u00ebs kishte gjetur vdekjen kur kishte mb\u00ebrritur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr veziri i ri i sapo emruar Mehmet Luc\u00eb\u00a0Malotaj. (M\u00eb e besueshmja sipas gojdh\u00ebnave, \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb thot\u00eb se veziri Mehmet Luca ka gjetur vdekjen nga helmimi q\u00eb i kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb nepermjet sherb\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb tij<\/em>). Megjithse djali i Shkrelit\u00a0 Mehmet (Tom\u00eb) Luc\u00eb\u00a0 Malotaj\u00a0 kishte ndryshuar besimin, shkrelasit nuk e kishin\u00a0mohuar kurr Mehmet Lucen si djalin e tyre p\u00ebr s\u00eb gjalli, ndaj ata edhe p\u00ebr s\u00eb vdekuri nuk e mohuan, por vendosen t\u2019i marrin gjakun si\u00e7 e lypte kanuni dhe zakoni.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 1814 jan\u00eb shkrelasit ata q\u00eb organizojne luften hakmarrese kund\u00ebr Mustafa Pash\u00eb Bushatliut n\u00eb Shkoder, sepse ishte ai q\u00eb p\u00ebr xhelozi vrau vezirin e posazgjedhur t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, Ahmet (Mehmet N.B.) Luc Maloten)\u201d\u2026 Shkrelasit\u2026 n\u00eb pamund\u00ebsi t\u2019ia dilnin n\u00eb krye Pash\u00ebs, n\u00eb shenj\u00eb hakmarrje vran\u00eb djalin e tij 19-vje\u00e7ar n\u00eb Kakarriq.
