Serbia ka angazhuar ta themi ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht Rusin\u00eb t\u00eb ushtoj presion kudo e sidomos tek SHBA-ja dhe NATO-ja, qe k\u00ebto t\u00eb detyrojn\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn t\u00eb heq taks\u00ebn. Amerika e presidentit Trump, padyshim \u00ebsht\u00eb treguar elastike n\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Rusis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, dhe mbase administrata e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb hequr v\u00ebmendjen e brendshme nga skandali i zgjedhjeve presidenciale n\u00eb Amerikan n\u00eb ne zgjedhjet e fundit, ku gishtv\u00ebnija e ruse m\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb mohohet.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb presion politik m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb retorik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb evident, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht pas v\u00ebnies s\u00eb taks\u00ebs ndaj Serbis\u00eb mbetet edhe i duksh\u00ebm, por q\u00eb ky presion \u00ebsht\u00eb fare dhe jasht\u00eb interesit t\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb kusht\u00ebzoi n\u00eb agjend\u00ebn e saj politike, sepse t\u00eb sakt\u00ebsojm\u00eb se ky presion i pak zyrtar\u00ebve brenda rezidenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Trumpit, nuk ka dhe nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb elit\u00ebs diplomatike amerikane.<\/p>\n

Fatkeq\u00ebsisht v\u00ebm\u00eb n\u00eb dukje edhe faktin q\u00eb aleati i hapur i Rusis\u00eb dhe i Serbis\u00eb mbete Hashim Tha\u00e7i, i cili po e komprometon \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb tija personale q\u00eb mbase kan\u00eb lidhje direket me krimet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, orvatet q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb procesi politik me Serbin\u00eb t\u00eb hiqet nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit e tija dhe t\u00eb shtiret si nj\u00eb figur\u00eb e past\u00ebr dhe paq\u00ebsore. Tha\u00e7i tashme ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb promovohet hapur dhe i vet\u00ebm po pranon q\u00eb t\u00eb hynte n\u00eb negociata t\u00eb dhimbshme me Serbin\u00eb duke i pranuar kusht\u00ebzimin e Serbis\u00eb, po ashtu edhe p\u00ebrmes korrigjimit t\u00eb kufijve si\u00e7 e do ai, mbase hapur dhe do q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtoi \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, e cila nga Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb ende e kontestueshme juridikisht.<\/p>\n

Por, fati i Kosov\u00ebs q\u00ebndron m\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjesor n\u00eb at\u00eb se qeveria nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb instrument i t\u00ebri i nj\u00eb presidenti q\u00eb duksh\u00ebm dhe pa m\u00ebdyshje ka shitur gjith\u00eb kredibilitetin e tij politik dhe kjo qeveri tashm\u00eb nuk do ti p\u00ebrgjigjet aventurave t\u00eb tij politike personale. Qeveria hapur nuk korespodon m\u00eb me k\u00ebrkesat e tij, as ndaj asaj qe ai lemeriset prej kohesh se taksa duhet t\u00eb heqjet. Qeveria n\u00eb krye me Ramush Haredinajn, padyshim q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb nj\u00eb kredit politik n\u00eb vend dhe n\u00eb aren\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare me vendimin e tij t\u00eb fundit p\u00ebr taks\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrsa at\u00eb duhet ta mbaj medoemos sepse tek tash po shihet se taksa ka pasur pesh\u00ebn e vet t\u00eb madhe, sepse ka ngjallur reagime dhe presion t\u00eb forta madje edhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb sqarojm\u00eb dhe di\u00e7ka se ne shqiptaret nuk kemi \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb humbasim m\u00eb shum\u00eb politikisht sepse nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarisht kemi mbetur t\u00eb izoluar pa viza dhe pa integrime, dhe tashm\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje presionet e tjera nuk do t\u00eb trashin zullumin ton\u00eb. N\u00eb fakt ato sanksione izolimi jan\u00eb t\u00eb mundshme vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr politikanet, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ashtu k\u00ebshtu me vizita e tyre n\u00ebp\u00ebr vende e ndryshme t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, nuk sjellin ndonj\u00eb dobi politike sepse si\u00e7 dihet nuk shquhen p\u00ebr diplomaci ngase vijn\u00eb nga ato tubacionet korruptive dhe kriminale, shquhen gjithashtu edhe pa kredite politike. Taksa definitivisht duhet t\u00eb mbetet n\u00eb fuqi deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb re, t\u00eb krijuar doemos nga ndryshimet n\u00eb zgjedhjet e reja qe do t\u00eb ket\u00eb BE-e, e cila, mbase sipas t\u00eb gjitha gjasave do t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e volitshme p\u00ebr agjend\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, gjithsesi ndryshon kah muaji n\u00ebntor i k\u00ebti viti.<\/p>\n

Pra deri n\u00eb n\u00ebntor, pafuqia e Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr ta hequr taksen, p\u00ebrmes presioneve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare do t\u00eb detyroj vetvetiu Serbin\u00eb t\u00eb hy n\u00eb dialog edhe me taksen n\u00eb fuqi, ngase nj\u00eb futje brenda n\u00eb dialog pa kushtin e taks\u00ebs, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb prov\u00eb e saj q\u00eb \u00e7oft\u00eb edhe p\u00ebrmes dialogut t\u00eb arrij\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj alibi t\u00eb tjera mashtruese delegacionit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe qe p\u00ebrmes dialogut t\u00eb arrij q\u00eb ta heq taks\u00ebn dhe pastaj serish t\u00eb kthehet ne avazin e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebrfill\u00eb dialogun dhe temat. Qeveria tashm\u00eb thjesht nuk duhet t\u00eb suspendoj fare taksen sepse do t\u00eb ulte fuqin\u00eb e moralit politik, karshi Serbis\u00eb, e cila do ta shoh gjithnj\u00eb t\u00eb gjunj\u00ebzuar dhe gjithnj\u00eb me presione \u00e7oft\u00eb t\u00eb saja apo edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Serbia si n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn edhe tani do t\u00eb parashtroj k\u00ebrkesa t\u00eb tjera, p\u00ebr tu thelluar edhe me tej me ato pretekste e njohura qe i krijon p\u00ebr t\u00eb penguar shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
