Nuk dukej q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndodhte ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb, apo, n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme q\u00eb mund t\u00eb parashikohej, m\u00ebk\u00ebmbja e Evrop\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo tani ishte e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim dhe n\u00eb Lindje, me at\u00eb \u2018Perd\u00ebn e Hekurt\u2019 n\u00eb mes (nocion i njohur i Churchillit).<\/p>\n<p>Mund\u00ebsia e luft\u00ebs n\u00eb mes t\u00eb SHBA-s\u00eb dhe Evrop\u00ebr Per\u00ebndimore n\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb, dhe Bashkimit Sovjetik dhe Evrop\u00ebr Lindore n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, ishte reale.<\/p>\n<p>Sidoqoft\u00eb, fal\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtimi t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm politik, ushtarak dhe finaciar t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, dhe nj\u00eb vizioni t\u00eb burrshtetasve t\u00eb Franc\u00ebs dhe Gjermanis\u00eb, Evropa, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb an\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore u ringjall. Franca dhe Gjermania, dy shtetet q\u00eb njihnin nj\u00eb armiq\u00ebsi shum\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, q\u00eb solli miliona viktima n\u00eb dy luft\u00ebra bot\u00ebrore, ishin b\u00ebr\u00eb boshti i nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb Evrope t\u00eb bashkuar.<\/p>\n<p>Dy shtetet dhe dy kombet q\u00eb vet\u00ebm pak decenie m\u00eb par\u00eb, llogaritnin q\u00eb do t\u00eb ken\u00eb armiq\u00ebsi t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetshme, tani ishin shtete mike dhe madje aleate p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Evrop\u00eb t\u00eb papar\u00eb p\u00ebr shekuj me radh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Lufta ishte gjendje e natyrshme n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, me p\u00ebrjashtime t\u00eb rralla. Tash e tutje, paqja duhej t\u00eb b\u00ebhej gjendje e natyrshme. Ashtu edhe ndodhi.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb vit, do t\u00eb mbushen nj\u00ebzet vjet prej p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, dhe 24 vjet q\u00eb nga imponimi i paqes n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Krahasimet q\u00eb k\u00ebtu mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhen n\u00eb mes nesh, n\u00eb k\u00ebto an\u00eb t\u00eb Ballkanit dhe Evrop\u00ebs, me at\u00eb zhvillimin e p\u00ebrmendur m\u00eb par\u00eb midis Franc\u00ebs dhe Gjermanis\u00eb, me gjas\u00eb, d\u00ebshmon m\u00eb s\u00eb miri se n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb keqe, mbase, edhe t\u00eb mjerueshme, gjindemi si rajon.<\/p>\n<p>Pak jav\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, nj\u00ebra prej vatrave t\u00eb tensioneve t\u00eb vazhdueshme n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, pushoi s\u00eb ekzistuari. Maqedonia nd\u00ebrroi emrin n\u00eb Maqedonia Veriore, dhe k\u00ebshtu u konfirmua Marr\u00ebveshja historike p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjeografi t\u00eb m\u00ebdyshur.
