Identiteti komb\u00ebtar i popullit ton\u00eb p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb \u00e7mim nuk do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb. Un\u00eb mendoj shprehet Prof. dr. Ruzhdi Ushaku<\/strong>, se atdheu yn\u00eb i ndar\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb rrij\u00eb gjat\u00eb i pabashkuar. Tokat e marra me dhun\u00eb her\u00ebt a von\u00eb ( n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7ast t\u00eb caktuar historik ) do t\u00eb rimerren. E kaluara jo rrall\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyn\u00eb n\u00eb frekuencat e koh\u00ebve moderne. Historia i ka k\u00ebto gj\u00ebra. Histori t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kemi n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, por, Historia e atdheut ka tjet\u00ebr l\u00ebvizje; m\u00eb t\u00eb ngadalt\u00eb, m\u00eb t\u00eb guximshme, m\u00eb heroike. Alfabeti i\u00a0liris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i pandryshuesh\u00ebm. Shqiptar\u00ebt nuk kemi tepric\u00eb historie as p\u00ebr gj\u00ebrat e fillimit as tepric\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr mjedise epokash. Vepra e Prof. dr. Ushakut \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjer\u00eb dhe e thell\u00eb, pem\u00eb me rr\u00ebnj\u00eb riolindjesh.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb qytetin e lasht\u00eb dhe modern t\u00eb Ulqinit, Prof. dr. Ruzhdi Ushaku \u00ebsht\u00eb koha, dhe krijuesi. N\u00eb kuptimin kulturor koha l\u00ebviz pandalsh\u00ebm shprehet, Prof. dr. Ruzhdi Ushaku. Shqiptar\u00ebt kemi nj\u00eb ecje historike t\u00eb bashk\u00ebgjakosur. \u00cbsht\u00eb dasht\u00eb t\u00eb jemi m\u00eb t\u00eb organizuar dhe m\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebs kund\u00ebr \u201chistoris\u00eb\u201d s\u00eb fajshme. Kontributi i Prof. dr. Ruzhdi Ushakut n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e brezit komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn e lir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb bashkuar, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shkruhet. Udh\u00ebt e dijeve jan\u00eb t\u00eb pafund shprehet Profesor Ushaku. Prof. dr. Ruzhdi Ushaku p\u00ebr 43 vjet sa ligj\u00ebroi n\u00eb arsimin fillor, t\u00eb mes\u00ebm dhe univerzitar\u00eb, i\u00a0dha dije, art, dhe shkenc\u00eb, kultur\u00ebs shqiptare sa mund ta quajm\u00eb me plot\u00eb kuptimin e fjal\u00ebs, Figuar t\u00eb shquar t\u00eb kombit. Prof. dr. Ruzhdi Ushaku, \u00ebsht\u00eb vlersuar nga studiues t\u00eb vendit dhe t\u00eb huaj, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb quajtur ; \/Bind i\u00a0drit\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrflakur \/ harmoni lulesh t\u00eb heshtura \/ dhe princ i\u00a0shum\u00eb krijimeve! N\u00eb vitin 2015 Akademia e Shkencave e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Prof. dr. Ushakun e dekoron me \u00e7mimin, \u201cNder i\u00a0Akademis\u00eb\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa po at\u00eb vit, edhe qyteti i\u00a0tij i\u00a0lindjes, Ulqini, i\u00a0jep dekorat\u00ebn, \u201cMirnjohja Ulqinit\u201d. Profesor Ushaku \u00ebsht\u00eb autor i nj\u00eb eseje shkencore p\u00ebr “Bindin”, q\u00eb shpreh\u00eb autoktonin\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa gjigande.<\/p>\n

Qyteti pellazgo-ilir, Ulqini, njihet si qytet qysh n\u00eb antik\u00ebn e hershme. Ulqini, vendlindja e shum\u00eb patriot\u00ebve dhe dijetar\u00ebve u lind n\u00eb mij\u00ebvje\u00e7arin e fundit t\u00eb pellzgjis\u00eb. Populli I detit si\u00e7 quheshin pellazg\u00ebt kishte shtrirje edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Gjuha e folur dhe e shkruar edhe n\u00eb 10 mij\u00eb vje\u00e7arin e Pellazgjis\u00eb, edhe n\u00eb 3 mij\u00ebvje\u00e7arin e Iliris\u00eb, ishte pjes\u00eb e qytet\u00ebrimit t\u00eb lasht\u00eb shqiptar. Populli pellazgo-ilir\u00eb qen\u00eb popull i arsimuar, dhe kishin njohuri t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, n\u00eb matematik\u00eb, fizik\u00eb, skulptur\u00eb, poezi dhe filozofi. Ulqini n\u00eb historin\u00eb mij\u00ebvje\u00e7are t\u00eb tij, vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb guri i pashkruar (m\u00eb thot\u00eb djaloshi bjond, Bind). N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha ngjarjet e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb kombit ton\u00eb, dhe n\u00eb luftat bot\u00ebrore, Ulqini \u00ebsht\u00eb bahk\u00ebgjakosur si asnj\u00eb qytet tjet\u00ebr shqiptar. P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr dramave t\u00eb tok\u00ebs dhe historis\u00eb, Ulqini i mbijetoi shuarjes, por jo edhe vog\u00eblimit, dhe pushtimit nga fqinj\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet me histori poetiko-tragjike u lind dhe u rrit\u00eb, dijetari, eseisti, studiuesi, dhe filologu shqiptar, Prof. dr. Ruzhdi Ushaku. Ruzhdi Ushaku u lindi n\u00eb Ulqin m\u00eb 1 maj t\u00eb vitit 1938. Shkoll\u00ebn fillore e kreu n\u00eb vendlindje, nd\u00ebrsa Normalen n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. Pas Normales Prof. Ruzhdi Ushaku regjistrohet n\u00eb Fakultetit Filozofik t\u00eb Sarajev\u00ebs n\u00eb deg\u00ebn e Fr\u00ebngjishtes. N\u00eb vitin e fundit t\u00eb studimeve, para s’e t\u00eb maturoj\u00eb, Ruzhdi Ushaku, do shkoj n\u00eb Paris-Franc\u00eb, ( viti 1963 \/ 1964 ) p\u00ebr njohuri m\u00eb t\u00eb thella t\u00eb studimeve moderne t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs fr\u00ebnge.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr 14 muaj, sa q\u00ebndroi n\u00eb Paris, Ruzhdi Ushaku njihet me nj\u00eb bot\u00eb ndryshe, t\u00eb ditur, dhe krijuese. Parisi djalin ton\u00eb do ta nderoj\u00eb me vlersimin m\u00eb t\u00eb lar\u00eb, diplom\u00eb njohurie, Dipl\u00f4me Sup\u00e9rieur d\u2019Etudes Fran\u00e7aises Modernes<\/strong>. Nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb ( n\u00eb vitin 1964 ) diplomohet n\u00eb Deg\u00ebn e romanistik\u00ebs<\/strong> ( Gjuh\u00eb dhe let\u00ebrsi fr\u00ebnge me gjuh\u00eb latine dhe gjuh\u00ebn italiane si gjuh\u00eb ndihm\u00ebse ). Pas kryerjes s\u00eb studimeve n\u00eb Sarajev\u00eb, Profesor Ushaku, kthehet n\u00eb Ulqin, dhe n\u00eb fshatin Kryth\u00eb, af\u00ebr Ulqinit, fillon pun\u00ebn m\u00ebsues i shkoll\u00ebs fillore.<\/p>\n

Udha gjuh\u00ebsore dhe shkrimore drejt Kosov\u00ebs, Prof Ruzhdi Ushakut i hapin mund\u00ebsi pune dhe krijimi. N\u00eb vitin 1965 Ruzhdi Ushaku pranohet Profesor i Latinishtes dhe Fr\u00ebngjishtes n\u00eb Gjimnazin \u201cZenel Hajdini\u201d n\u00eb Gjilan. N\u00eb Gjilan Ruzhdiu pritet si mes v\u00ebll\u00ebz\u00ebrve. Aty Profesor Ushaku q\u00ebndron deri n\u00eb vitin 1969. Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb Gjilan e donin dhe i donte. Arsimi ishte rruga p\u00ebr t’u pavar\u00ebsuar Kosova. Kalimi nga demonstratat n\u00eb luft\u00eb, k\u00ebrkonte dije m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb. Prof. Ruzhdi Ushaku ishte nj\u00eb gjak i ri n\u00eb vizionin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb asaj kohe. Ora e Latinishtes me Prof. Ruzhdi Ushakun ishte l\u00ebnda m\u00eb e dashur p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e etur p\u00ebr dije. Nga ajo gjenerat\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsish, t\u00eb Prof Ushakut, dol\u00ebn mjek\u00eb, inxhinier\u00eb, arkitekt, matematicient\u00eb, muzicient\u00eb, shkrimtar\u00eb, dhe gjuh\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb shquar.<\/p>\n

Kontributi i\u00a0Prof Ruzhdi Ushakut dhe brezit t\u00eb tij, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn Republik\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shkruhet. Udh\u00ebt e dijeve jan\u00eb t\u00eb pafund shprehet profi. N\u00eb or\u00ebt e m\u00ebsimit ne nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tij i b\u00ebnim pyetje t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, ( e pyesnim profesor Ushakun p\u00ebr tema jasht\u00eb librave t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs ), duke i k\u00ebrkuar t’ia heqim koren, t\u00eb fshehtave t\u00eb historis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb fillimit. Prof. Ruzhdi Ushaku ishte njeriu q\u00eb s’pritonte t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjej, ai na i tregonte urat si b\u00ebhen kalimet n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb Prof Ruzhdi Ushaku do t\u00eb krijoj shum\u00eb miq t\u00eb artit dhe t\u00eb shkenc\u00ebs. Fal talentit dhe zgjuarsis\u00eb s\u00eb tij krijuese, Prof. dr. Ruzhdi Ushaku ftohet n\u00eb Departamentin e Fakultetit Filozofik n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, fillimisht bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor i jasht\u00ebm, e m\u00ebpastaj edhe m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i Gjuh\u00ebs dhe Let\u00ebrsis\u00eb Fr\u00ebnge.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vlimet e m\u00ebdha shoq\u00ebrore e politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Prof. Ruzhdi Ushaku mbajti q\u00ebndrim prej shqiptari t\u00eb pal\u00ebkundur. Ai n\u00eb asnj\u00eb \u00e7ast nuk u tund nga k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet dhe diferencimet e pushtetit pushtues. Jeta e prof. dr. Ruzhdi Ushakut qe plot\u00eb vuajtje krijuese e ngjitje kariere. Ruzhdi Ushaku p\u00ebr 43 vjet pun\u00eb t\u00eb pareshtur dha m\u00ebsim, dhe krijoi dijet q\u00eb arsimi yn\u00eb komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb ec\u00eb me hapat e koh\u00ebs. Shum\u00eb jan\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohjet dhe falenderimet p\u00ebr Prof. dr. Ruzhdi Ushakun, por maja e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb majave, dhe mir\u00ebnjohjeve, kujtoj s’e jan\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tij t\u00eb ditur, dhe qind\u00ebra ese p\u00ebr artin dhe shkenc\u00ebn dhe kultur\u00ebn shqiptare. Biografia e prof. dr. Ruzhdi Ushakut \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e gjer\u00eb, dhe s’mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb nj\u00eb ese kaq t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr. Prof. dr. Ruzhdi Ushaku n\u00eb vitin 2006 u pranua an\u00ebtar aktiv n\u00eb Akademine Evropiane te Arteve me seli n\u00eb Leuze t\u00eb Belgjikes.<\/p>\n

Prof.dr. Ushaku, \u00ebsht\u00eb autor i 12 librave nga fusha e fillogjis\u00eb, eseistik\u00ebs shkencore, kritik\u00ebs s\u00eb artit, dhe monografis\u00eb. Ulqinaku, Ruzhdi Ushaku, qytetit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb lindjes i b\u00ebri nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr monografi, me interes komb\u00ebtar. Prof.dr. Ruzhdi Ushaku deri m\u00eb tash ka shkruar k\u00ebto vepra;
