{"id":39470,"date":"2019-03-18T22:04:20","date_gmt":"2019-03-18T21:04:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fjala.info\/?p=39470"},"modified":"2019-03-18T22:29:19","modified_gmt":"2019-03-18T21:29:19","slug":"thyerja-e-shpresave-te-qytetareve-produkt-i-politikaneve-te-papergjegjshem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jehonashqiptare.al\/fjala\/thyerja-e-shpresave-te-qytetareve-produkt-i-politikaneve-te-papergjegjshem\/","title":{"rendered":"Thyerja e shpresave t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, produkt i politikan\u00ebve t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Shkruan: <strong>Florim Zeqa<\/strong>, <em>18.03.2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Veprimtar\u00ebt e viteve t\u00eb &#8217;90-ta edhe pse i kaluan afro 3 dekada larg atdheut nuk u shk\u00ebputen p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb \u00e7ast nga vendlindja, edhe pse t\u00eb politizuar, asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk u shantazhuan, edhe pse t\u00eb injoruar nga pushtetar\u00ebt, asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk u ndal\u00ebn s\u00eb vepruari p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e shtetit dhe qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Duke e analizuar situat\u00ebn n\u00eb shtetin e Kosov\u00ebs 20 vjet pas \u00e7lirimit, pa dashje u ktheva n\u00eb vitet e &#8217;90-ta, u ktheva n\u00eb lokalet e shkoll\u00ebs fillore &#8220;Azem Bejta&#8221; n\u00eb Grabanic\u00eb t\u00eb Klin\u00ebs, ku asokohe n\u00eb nj\u00eb lokal t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt punonin dy sisteme paralele t\u00eb arsimit. N\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb ishin t\u00eb barrikaduara strukturat serbe q\u00eb g\u00ebzonin t\u00eb gjitha privilegjet e pushtetit, &#8230;n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr ishim ne shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb punonim t\u00eb ndar\u00eb prej tyre n\u00eb kushte tjera.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsive, me ne ishte morali i fort\u00eb p\u00ebr mbjelladituri tek ai brez shkollar\u00ebsh, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt bashk\u00eb me ne p\u00ebrjetonin katrahurat me plot v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb koh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>E gjitha kjo b\u00ebhej m\u00eb e leht\u00eb fal\u00eb financimit nga m\u00ebrgata shqiptare, ku me kontributin e qytetar\u00ebve dhe mir\u00ebmenaxhimin e mjeteve financiare nga institucionet shtet\u00ebrore dhe atyre arsimore n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti (LASH-i), e mbanim gjall\u00eb sistemin paralel t\u00eb arsimit shqip n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb rrethanat e okupimit klasik t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dallimi n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrmbajtje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Edhe sot, 20 vjet pas lufte n\u00eb shtetin e Kosov\u00ebs, edhe pse n\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb vet\u00ebm qeveris\u00ebs, p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebs ndodhen p\u00ebrseri dy shtresa t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb privilegjuarit e pushtetit. gjegj\u00ebsisht familjet e pushtetar\u00ebve dhe oligark\u00ebve ekonomik, si dhe ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur me pushtetin (t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb sektorin publik), nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrball\u00eb tyre jan\u00eb shumica e pupullat\u00ebs shqiptare, t\u00eb pa pun\u00eb dhe t\u00eb harruar nga shteti, q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb kushte t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira dhe varf\u00ebri ekstreme.<\/p>\n<p>Duke e par\u00eb se nuk ka asnj\u00eb shans p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shtet t\u00eb kriminalizuar, qytetar\u00ebt e l\u00ebn\u00eb pas dore, t\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbur nga politika dhe t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuar nga oligarkia kriminale, po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb shp\u00ebtim duke gjetur rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ikur nga Kosova, nd\u00ebrsa ata q\u00eb ende nuk kan\u00eb gjetur rrug\u00eb po e presin me padurim liberalizimin e vizave p\u00ebr t\u00eb ikur sa m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe sa m\u00eb larg nga vendi i pashpres\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb kjo p\u00ebr shkak se, injorant\u00ebt politik\u00eb, t\u00eb korruptuar dhe tejinkriminuar jan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb vras\u00ebsit m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb ardhmeris\u00eb s\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve tan\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>As okupatori serb nuk ua ka shkat\u00ebrruar ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb gjeneratave t\u00eb reja n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mas\u00eb se sa kusar\u00ebt e politik\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e duke e trajtuar shtetin si pla\u00e7k\u00eb, e rrjep\u00ebn dhe e b\u00ebn\u00eb leck\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dallimi q\u00ebndron n\u00eb koh\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa ndryshimi tek kauzat e rrejshme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrderisa pushtuesit e b\u00ebnin mashtrimin n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb &#8220;bashkim-vllaz\u00ebrimit&#8221;, kusar\u00ebt e politik\u00ebs shqiptare po e b\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb &#8220;patriotizmit&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Thyerjen e shpresave t\u00eb shqiptareve t\u00eb Kosoves nuk mundi ta b\u00ebj\u00eb regjimi okupues serb p\u00ebrmes formave m\u00eb t\u00eb vrazhda t\u00eb represionit; helmimin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, mbylljen e shkollave e fabrikave, burgosjen dhe vrasjet sistematike, &#8230;por, po e realizojn\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsisht me sukses politikan\u00ebt e pap\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm shqipfol\u00ebs q\u00eb ua b\u00ebn jet\u00ebn ferr qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e shtetit t\u00eb liruar nga pushtuesit serb.<\/p>\n<p>Tani e dy dekada ndaj shumic\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ushtruar presion psikologjik me padrejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha segmentet e jet\u00ebs, duke filluar nga degradimi i sistemit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor, arsimor e kulturor e deri tek mohimi i pun\u00ebsimit n\u00eb sektorin publik, p\u00ebr shkak se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb politikan\u00ebt pa dallim u p\u00ebrkujdes\u00ebn p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsimin e familjar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre dhe t\u00eb militant\u00ebve partiak.<\/p>\n<p>Mohimi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt, \u00ebsht\u00eb akti i fundit i thyerjes s\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shpresave p\u00ebr jet\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend.<br \/>\nPopullata e lodhur nga skamja dhe denigrimi social i mbajti mbi kurrizin e saj pseudopatriot\u00ebt dhe pseudokomandant\u00ebt, q\u00eb u shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb &#8220;sheik&#8221; kundrejt nj\u00eb popullate t\u00eb varf\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Intelektual\u00ebt e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb dhe atdhetar\u00ebt e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb u injoruan dhe anashkaluan nga t\u00eb gjitha qeverit\u00eb e pasluft\u00ebs. Vendet e tyre i zun\u00eb servil\u00ebt dhe puthador\u00ebt, karrierist\u00ebt dhe lakmitar\u00ebt e pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dy personalitete t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta me analogji t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse dy personalitete t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta, Ibrahim Rugova dhe Albin Kurti jan\u00eb t\u00eb vetmit lider\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb re t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk u t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn p\u00ebr as nj\u00eb milimet\u00ebr nga q\u00ebndrimet e tyre politike dhe komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>I pari, Ibrahim Rugova (i d\u00ebshmuar n\u00eb qeverisjen e vendit) edhe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr pengesave t\u00eb shum\u00ebta, deri n\u00eb frym\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb fundit nuk e hoqi nga goja pavar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs nga Serbia.
