Para 20 vitesh ndodhi mrekullia p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Pra,para 20 vitesh k\u00ebtu filloi punimet Konferenca e Rambuj\u00ebs p\u00ebr te caktuar fatin e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb ndar\u00eb padrejtesisht\u00eb me luftra por edhe me Konferenca t\u00eb ndryshme. Kryetari i SHBA Bill Clinton e dergoi n\u00eb Konferenc\u00eb delegacionin n\u00eb krye me gruan me te fuqishme Sekretaren e shtetit Madeline Albright.Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebsaj Konference nd\u00ebrkombetare ishte i qart\u00eb q\u00eb Serbia njeher\u00eb e p\u00ebgjith\u00ebmon t\u00eb nxirret nga Kosova. Erdhen delegacionet i Serbis ne krye me Presidentin e saj Millutinoviq, ai i Kosov\u00ebs erdhi veqmas ai lift\u00ebs dhe tjetri i partive tjera dhe shoqerise civile. Filloi loja e brrylave se kush duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb krye te delegacionit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. pas shum\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve Rugova si nje njeri i dijes dhe i men\u00e7uris l\u00ebshoi pe dhe si kryesus i zgjodh\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7i nj\u00eb nj\u00ebri jo fort i njohur ne arenen nd\u00ebrkombetare por edhe pa njohuri diplomatike e i brumosur m\u00eb nj\u00eb idelogji te thoja marksiste leniniste enveriste. etj.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebn drejtimin e Sekretares se shtetit Amerikan Madelenie Albright konferenca zgjati disa dit\u00eb. U hartuan dokument pas dokumenti, draft pas drafti, por kurrse te merren vesh delegacionet te cilat komunikonin ndaras p\u00ebrmes Albright\u00ebs. P\u00ebr asgje nuk dakardoheshin, ishin shum\u00eb larg n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje delegacionet mes vedi, Serbija nuk l\u00ebshonte pe sepse donte ta mbaj Kosov\u00ebn, kurse poashtu delegacioni i Kosov\u00ebs nuk l\u00ebshonte pe sepse donte qe Kosova te jet\u00eb jasht\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Madelenie Albright ishte ne hall se si te veproi.Ajo nuk e kishte edhe aq n\u00eb dert\u00eb se \u00e7ka thot\u00eb delegacioni serb se a do te pranoj di\u00e7ka apo jo, dertin me te madh e kishte me delegacionin shqiptare, sepse ajo e kishte te qart\u00eb misionin e SHBA se Kosova m\u00eb \u00e7do kusht\u00eb duhet te ndahet nga Serbia, dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim bente edhe luft\u00eb speciale me delegacionin e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr te pranuar Mareveshjen s\u00eb p\u00ebrndryshe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb shansi i fundit p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn q\u00eb ajo te del jasht\u00eb kornizave te Serbis\u00eb. Thjesht\u00eb ua bante me dije delegacionit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs s\u00eb duhet ta neshkruajn\u00eb Mareveshjen dhe se kjo Konferenc\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shansi i fundit, ose te jen\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb ose n\u00ebn Serbi p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebmon\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb Konferences aty pari sillej nje njeri, nje spiun i Sherbimit Sekret Frances Danjer Arnaudi (DGSE), i cili e p\u00ebrcil\u00ebte dhe nuk ja dajke syt Hashim Tha\u00e7it. Ky far\u00eb Danjeri thuhet se ka lidhje edhe me sherbimin sekret Serb.<\/p>\n

Si p\u00ebr qudi drejtuesit e delegacionit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, me k\u00ebrkesen e tyre k\u00ebkuan qe Konferenca ti nd\u00ebrpres punimet p\u00ebr dy jav\u00eb gjaja p\u00ebr t’u konsultu edhe me komandantet e luftes n\u00eb teren. K\u00ebt\u00eb vakum kohor e shfrytezoi Serbia e cila futi ne Kososv\u00eb nj\u00eb numer te konsiderushem ushtaresh, paralmilitaresh dhe teknik\u00eb te armatosur me \u00e7’rast e rriti terrorin dhe masakrat edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb Sekretarja e shtetit Albright bisedoi edhe me veprimtarin e \u00e7\u00ebshtj\u00ebs kombetare Adem Dema\u00e7in si zedhenes i U\u00c7K i cili ne ate koh\u00eb gjendej p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sherim n\u00eb Lublan m\u00eb shpres\u00eb s\u00eb do te ndikonte ne delegacionin shqiptare p\u00ebr arrijtj\u00ebn e Mar\u00ebveshjes. Por nuk u moren vesh p\u00ebr asgje. Bisedon dy njerez me idelogji te ndryshme, bile situata u acaru aq shum\u00eb sa qe Adem Dema\u00e7i pati guximin edhe te ia l\u00ebshon telefonin Albright\u00ebs e cila fliste me te p\u00ebr te miren e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e saj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Pas dy javesh Konfernca rifilloi punimet jo n\u00eb K\u00ebshtejellen e Rmbujes por tashti ne Paris\u00eb. Ishte prap Madelenie Albrigt e cila bante luft\u00eb me delegacionin e Kosov\u00ebs qe te mbrrihet ndonje draft\u00eb Mareveshje sepse p\u00ebrndryshe NATO nuk do te intervenoi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr ta largue ushtrin serbe. Asaj nuk i interesonte, si duket, aq shum\u00eb se delegacioni i Serbis a do te pajtohet apo jo, sepse ishte e sigurt se ata asgje nuk do te pranojn\u00eb duke menduar se Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb e tyre dhe ashtu do te jet\u00eb. Por, m\u00eb ne fund m\u00eb insistimin dhe pathyeshmerin e Albright qe delegacioni i Kosov\u00ebs ta nenshkruaj Mareveshj\u00ebn e cila kishte p\u00ebr qellim ta bombardoi Serbin p\u00ebr ta ndjekur nga Kosova. M\u00eb n\u00eb fund Hashim Tha\u00e7i kryeneq u dorzu. Delegacioni i Kosov\u00ebs e nenshkroi Mareveshj\u00ebn, kurse ai i Serbis\u00eb e refuzoi. K\u00ebshtu fitoi qendresa dhe durimi i pashoq i Albright p\u00ebr te mbrri nj\u00eb mareveshje sepse ky ishte edhe qendrimi i SHBA p\u00ebr t’i dal\u00eb n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr ta \u00e7liru Kosov\u00ebn p\u00ebrfundimisht.<\/p>\n

Konferenca e Rambuj\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr Konferencat me te r\u00ebndesishme p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Ishte mrekullia e zotit dhe e Amerik\u00ebs mike p\u00ebr t’i dal\u00eb n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr ta \u00e7liruar ate. Dhe mrekullia ndodhi NATO p\u00ebr 78 dite e nat e bombardoi Serbin duke i shkaterru deme te medha te cil\u00ebn me ne fund u dorezu me Mareveshjen e Kumanov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Konferenca e Rambuj\u00ebs duhet te jet\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr datat m\u00eb te rendesishme ne historin e Kosov\u00ebs. Gur themel i historis\u00eb se saj.Kjo Konfernenc\u00eb duhet te gjej\u00eb vend t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishem ne librat shkollor, te ju prkujtoi gjeneratave te reja p\u00ebr red\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj\u00eb, sepse pa k\u00ebt\u00eb Konferenc\u00eb sot Kosova nuk do te ishte kjo qe \u00ebsht\u00eb, anipse hala po kemi probleme me Serbin te cilat i krijuam me fajin ton\u00eb, dhe Serbia s’po na \u00e7kabet qafe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
