Ne kete Fond u mblodhen mbi 250 milion DM. Fillimisht ky Fond ishte filluar te financoj\u00eb pushtetin paralel, qe Presidenti Ibrahim Rugova e kishte ndar\u00eb nga ai Serb. Por, thuhet se ky Fond u perdor edhe<br \/>\nper nevojat e luftes se U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. Ky Fond mbyll me 1999, por nga ai Fond kan\u00eb filluar te terhiqen para edhe pas luftes nga viti 2006 deri ne vitin 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Per Fondin e treperqindeshit eshte fole shume pas luftes, jane ba debate ne media dhe portale per rrejedhjen dhe aresyetimin e parave nga ky Fond. Ku mbeten parat\u00eb, kah shkuan, kush i mori etj. \u00e7fare ne opinion ende e kesaj dite rreth ketij Fondi nuk eshte sqarue teresisht.<\/p>\n<p>Eshte mire se keto dite filloi gjykimi per dhe rreth ketij Fondi. U akuzuan Kryeministri ne egzil Bujar BUkoshi me bashkeunetoret Naser Osmani dhe Atedhe Gashi.me qellim te saqrimit te krejte enigmes dhe keqperdoruesit e parave ne kete Fond.<\/p>\n<p>Gjykimi ka fillue keto dite ndaj Naser Osmanit dhe Atdhe Gashit. Por ne Gjykate mungon ai me i rendesishme dhe me i dijeshmi per dhe rreth ketij Fondi Bujar Bukoshi.<\/p>\n<p>Eshte e pa tolerueshme dhe jo korrekte te vazhohet gjykimi pa autorin kryesor Bujar Bukashin. Prokuroria dhe gjykata dolen me nje saqrim se Bujar Bukoshi nuk eshte pjese e ketij procesi per shkak te gjendjes se tij shendetesore. Se kuptoi dot se si mund te bahet ky gjykim copa copa<br \/>\npa qene komplet.<\/p>\n<p>E kuptoi gjendjen shendetesore te ish Kryemninistrit ne egzil Bujar Bukoshit, te cilit sinqerishte i deshiroj sherim te shpejte, por se kuptoj Prokurorin dhe gjykaten qe zhvillon gjykimin pa pranin e tij.
