Para dy dit\u00ebsh, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsi e Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkencave t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb mb\u00ebrriti n\u00eb Zagreb dhe trokiti n\u00eb port\u00ebn e Ambasad\u00ebs Shqiptare, n\u00eb at\u00eb qytet ku i priste nj\u00eb ngjarje e pazakont\u00eb. Me nj\u00eb mir\u00ebsi dhe urt\u00ebsi q\u00eb fliste shum\u00eb, ishte duke na pritur t\u00ebr\u00eb emocion ambasadori Riza Poda<\/strong>. Na futi n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e tij, ku q\u00ebndronte e ulur n\u00eb nj\u00eb karrige n\u00eb mesin e dhom\u00ebs, nj\u00eb plak\u00eb e veshur n\u00eb t\u00eb bardha, q\u00eb thinjat shtonin edhe m\u00eb tej bardh\u00ebsin\u00eb e heshtjes dhe urt\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb asaj krijese t\u00eb pakt\u00eb n\u00eb trup dhe q\u00eb p\u00ebr nga nuret dhe sqim\u00ebn e saj i ngjante nj\u00eb engj\u00eblli t\u00eb purpurt. Dhe v\u00ebrtet ajo mbante emrin Angjelka \u2013 \u00cbngj\u00ebllushja!!!<\/p>\n

Ishte e veja e Aleksand\u00ebr Stip\u00e7eviqit, q\u00eb priste me ankth t\u00eb plot\u00ebsonte nj\u00eb amanet, q\u00eb i kishte l\u00ebn\u00eb i shoqi para se t\u00eb vdiste, dor\u00ebzimin tek udh\u00ebtar\u00ebt e larg\u00ebt t\u00eb nj\u00eb testamenti. Ishin pako me libra, sh\u00ebnime dhe korrespondenc\u00eb\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2013 \u201cAto duhet t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb Akademin\u00eb e Shkencave t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb<\/em>\u201d, kishte formuluar amanetin e fundm\u00eb t\u00eb tij Stip\u00e7eviqi.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebn k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb, n\u00ebn tonet e nj\u00eb belb\u00ebzimi, \u201c\u00cbngj\u00ebllushja\u201d u ngrit me zor n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb duke u mbajtur n\u00eb krahun e karriges dhe na p\u00ebrqafoi me radh\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Tani mund t\u00eb vdes edhe un\u00eb e qet\u00eb sepse \u201cArb\u00ebneshit\u201d, si\u00e7 kish d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb identifikonte vehten Aleksandri, ia plot\u00ebsova amanetin!<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto qen\u00eb m\u00ebrm\u00ebrimat e pakta t\u00eb asaj gruaje t\u00eb pakt\u00eb, por engj\u00ebllore kroate\u2026<\/p>\n

Stip\u00e7eviq ishte nj\u00eb arkeolog, bibliograf, akademik, eseist dhe albanolog i njohur. Ishte an\u00ebtar i jasht\u00ebm i Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkencave dhe Arteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Republika e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e kishte dekoruar at\u00eb me titullin e lart\u00eb \u201cNaim Frash\u00ebri\u201d dhe \u201cGjergj Kastrioti Sk\u00ebnderbeu\u201d.<\/p>\n

Lindi m\u00eb 10 tetor 1930, n\u00eb fshatin Arbanash af\u00ebr Zar\u00ebs n\u00eb Kroaci, m\u00eb 1930. Familja e tij ishte me origjin\u00eb shqiptare e zbritur prej gati 300 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb nga trevat shqiptare t\u00eb Ana e Malit \u2013 Shkod\u00ebr, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt emigruan dhe s\u00eb bashku me familje t\u00eb tjera arb\u00ebrore dhe krijuan kolonin\u00eb arb\u00ebrore t\u00eb Zar\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Pa m\u00ebdyshjen m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, origjina e rr\u00ebnj\u00ebve t\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebve dhe e gjakut t\u00eb tij kishte p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb n\u00eb vet\u00ebdijen dhe frym\u00ebmarrjen e Stip\u00e7eviqit gjurm\u00eb influentive t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, t\u00eb cilat do t\u2019i jepnin atij akrepin magnetik t\u00eb orientimit dhe t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb vitet e jet\u00ebs q\u00eb do t\u00eb pasonin. Por, ai shkoi edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kaq! Ai nuk ndaloi n\u00eb zbritjen e tij vet\u00ebm 300 vite p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur cakun dhe dit\u00ebn e mb\u00ebrritjes s\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebve n\u00eb bregdetin Dalmat. Udh\u00ebn e tij ai do ta vazhdonte edhe m\u00eb tej, qindra vite m\u00eb pas, drejt rr\u00ebnj\u00ebve t\u00eb panjohura dhe t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb pararend\u00ebsve tan\u00eb, Ilir\u00ebve!<\/p>\n

\u201cUn\u00eb vendosa t\u00eb merrem me Ilir\u00ebt her\u00ebt, por e lidha rrug\u00ebn time me ta kur isha student n\u00eb arkeologji. Un\u00eb kam qen\u00eb prej koh\u00ebsh i impenjuar dhe me v\u00ebmendje tek ata, s\u00eb pari p\u00ebr shkakun se p\u00ebrher\u00eb kam menduar dhe vazhdoj t\u00eb mendoj se historia e Ballkanit, si e vjetra, edhe ajo e re, nuk mund t\u00eb studiohet dhe vler\u00ebsohet pa pasur njohuri t\u00eb thella rreth elementit ilir. \u00c7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb Gadishullin Ballkanik, gjer n\u00eb mesjet\u00eb, n\u00eb disa rrug\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar duke pasur si bazament, substrat t\u00eb njohur at\u00eb popull si q\u00eb th\u00ebrritet nga ne Ilir\u00ebt. K\u00ebshtu, \u00e7do histori rreth Ballkanit fillon me Ilir\u00ebt<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto pati deklaruar n\u00eb vitin 1985 nj\u00eb intervistave t\u00eb tij Aleksand\u00ebr Stip\u00e7eviq. Nuk ishte rast\u00ebsi q\u00eb libri i tij i par\u00eb, botuar m\u00eb 1966 n\u00eb Milano, u dedikohej atyre, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt libri do t\u00eb mbante edhe vet\u00eb titullin \u201cIlir\u00ebt<\/strong>\u201d. Kjo monografi thell\u00ebsisht shkencore ka pasuar me n\u00ebnt\u00eb ribotime t\u00eb tjera dhe gjendet tanim\u00eb n\u00eb disa gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaja.<\/p>\n

Pas k\u00ebsaj puna e tij e palodhur do t\u00eb nxirrte n\u00eb drit\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb veprash t\u00eb tjera me nj\u00eb produkt t\u00eb pap\u00ebrs\u00ebritsh\u00ebm shkencor dhe me tematika fondamentale, t\u00eb cilat t\u00eb gjitha s\u00eb bashku formonin profilin e thell\u00eb e t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, t\u00eb eposit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb lasht\u00eb dhe autoktone t\u00eb Ballkanit – ilir\u00ebve. Nj\u00ebra pas tjetr\u00ebs, ai nxori n\u00eb drit\u00eb subjektet e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, \u201cSimbolet e kultit tek Ilir\u00ebt<\/em>\u201d, \u201cArti i ilir\u00ebve<\/em>\u201d, \u201cHistoria e ilir\u00ebve<\/em>\u201d, \u201cBibliografi p\u00ebr ilir\u00ebt<\/em>\u201d, \u201cHistoria e librit<\/em>\u201d, \u201cCensura n\u00eb biblioteka<\/em>\u201d, \u201cInterpretime albanologjike<\/em>\u201d etj.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebshtu vazhdoi pun\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb palodhur duke rr\u00ebmihur n\u00eb fonde dhe arkiva t\u00eb panjohura, duke lektruar dhe marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb konferenca dhe kongrese shkencore, mbajtur referate, botuar artikuj dhe studime, t\u00eb cilat mb\u00ebshtesnin q\u00ebndrimin e tij t\u00eb pal\u00ebkundur shkencor se \u201cIlir\u00ebt ishin banor\u00ebt autokton\u00eb t\u00eb Ballkanit per\u00ebndimor<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ishte njeri modest q\u00eb fliste pak dhe q\u00eb kurr\u00eb nuk glorifikoi arritjet e tij. Vler\u00ebsoi maksimalisht arritjet e arkeologjis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb historiografis\u00eb shqiptare, duke e cil\u00ebsuar at\u00eb si t\u00eb niveleve t\u00eb padiskutueshme nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Drejtoi nj\u00eb varg institucionesh e projektesh q\u00eb lidhen me bibliotekat, historin\u00eb e librit, botimet enciklopedike etj., deri n\u00eb Akademin\u00eb e Shkencave n\u00eb Zagreb. Q\u00eb nga viti 1987 ishte profesor ordinar n\u00eb Fakultetin Filozofik t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Zagrebit, ku mbante kursin e historis\u00eb s\u00eb librit, sociologjis\u00eb s\u00eb librit dhe bibliografis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Me nj\u00eb pun\u00eb intensive, me p\u00ebrkushtim dhe shpirt vet\u00ebmohues, Stip\u00e7eviq vazhdoi rrug\u00ebn e k\u00ebrkimit dhe t\u00eb botimeve p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dyzet vite, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb thella n\u00eb botimet e veprave me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi shkencore sikund\u00ebr \u201cActa et Diplomata \u2013 Res Albaniae\u2026\u201d<\/em>, \u201cIllyricum Sacrum<\/em>\u201d, etj. Studioi n\u00ebp\u00ebr arkiva, p\u00ebrktheu dhe b\u00ebri t\u00eb njohura dokumente t\u00eb hershme me interes shkencor rreth artit, kultur\u00ebs, muzik\u00ebs, kostumografis\u00eb, riteve t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb ilire, etj., gjersa nd\u00ebrroi jet\u00eb n\u00eb ver\u00ebn e vitit 2015.<\/p>\n

I lidhur pazgjidhshm\u00ebrisht me historin\u00eb e t\u00eb par\u00ebve, me etnosin ilir, me k\u00ebrkimet e pafundme rreth tyre, me gjetjet q\u00eb do t\u00eb konsolidonin edhe m\u00eb tej origjin\u00ebn, autoktonin\u00eb dhe vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb ilire t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, Stip\u00e7eviq do t\u00eb krijonte nj\u00eb fond t\u00eb gjer\u00eb dokumentesh dhe botimesh n\u00eb bibliotek\u00ebn e tij personale.<\/p>\n

Dikur, n\u00eb vitet e para t\u00eb studimeve t\u00eb tij universitare, Stip\u00e7eviqi filloi t\u00eb rr\u00ebmihte rreth origjin\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, ilir\u00ebve, duke i kushtuar k\u00ebshtu rinin\u00eb e tij!<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dyzet vite, ai vazhdoi t\u00eb punonte dhe \u00e7apitej n\u00eb ato rrug\u00eb t\u00eb panjohura, duke k\u00ebrkuar pa u ndalur q\u00eb t\u00eb na dhuronte veprat e tij unike p\u00ebr ilir\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat rreth tyre, duke dedikuar jet\u00ebn e tij!<\/p>\n

Dhe tani, pas vdekjes, duke insistuar q\u00eb i t\u00ebr\u00eb fondi i librave dhe dokumenteve t\u00eb tij t\u00eb albanologjis\u00eb t\u2019i dhurohej Akademis\u00eb Shqiptare t\u00eb Shkencave, ai na dhuronte edhe shpirtin e tij.<\/p>\n
