Dialogu me Serbin\u00eb, i cili ka zgjat\u00eb qe tet\u00eb vjet ka deshtuar, nuk ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb rezultat, por qe ka krijuar situat\u00eb konfuze dhe me hi\u00e7 rezultate.<\/p>\n<p>Dialogun me Serbin\u00eb e ka ba b\u00ebrllog vet\u00eb Presidentiu Hashim Tha\u00e7i, i cili p\u00ebr k\u00ebto tet\u00eb vite Kosov\u00ebs i solli vetem humbje.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak e vertet ajo s\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb tha Tha\u00e7i dje ne Lond\u00ebr, se dialogu me Serbin\u00eb ka qen\u00eb dianamik dhe energjik bile edhe i shendet\u00ebshem. Jo ka qen\u00eb dialog tinzar, i mshef\u00ebt dhe jo transparent, dialog i s\u00ebmur\u00eb psiqikisht nga Presidenti i Kosov\u00ebs dhe ai i Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria dialogun me Serbin\u00eb e bani edhe m\u00eb berllog. E formoi nj\u00eb far\u00eb ekipi dialogues, me nj\u00ebr\u00ebz jo kredibil\u00eb, jo p\u00ebr te dialoguar p\u00ebr te perfituar, duke e ba k\u00ebt\u00eb dialog edhe familjar, ve\u00e7 tezet dhe gjyshet qe nuk i kan\u00eb shti aty.<\/p>\n<p>Por dialogun e ban\u00eb edhe m\u00eb berllog prorusja dhe pro serbja Federica Mogherini ne Bruksel dhe John Balton ne Nju Jork, te cilet hapas i dol\u00ebn ne ndihm\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, me qellim p\u00ebr ta shakterruar Kosov\u00ebn, p\u00ebr t&#8217;ia heq\u00eb ndonj\u00eb cop\u00eb territori Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Me Presidentin e Kosov\u00ebls Hashim Tha\u00e7in dialogu nuk ka pespektiv\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb e as rezultate. Dialogu duhet te vazhdoj\u00eb pa Hashim Tha\u00e7in, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i shantazhuar nga Serbia p\u00ebr te shpetuar nga Haga.<\/p>\n<p>Dialogu me Serbin\u00eb nuk ka filluar p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdhenieve me Serbin\u00eb, por p\u00ebr shtirjen e flaks (kallj\u00ebn e Ballkanit). K\u00ebt\u00eb po e tha haptas Presiedenti i Serbis\u00eb, kur tha se ne nuk duhet te diagolojm\u00eb m\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn, por te tregetojm\u00eb me Kosov\u00ebn, pra kjo do te thot\u00eb ashiqare tregeti me Kosov\u00ebn p\u00ebr territore, p\u00ebr kufijt\u00eb, n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Dialogu duhet te prolongohet jo p\u00ebr shkak te Tha\u00e7it te shantazhuar, por edhe p\u00ebr shkak te zgjedhjeve ne BE, ku me nuk do te jete komunistja italiane n\u00eb krye t\u00eb diplomacis\u00eb evropiane, pro serbja dhe prorusja Moghenirni. Kushdo qe te vejn\u00eb ne vend te saj nuk do te jete me e keqe se Mogherini. M&#8217;u p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak edhe taksa duhet te vazhdoj\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak te shtyrjes se dialogut fatkeq me Serbin\u00eb deri pas zgjerdhjeve ne BE.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe mund\u00ebsisht te shkohet ne zgjedhje t\u00eb parakoheshme, ku do te zgjidhet ekipi i ri, natyrisht pa Hashim Tha\u00e7in, sepse nese dialogu vazhdon tani me n\u00eb krye me Hashim Tha\u00e7in, Kosov\u00ebn e ka rru dreqi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nga Binak MAXHARRAJ (Presidenti Aleksand\u00ebr Vu\u00e7iq: me Kosov\u00ebn nuk duhet te diagolojm\u00eb, por te treg\u00ebtojm\u00eb territore, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb qellimi yn\u00eb) Dialogu me Serbin\u00eb duhet te k\u00ebthehet n\u00eb fillim.
