Para nj\u00eb jave ka lindur nj\u00eb iniciative e re e komunitetit Dukagjinas p\u00ebr asfaltimin e rrug\u00ebs Prekal \u2013 Breg Lumi e katandisur n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje, mjerane mizerab\u00eble dhe vdekjeprur\u00ebse p\u00ebr zemr\u00ebn e Alpeve shqiptare:<\/p>\n

Me tep\u00ebr se nj\u00eb iniciative vullnetare p\u00ebr mbledhjen e nj\u00eb X apo Y shume nga xhepat e shtjerrur te k\u00ebtij komuniteti ishte nj\u00eb indicje p\u00ebr gjetjen e nj\u00eb donacioni serioz p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e k\u00ebsaj krahine nga makthi i tmerrsh\u00ebm i k\u00ebtij ferri izolues shume shekullor.<\/p>\n

Sa hidhet nj\u00eb ide, akoma pa u artikuluar qarte fillon oponenca, dyshimet, supozimet xhelozit\u00eb dhe ankesat vajtuese Perceptimi kolektiv \u00ebsht\u00eb se me lehte kalohet ylberi e vajzat b\u00ebhen djem se mund te hapet kjo rruge e namur nga Per\u00ebndit\u00eb dhe \u201cshenjtoret\u201d tan\u00eb te politikes.<\/p>\n

Kjo rruge ne kohen e Partis\u00eb se Pun\u00ebs dihet se u hap me pune vullnetare te detyruar, jasht\u00eb \u00e7do mund\u00ebsie teknike qe kishe kjo zone, u hap me kazm\u00eb lopate, quski dhe maj. U hap pa nj\u00eb projekt te mir\u00ebfillte inxhinjerik por sipas dilitant\u00ebve politik. Drumi i ri q\u00eb i pa pare deri at\u00ebher\u00eb ne ato male pati dhe viktima njer\u00ebzore gjate nd\u00ebrtimit, por gjithsesi u be brenda nj\u00eb kohe rekord pasi fjala e partis\u00eb si mire si keq ishte ligje. Ramiz Alia dhe m\u00ebrgata e tij e qyqeve kaluan ne heshtje memece edhe tragjedine e tmerrshme te vitit 1985 ku gjeten vdekjen 35 veta dhe po kaq u plagosen.<\/p>\n

Pas fundit te pa lavdi te Sistemit Totalitare kjo rruge mori akoma ma tep\u00ebr te teposht\u00ebn duke u shnd\u00ebrruar ne nj\u00eb shtrige qorre, gjarp\u00ebrush\u00eb frikshme gjakatare e lare me gjak dhe e mallkuar me jet\u00ebn afro 100 viktimave. Dukagjini duke i besuar sinqeritetit te tij, naiviteti te tij minor, ra prehe e lajkave, mashtrimeve dhe intrigave imorale dhe vakabandazhit politik duke u \u00e7\u2019burr\u00ebruar e vrar\u00eb veten politikisht ne m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb dhimbshme.<\/p>\n

Kam shkel\u00eb me k\u00ebmb\u00eb dhe pa me syt\u00eb e mi kohet fundit te gjitha trevat veriore Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. As kund nuk ka mrekulli te b\u00ebra nga dora e njeriut te ri socialist as demokrat, por askund nuk te sheh syri rruge me skandaloze dhe me gjendje me tmerrshme se rruga e Dukagjinit. Ne u falim te tjer\u00ebve nga 2-3 mandate dhe vet\u00eb rrim\u00eb e presim si sharovi pas hajatit se kush do na hell nj\u00eb mys buke. Tani qe mbetem me bark pete dhe gjith\u00eb na futen, lehim si qeni ne han\u00eb duke pritur mrekullit\u00eb nga qelli ose mashtruesit e radh\u00ebs. Dukagjini kishte dhe ka djem qe po t\u00eb kishin karton e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi do ta kishin bere me kohe dhe mund ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri ket\u00eb rrug\u00eb. Te jesh i pap\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar ne as nj\u00eb nivel \u00ebsht\u00eb skllav\u00ebri moderne! T\u00eb mos jesh n\u00eb gjendje te vet\u00ebp\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohesh \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebvrasje. Kush vret vetin vet\u00ebm dreqi ja merr gjakun!<\/p>\n

– Rruga e Dukagjinit \u00ebsht\u00eb fytyra e sh\u00ebmtuar antipopullore e politikes 25 vje\u00e7are shqiptare.
\nNga mungesa e k\u00ebsaj rruge te asfaltuar ka ndodhur gjith\u00eb ai migracion biblik sa kan\u00eb mbir\u00eb ferrat n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e vatrave qindra vje\u00e7are te kullave te mal\u00ebsis\u00eb<\/p>\n

– Nga mungesa e k\u00ebsaj rruge te asfaltuar nuk ka mbetur as nj\u00eb shkolle funksionale, as nj\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi as nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi mir\u00ebfillte.<\/p>\n

– Nga mungesa e k\u00ebsaj rruge te asfaltuar kane mbetur te gjitha arrat djerr livadhet e mrizet pa tufa bashtinat e ograjat, rrahijet e shpatinat jan\u00eb mbuluar nga kanabisi prej te cilit bos\u00ebt e metropoleve vjelin mishin qum\u00ebshtin e p\u00ebrsheshin nd\u00ebrsa fukarenjt\u00eb leshin.<\/p>\n

– Nga mungesa e k\u00ebsaj rruge te asfaltuar varret kan\u00eb mbetur ne vetmi e gjith\u00eb Dukagjini shkretir\u00eb Shkat\u00ebrrimi dhe braktisja totale \u00ebsht\u00eb marrja e te gjall\u00ebve te sot\u00ebm te Dukagjinit! Nuk besoj se kemi z\u00ebn\u00eb mend ne politike as politika nuk ka bes\u00eb as moral. E pa \u00e7far\u00eb duhet bere at\u00ebher\u00eb ?! Tani duhet t\u2019i th\u00ebrrasim virtytit me vital, bujaris\u00eb q\u00eb na b\u00ebn krahin\u00ebn me shembullore shqipfol\u00ebse. Do pune duhen bere o mend o me takat.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrderisa nuk kemi mend duhet te heqim di\u00e7ka nga kafshata jon\u00eb dhe te kontribuojm\u00eb sa te b\u00ebhemi te besuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb fondacion. N\u00ebse baballar\u00ebt tan\u00eb ket\u00eb rruge e hapen me kazm\u00eb dhe paterxhana te regjur.
