Ata u mblodhen jo per te vendos\u00eb di\u00e7ka te men\u00e7ur pos per te kukate, per te vajtu si qyqet per ikjen e popullit nga vendi, per te pare se pse po ike, kush po i shtin me ik\u00eb. Eshte e pakuptuimet te thirret nje seance e natyres se ketille, sepse ndalimi i ikjeve nuk ndalet me sesanca e as me rezoluta. Po pse te diskutohet ne Seancat Parlamentare per di\u00e7ka \u00e7fare nuk jane fajtor\u00eb qytetaret. Popullata qe moti po ike jo me fajin e vet, por pikerisht p\u00ebr fajin e pushtetareve dhe te ketij Parlamenti, te cilet per keto 20 vite nuk bane asgje qe te mos vjene deri te nje situate e ketille. Qyetaret tane e priten lirin duke menduar se do ta gezojne, por u mashtruan, per ta nuk erdhi liria e deshiruar, per ta erdhi deshprimi ne kete liri per te cilen u derdh gjak.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk jane fajtor qyetaret qe po ikun, kush ik me qejf nga vendi i vet, nga vendi se ku ka linde e rrite, ku eshte shkollue, por ikun nga zori, po ikun nga katilat qe e kane kap e zapu pushtetin, po ikun nga ata cilet po e vjedhin dhe plaqkisin kete popull qe 20 vjet te cilet u pasuruan ne pakufije, thjeshte po ikun nga ata cilet e shkaterruan kete vend. Populli po ike nga ata te cilet asgje nuk bane qe kjo rini te mbese ne vend, te mos ike, nuk e zhvilluan vendin, nuk happen vende te reja pune,nuk krijuan kushte qe populli dhe rinija te mos ike. Po ikun nga ata cilet po e keqeverisin kete vend duke shpenzu para publike ne zhvillim por per luksin e tyre, per udhetimet dhe kenaqesit e tyre vend e pa vend.<\/p>\n<p>Ju deputet dhe qeveritar qe sot derdhet lot korkodili ne Parlament, qe po ju ik populli, ai nuk po ike por ju po e ndiqeni nga ky vend duke ua mos siguru kushtet elementare per jetes,ata poi kun sepse nuk kane buk per vehte dhe femijte e tyre, ndersa ju dhe femijet e juaj jetojne ne luks nga parat e popullit, shkollohen jasht vendit me parat e vjedhuar nga populli. Nuk mundeni edhe nese debatoni per ikjet edhe me jave te tera te gjeni shkaqet, sepse shkaktar jeni ju vete, ju deputetet dhe pushtetaret qe jetoni si parazita ne korriz te popullit. Po ju jeni fajtor\u00eb e askush tjeter qe e keni pru popullin dhe rinin ne kete situate qe te ike nga vendi, sepse asgje nuk bete per ta.<\/p>\n<p>Kthejni pasurin e vjedhur, te plaqkitur per 20 vite, kthejeni parat\u00eb e vjedhura nga Fondi 3% dhe Fondi &#8220;Vendlindja th\u00ebrret&#8221; gjat\u00eb luftes e te bartuar me thas pas luftes, do te grumbulloheshin aq para sa per ti hape mbi 300 mije vende pune, por ju nuk zgjodhet te hapen 300 mije vende pune qe te mos kete ikje, por ju e zgjiodhet rrugen e hajnise. Ky eshte shaku pse po ike populli dhe rinia nga ju si nga xhelati, sepse te ju eshte pergjegjesia se pse po populli.
