Madje duhet t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb gatishm\u00ebri q\u00eb n\u00ebse shteti i d\u00ebmtuar k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnoj\u00eb akteret e krimit, t\u00eb ekstradohen dhe tu epet d\u00ebnimi meritor. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Fytyra q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fytyr\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb ruhet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vendet moderne dhe n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb me synime drejt\u00eb nj\u00eb kulture moderne, kan\u00eb krijuar lukset e veta p\u00ebr ta ruajtur fytyr\u00ebn e past\u00ebr.
